• Daniel (1/5): They kept me hostage in the lobby and refused to give me the exit code for the door until I paid for the room that I did - Worst accommodation and treatment I've ever experienced from a host. Don't be fooled by the pictures.
• Daniel (1/5): Worst accommodation and treatment I've ever experienced - Don't be fooled by the pictures, this place is overpriced for what you get, there was human hair in every corner of the room and all over the sponge in the kitchen even, hadn't been cleaned properly in weeks probably, you can't shower for more than two minutes without an overpowering smell of electrical fire, and when I reported it to the host they just said I needed to shower for less time. Extremely noisy at night with neighbors singing karaoke and lighting off fireworks until 3 AM. When I tried to leave and cancel my booking they refused to give me the door code to let leave for over an hour as I stood in the lobby! Literally kept me hostage to pay money for a room I could even sleep in because of the smell of electrical fire. The host is still messaging me accusing me of damaging property and even saying I peed the bed! Super rude and unprofessional service, I hope this place goes out of business. Worst accommodation I've ever experienced.
• Philippe (9/5): - Excellent location; very clean and comfortable. Individual units/private areas were designed a bit too small at the expense of communal areas that are much too large for the amount they are being used. Other than providing a safe waiting area before check-in and after check-out, it seems like wasted space. Also, I like the concept of double security doors with key boxes between, but they shouldn't be entirely electronic unless after-hours staff is immediately available or there is a way for the resident to reset the doors when they block. A young woman was trapped for 30 minutes BETWEEN the security doors after 2 am. There appeared to be at least one incident like this every day.

• Antoine (7/5): Very nice place, perfect for solo digital nomads. - Looks like the pictures. Good location + nice view from the rooftop. I had to clean when I arrived. It was not terrible but it was not very clean either.
• Sandra Viviana (10/5): - Es un lugar confortable, agradable y tranquilo, cuenta con agua caliente, las almohadas son muy suaves para tener un descanso único, me encantó el sector. El sistema de ingreso con QR no funcionaba, se desactualizaba; sin embargo los propietarios estaban pendientes para solucionar este problema.
• K (8/5): Good value - The location is good and comfortable bed. Also the option to do laundry. The challenge to pay the stay, I expected the amount to be charged but they asked me to do a deposit which was not possible not having a Colombian bank account, so I had to pay cash. I also expected a coffee machine or water boiler at least in the room.
