Rosanna (8/5): Elegante ed accogliente - Il palazzo è in centro storico, è arredato con gusto ed è molto accogliente. Durante la notte si sentivano dei rumori, probabilmente l'autoclave, questo non ci ha fatto riposare benissimo.

Raffaella (10/5): COME A CASA - Bellissima palazzina situata in posizione centralissima lungo il corso principale di Altamura. Ristrutturazione recente tutto nuovissimo pulito e profumato. La colazione compresa in un bellissimo bar d’epoca a due passi dal B&B (bar Ronchi). Consiglio vivamente. fortunatamente ho trovato un tassista disponibile ad accompagnarmi perché purtroppo l’Hotel fuori le mura non ha il servizio navetta.

simone (4/5): - Camera estremamente grande e luminosa Check in a 1,5 km dalla struttura situata nel centro cittadino Ahimè all' arrivo scopriamo che la serratura della porta è rotta e che solo l'indomani avrebbero rimediato. Essendo un accomodazione di un giorno perché di passaggio sarebbero dovuti esser tempestivi nel cambiarci stanza o aggiustare la porta ma così non è stato Struttura top,il servizio e le modalità di ritiro andrebbero riviste al più presto

Pascal (5/5): Passable - The location is great, and so is the size of the accomodation The key needs to be taken at an hotel outside of the city center, 20min to walk from the train station, and then 20min to the room in the city center. All with your luggages... Then your key does not open the front door, you have to ring a bell and hope for someone to answer : such was not the case when I came back on the second evening, luckily for me someone was getting out of the building. Also note that while it claims to a certain standing the room does not manage it due to some misplanning (for instance modern travelers have camera, tablets, phones and other electronics but there are few outlets in the room, especially if you are two or more...), some less than good building work (details in the timing for instance) and some lack of attention to details by the cleaning staff.

Radu (9/5): Awesome stay in a clean and organized space, even for families! - A lot of space even for 4 people, everything was ready from towels to every necessity in the bathroom and living room, freedom of movement from outside to inside and always supervised at the entrance of the B&B. Check-in had to be done in another structure but Booking didn't send any type of message about it, the administration managed to get everything sorted online while sending someone to give me the keys in 10 minutes or so but still that's something to consider, the structure is about 1 KM away from the B&B.
