Jamil (4/5): A spacious apartment let down by poor cleanliness and maintenance - The apartment is reasonably spacious, which was the main positive aspect of the stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance issues significantly affected the overall experience. Unfortunately, the photos and description were better than the reality. The main issue was cleanliness. We found hair on the bedsheets, sand and dirt on the floors, and bathrooms that were not properly cleaned. The apartment is advertised as a 2.5-bedroom unit, but the "half bedroom" is not suitable for sleeping due to the dirty mattress, and its bathroom is used as a storage room with an unpleasant smell. In practice, this is a 2-bedroom apartment. When we asked the owner about cleaning, we were told it would cost an additional 25 JOD. We found this unreasonable, as basic cleanliness should be ensured before guests arrive. The poor cleanliness, misleading room description, and extra cleaning fee made this stay far below expectations. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.
