• Firenze (7/5): - La posizione era perfetta Il servizio di pulizia è da migliorare, in una camera con il letto matrimoniale abbiamo trovato delle lenzuola sporche e la mia collega ha dovuto dormire nel letto singolo.

• Valdes (8/5): Siamo stati molto bene. - L’appartamento molto carino, pulito e dotato di tutto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La vicinanza dalla stazione comporta anche del degrado. Ma eravamo consapevoli visto la vicinanza dalla stazione, che comunque per noi che avevamo delle valigie è stato perfetto, perché abbiamo potuto lasciare la valigie al nostro arrivo e uscire in comodità.

The host was very helpful and always available when needed. I can only recommend it and will definitely choose it again when I come back to Florence.

• paola (7/5): Departamento bien en general - El ascensor . Las almohadas duras. La calefacción no tiene regulación. Falta una tijera
• Neves El Tawil (8/5): Insegurança - Presença de 2 quartos e 3 camas. O prédio é muito antigo,escuro, mal iluminado e inseguro. Varias vezes encontramos a porta de acesso aberta.Ha recados na portaria p cuidado pois foi encontrado pessoas estranhas ao prédio dormindo no hall. Falta um forno convencional, faltam utensílios de cozinha (a chaleira e o saca rolhas foi providenciado no segundo dia). Faltam instruções p uso da calefacao e informe sobre o não uso dos ap de ar condicionado. A rua é escura e sinceramente parece ser perigosa.
• CARMELO (10/5): Struttura vicino la stazione e centro di Firenze. Ampia e confortevole con balcone vista campanile. - Struttura molto comoda dotata di cucina. //
• Mercedes (10/5): Bueno, tranquilo - Muy cómodo el departamento, tiene ascensor y está bien equipado. La ubicación es buena cerca de la estación de trenes (tranvía 2 estaciones). Las almohadas extremadamente duras, igual pudimos dormir probablemente por el cansancio, pero si durísimas. Falta una tetera o hervidor, tuvimos que calentar agua en una olla. No hay nada cerca como para abstecerse de cosas básicas o comer algo al paso, hay que acercarse más hacia la estación de trenes. Para poder acceder al dpto hay q hacer una llamada y deben considerar que los viajeros internacionales con esim no podemos hacer llamadas , solo por WhatsApp y no estaba esa opción, tuvimos suerte de poder hacer la llamada y entrar. Son algunos detalles pequeños que pueden mejorarse, pero en general la estadía muy buena.

• Maria Nieves (7/5): A nivel de anfitrión muy mal. - El apartamento es moderno, comodo y agradable. El anfitrión se porto muy regular, incluso mal, no habia forma de contactar por telefono ni por whatsapp. Constantemente estaban mandando correos con peticiones imnecesarias desde mi punto de vista. Pues estoy acostumbrada a viajar y contratar apartamentos por toda Europa y jamas me habia ocurrido algo parecido. Lo pase bastante mal.

L'aire acondicionat super be, el check-in molt be la situacio del apartament tambe molt be a 15 o 20 minuts del centre, aprop de l'estacio i del tramvia que va a l'aeroport Si hages de dir algo negatiu nomes puc dir que el llit doble I els coixins heren una mica durs.

We found the place to be clean, spacious, and equipped with a kitchen and a dishwasher, which was a great plus. The management at Mamo was extremely kind and accommodating; they helped us store our luggage while we waited for my son's package, which he had lost on the Italo train. The staff was exceptional and responded quickly to our needs. 😊❤️ None. Everything is all good.

A varanda tem uma vista bonita da cidade, especialmente à noite. Dispõe de lavadora de roupas, uma funcionalidade bastante útil. Bem localizado, próximo à estação de trem e a uma curta caminhada dos principais pontos de interesse.

When we have problems with the washing machine, they sent an operator to fix it right away. kitchen & Living room is very small to move around for 4 people. No cereal bows. Not enough napkins for 3 days.
• Ranadhi (9/5): Comfort and Convenience Steps from Florence SMN Station - I recently stayed at this Appartment near Santa Maria Novella during my three nights trip to Florence, and it was an excellent experience. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the SMN train station, making it easy to access upon arrival and depart for day trips. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the in-room coffee and tea facilities, which added a cozy touch to my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local dining and attractions. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Overall, this appartment near Santa Maria Novella offers great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay near Florence's main train station. They also allow me to keep my luggage after checking out at their office, which is nearby. Good idea to keep some Milk, Fruits, Bread, croissant, cornflex for breakfast.

• Nam (5/5): Just an average place to stay in Florence - The check in process was quite smooth. The bedrooms have decent sizes. There is a lift which is quite rare in Italy. The location is inconvenient and quite far from the Duomo. The common area is small and there is no living room.
• Arnesis (8/5): Good apartment, not that good communication with the host - The apartment is very nice and reasonably priced. The cleanliness is good. They provide you with anything you may need during your stay. The locality is rather dirty and noisy throughout both day and night due to some constructions. The check-in was rather difficult, I acquired additional phone charges due to the check-in procedure. Also, I still can't get them to write me a correct invoice.
• Connolly (10/5): A very nice day with accommodating hosts - Well, I liked that. I got a place last minute. That wasn’t too expensive. As Florence is quite expensive. I was a solo traveler, but at this location, it slept five comfortably so the price would’ve been excellent if there had been five people. I thought it was very pretty inside with all the necessities you would need in the kitchen had nice beds and beautiful linens, nice view from the balcony of the Duomo and other buildings Walking there, I was shocked to see this big reddish building that looked like a monolith. I was a little nervous about the area at first. Then when I was working with the host to get checked the entryway was really dirty inside the front door and the carpet looked quite worn out. I was a little nervous about what the apartment would look like. But what a surprise when I got upstairs, it was beautiful.

• Yosuke (8/5): Very good - Location is good (10-12 min walk from the station), well cleaned and maintained, easy to access the room. Shower was very weak and it suddenly became cold and kept cold for some minutes. Temperature control is not working properly.

Would definitely recommend The washing machine only has a 15min cycle and then the next is 3 hours, 6 and 9 hours. Sucks if you have a bit of laundry but also don’t want to wash for the whole day

• Aliona (10/5): Amazing apartment, you feel like at home, the basic daily needs are provided. Everything it’s new, including furniture, - The apartment it’s exactly like on the photo . The perfect place for your vacation. It’s very near to the City Center / Central train station. The view it’s good. The neighbors are quiet, you don’t feel any outside noises . Very easy access to the location/ very professional service. I think the price it’s a little bit hi , we are traveling often …

• Svetlana (9/5): Comfy, clean place for long stay in Firenze with nice view. - Perfect location, 2 stops by tram from railway station. Very clean. It was easy with key finding. Very well equipped. There is kitchen sponge and soap for washing dishes. Good communication with manager. Grocery shops are quite far. Hard pillows. Mattress is very good! You have to pay 100€ for cleaning and city tax is now 5,50/pers/day. Water pressure is weak and be ready it can be suddenly cold in the shower and you need to wait when it will be warm again. But for us it was minor issue. Please take your soap, shampoo and paper towels.

Walking felt safe, and it was a short distance to r - It was clean, nicely and simply decorated, and had an adorable balcony. We had some difficulty getting in with keypad and lock. Written instructions after a long day would have helped us. After hours, booking.com was not available. Practice made perfect!
