Radu (6/5): Pleasant - Confortable 2BR appartment, new compound. Nicely decorated! Noisy, there is one restaurant in front of the appartment playing loud music until 01 AM. Also the place is dirty, the common spaces not taken care at all. And the sink from the shower not working proprely!
