• Ray (1/5): Bad - Central location TLDR: Save yourself the money and regret and avoid. Poor amenities and host. Read below for details... The host was extremely difficult to deal with. He threw out our clothes—including items of sentimental value—that had been stuck in his broken washing machine for three weeks. We waited patiently the entire time, accepting his excuses for delaying repairs. One excuse was that he was going away for Easter and didn’t want to deal with it or pay to call out a handyman. He then ghosted us for the next 3 weeks until he finally sent picure of our clothes thrown to the floor in a careless pile. We raised the issue on a Tuesday afternoon, with our checkout scheduled for Friday morning. When he finally addressed it, instead of resolving the matter professionally, he demanded money for the "repairs" but refused to provide an invoice. He then gave us 24 hours to pay, threatening that his cleaner would throw our belongings away if we didn’t. Unsurprisingly, we refused to pay such a sketchy demand. To make matters worse, Booking.com customer service was no help at all. They stated that any dispute had to be resolved directly with the host, as they consider themselves just a third party once the booking is completed—very reassuring. The facilities were in terrible condition. The shower drain was clogged with hair from previous tenants, causing flooding. We had to take quick showers with barely any water pressure. When we mopped the floor, the water turned murky, suggesting the place hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. The toilet seat wasn’t even attached securely. To make matters worse, we suspected a rat infestation. After leaving some rubbish in a paper bag overnight, we found it torn open with shredded paper around it (see photo). The only redeeming quality of this place was its central location—but even that wasn’t worth the trouble. I would have gladly paid twice the price for a cleaner, more professional experience.

• Hathaipat (10/5): Excellent! - Cozy and comfy! Has everything you need and the best location you could ask for. The host is friendly, very helpful, and quick to reply.
• Armin (8/5): Perfect location to spend your holiday in London. - The studio is in the perfect location for a visit to London. It's very central, and everything is easily accessible. Despite its central location, it's very quiet. The host is very friendly, and communication was excellent. I would recommend and definitely book this accommodation again. The studio had minor issues (the bathroom door handle was a bit loose, there was no toaster, etc.), but that wasn't a big problem. It would have been nice to have a few more dishes, as using the dishwasher wasn't worth it, so we had to wash by hand every day. But that wasn't a huge problem either. An additional lock on the door would have been nice.

• Gareth (6/5): Pleasant - Great facilities, good size, excellent location. The apartment is very hot with only a single fan to move air around. Good if you like to be very warm but a bit sticky without an air con unit, for us anyway.

• Pankhuri (9/5): Stay at studio - The location was absolutely perfect. It is a centrally located studio and very well equipped. I would definitely recommend it. Value for money. The duvets were not in a very good state. Everything in the studio was clean except the duvet inside the bed box.

• Helen (10/5): Well equipped central location. - You can’t beat this apartment for its location - in the very heart of of London! I’ve stayed many times in the area and worked in London - this apartment is in an unusually quiet area. It’s very warm (and that was in May) unable to open any windows.
• Macey (8/5): Very good - Great location and size of the property with everything you need for your stay. Easy to access and Ryan was easy to communicate with. The place was so hot. We had both heaters off and the windows open but the apartment had under floor heating that unfortunately couldn’t be turned off. This wouldn’t be a problem if you needed a warm place to stay in the winter or like having a warm room - it was just too hot for us to be comfortable.

• Susan (9/5): Great location, great apartment! We loved it! - The property is so central to everything, you just step out side your door and your In Leicester Square within 1 min walk. Fantastic location! The property was Clean, comfortable. We loved it and will definitely be booking here! Only a few bits we could fault. The bedding for the sofa bed needs a little tlc and no iron board. Their was an iron and a little board in wardrobe that wasn’t adequate. We just used the bed to iron on which we didn’t mind as the price, location, and the apartment we could not fault!

• Olena (6/5): Pleasant - It was perfect location, good neighbors I booked for 3 persons, but when we arrived to apartment I could only find 2 towels and bed linen for only two people. I tried to call the host, but I didn't have any answers. We only managed to found a single bed linen which didn't smell good. My son was very uncomfortable without bedding. Cleaning was terrible, hair was everywhere
