• Chloé (4/5): Appartement humide et bruyant - L’emplacement n’était pas trop mal et c’était assez propre. Le séjour a été assez décevant. L’appartement était très humide, au point que les serviettes ne séchaient jamais, ce qui était vraiment désagréable au quotidien. L’isolation laisse aussi à désirer : on entendait très fortement les voisins faire des travaux dès 8h du matin, comme s’ils étaient dans l’appartement avec nous. Enfin, le matelas n’était pas très confortable non plus.

• Monika (5/5): Nie wrócilibyśmy tu ponownie. - Widać, że mieszkanie przeszło gruntowny remont. Pościel oraz ręczniki były czyste, a łóżko wygodne, jednakże wilgoć oraz nieprzyjemny zapach uniemożliwiały spokojny sen. W mieszkaniu jest ogromny problem z wentylacją oraz wilgocią i widocznym na ścianie grzybem. Wracając do mieszkania po zmroku lepiej wynająć taksówkę, aby uniknąć spacerowania po tej okolicy nocą. Wątpliwa dokładność sprzątania (np. ochlapane lustro w łazience).

• Bernadeta (5/5): - lokalizacja bardzo dobra, sklep spożywczy w podbliżu Ogólnie było czysto w części kuchennej, sypialnianej i łazience, niestety kanapa była zaplamiona i podatra w szwach. Wyglądała niechlujnie. Brakowało stołu i krzeseł. W opisie była informacja, że obiekt posiada patio, w rzeczywistości była to studnia pełniąca funkcję doświetlającą, wentylacyjną lub techniczną (zdjęcie). Wejście z poziomu chodnika wprost do apartamentu (zdjęcie) (lokal usługowy lub garażowy przerobiony na apartament). Drzwi wejściowe miały szyby mleczne stanowiły doświetlenie pomieszczenia. Siedząc na kanapie tuż obok przemykały cienie przechodniów lub parkujących aut. Brak okien. Były jeszcze jedne drzwi balkonowe na tzw. patio, ale ze względu na brzydki zapach nie otwierałam ich. Bardzo kłopotliwe było wietrzenie tego pomieszczenia, można było otworzyć drzwi wprost na chodnik lub tę studnię doświetlającą.

• AlexBarreira (7/5): - Apartamento acolhedor. Boa localização, permite ir ao centro numa caminhada a pé de 20/25min. Têm um supermercado mesmo em frente. Comunicação fácil com os proprietários. Muito difícil encontrar estacionamento. Nas fotos o espaço parece muito maior.
• Anaïs (9/5): Appartement moderne bien situé - L'appartement est confortable, moderne, bien situé dans Malaga. Tout est faisable à pieds à proximité. Comme dit au propriétaire, quelques éléments essentiels manquaient: un torchon pour la vaisselle, une passoire, ... De plus, le ménage laissait à désirer.

• Martina (8/5): - Ubytování velmi moderní, docela dobrá lokalita, do centra se dá krásně pěšky za 25 minut chůze. Chyběly nám háčky na zavěšení ručníků, utěrka v kuchyňce a manželská postel má pouze jednu velkou přikrývku pro dva.

• Jolanta Sokolska (9/5): - lokalizacja była wybrana ze względu na wynajem samochodu. w tym miejscu można parkować bez opłat na parkingach miejskich. Było czasem ciężko ponieważ dużo samochodów a mało miejsc parkingowych ale udawało się codziennie blisko znaleźć jakieś miejsce. Sam apartament w jakości do ceny bardzo pozytywnie. Czysto. Ładnie. Wszystko super. brak zastrzeżeń.

Studioul era situat la parterul blocului iar intrarea era direct din strada (daca nu ar fi existat jaluzele am fi vazut lumea cum trece pe trotuar).Apartamentul era murdar avand in vedere diferitele suprafete pline de praf. Un covor din rachita/iuta foarte jegos inca a fost nevoie sa l dam afara.Era destul de racoare si AC nu facea fata la temperatura setata de 23 de grade.Ne a dat seama cat de umezeala este cand mi lasat sosetele pe jos si a doua zi dimineata erau ude. De asemenea desi aveam detergent de vase nu am gasit un burete/laveta sau rola de hartie sa putem spala sau sterge vasele.Nu stiu cate detalio erau pe site despre terasa dar de fapt era doar casa scarii ( intunecat, se arunca mizerie de la etaje si umezeala). Poate nu am fost atent la detaliile mentionate dar sigur in recenzii nu era nimic care sa ma ajute sa iau o decizie in cunostinta de cauza.
• Alvaro (8/5): Buena opción en Málaga - La atención por parte del propietario muy buena. Limpio y tal y como se muestra en las fotos.La ubicación también es buena, a 10-12 min del centro andando. Simplemente un detalle. Había obras justo al lado, por las cuales no pudimos descansar como es debido. Nos habría gustado que nos avisasen por lo menos.
• Biljana (9/5): - Very nice, modern and clean apartment. Excellent communication with the owner, self checking. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, there was also coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. The location is convenient, easy 15 min walk to the old town. In the neighbourhood there are plenty of local cafes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, where locals are gathering. The apartment is on the ground floor, in a very quiet street. Very good value for money. The water in the kitchen and the shower was holding before draining. There were no hangers for the towels in the bathroom. The owner was very kind to inform me that they are working on improving these things immediately after I informed them about it.

The parking around is not paid, but you have to plan 20-25 min to search a place, which was not problem for me :) It was clean, comfortable, coffee machine , fridge, microwave- super for few days.

• Lucie (10/5): Perfect location for your stay in Malaga - The apartment has a great location, very close to the city center. It’s new and clean, and we were very happy with the facilities. It’s true that it’s on the ground floor, so don’t expect stunning views or a sunny balcony. But it was perfect for us because we only came back there to sleep. We also got a new sponge and dish cloth, which was highly appreciated! The host was great, quick communication. We were missing a kitchen towel to dry the dishes. We visited at the beginning of November, so it wasn’t too hot outside, but it was still quite warm inside the apartment. At night, we turned on the AC in the living room hoping it would cool the bedroom as well, but that didn’t really work. Just keep that in mind if you’re booking this place in the summer :)

• Laura (8/5): Agradable y cómoda aunque algo ruidosa - Las camas eran muy cómodas , el agua de las duchas salía bastante fuerte que para lavarte el pelo yo lo valoro mucho , y tiene gel y champú que es de valorar, está muy bien amueblado y todo nuevo. Tiene aire acondicionado que funciona bastante bien tanto en el salón como un ventilador grande en la habitación . El aparcamiento a pesar de que en otras reseñas decían que costaba mucho depende de la hora que vayas a aparcar , de noche sí que nos costó bastante pero bueno aparcas un poquito más lejos y vas caminando un par de calles más lejos pero nosotros siempre encontramos aparcamiento dando algunas vueltitas en pleno Julio. Tiene un supermercado justo delante de la casa. Dejan unas cápsulas de café pero eche en falta que dejaran una botellita de agua para la llegada El ruido es algo a tener en cuenta ya que se escucha bastante a los vecinos. No pusieron ningún rollo de papel higiénico que aunque fuese uno en la entrada hubiera estado bien aunque parece que fue que se le olvidó . Y el sillón la verdad que estaba bastante sucio y olía muy mal pero el resto de la casa estaba bastante limpia

The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. • Oliver (9/5): It's a good option not too far from the center - The place is clean and comfortable, tv is nice and even washing machine, iron provided. Location is a bit off the center but bus traffic is an option. The eroski store is right next door. Sound isolation is what you would expect in an apartment building in Spain. If the neighbors decide to hit some nails or have a tense discussion, you will hear it. But to anyone who has stayed in Spain before, this shouldn't be a surprise.

Not really a negative but keep in mind that the apartment is at the ground floor. The walls are very poorly sound insulated and you can literally hear everything around you from the other persons living there. Fortunately they were good neighbours and were not too loud...

• Marko (8/5): Comfortable but a little unsafe - Great studio apartment, fairly new furniture, kitchen well equipped. It has everything needed for a short and for a long stay. Good communication with host. Location is close to the center, but entry isn't from building hall but directly from the street and doesn't feel very safe.
• Liliana (8/5): Very good - The flat has all the appliances that you might need for a short stay. Everything was very clean and the location was good (around 22min walk to the city centre) You can hear the noise coming from the flat next door.
