- Rafał (7/5): Świetna lokalizacja. - Lokalizacja apartamentu znakomita w stylowej kamienicy (tuż przy parku, rano budził nas śpiew ptaków). Wszystkie atrakcje Londynu w zasięgu, wystarczył krótki spacer. Stacja metra tuż obok może 4min, sklep, kilka restauracji. Apartament przestronny, kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne, nawet kawa, herbata, cukier. Brakowało tylko soli :) ale kupiliśmy i została na wyposażeniu 😁 Kontakt z właścicielem ok. Jedyne do czego mam uwagi to czystość. Co prawda pościel/ręczniki ok biała i czyściutka (gdyby było inaczej ocena byłaby negatywna). Kuchnia też do przyjęcia. Natomiast w całym apartamencie łącznie z łazienką brudne podłogi, tak jakby nikt nawet nie odkurzył (leżały śmieci) nie mówiąc już o umyciu. Wykładzina w jednej sypialni też do wyprania - pełno plam po czymś rozlanym. Szkoda bo gdyby apartament był porządnie wysprzątany mógłby mieć nawet 10.
- GIUSEPPE (4/5): - Tipica casa inglese, zona tranquilla, ben arredata vicino alla metro. Abbiamo prenotato e pagato un alloggio per 5 persone, ma in realtà mancava il divano letto (così come la biancheria per la quinta persona) e per l'intero soggiorno il problema non è stato risolto. Ciò ha determinato un notevole disagio e scomodità.
- Davide (2/5): Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, U-Bahn-Station und Busstation in der Nähe. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr ungepflegt und unhy - Unterkunft lag sehr zentral Wir haben am Anreisetag circa 4 Stunden damit verbracht, die Heizung und das Warmwasser zum Laufen zu bringen. Der Vermieter konnte nur per Mail kontaktiert werden. Nach 4 Stunden beschloss ich einen Freund von mir der flaschner ist in Deutschland anzurufen und er hilft mir telefonisch weiter.
Am Tag vor der Abreise sind wir nachts wieder aufgewacht. In Eiserner Kälte Heizung ist wieder ausgefallen und es gab wieder morgens kein Warmwasser.

- Ignazio (9/5): - Posizione Eccezionale, 3 Min da metro e da lì con un bella passeggiata si arriva facilmente a Buckingham Palace e da lì in centro.
Abbiamo usato la metropolitana 1 volta ed un paio di volte autobus.
Molti locali a 5 minuti da casa, varia scelta e buon rapporto qualità prezzo, senza la folla delle zone più gettonate dai turisti.
Consiglio vivamente. Nulla, tutto ok.
Posso solo dare un consiglio a chi prenoterà: chiedete prima le istruzioni per attivare i riscaldamenti. Vi daranno tutte le indicazioni possibili e molto dettagliate. Noi abbiamo ritardato a farlo e le prime due mattine sono state un po' fredde in bagno, niente di particolare ma se si ha dei bambini meglio essere preparati ed attivarli all'arrivo.
- Ron (5/5): Good location and first impressions, but let down by internal fit out, poor management and upkeep - We liked the location on the side of St George's Square, which led out onto the River Thames. It was close to Pimlico Tube Station. There were good shops and a supermarket in the neighbourhood. We didn't like the demand for either a non returnable damage waiver or a returnable deposit, from which monies could have been deducted for damage we hadn't caused, after we had booked the apartment. Insurance cover is the responsibility of the owner/management company. That cost should be factored into the rental price, not demanded after completing and paying for the booking.
There was scaffolding on the front and back elevations, which we were not made aware of.
The rooms were very dark. 3 of the 8 lamps in the chandelier in the living/dining space were not working.
The extract fan in the bathroom didn't work, so the room was damp.
The opening were poorly fitting, so were draughty.
The bed settee in the living/dining space was the most uncomfortable settee we had ever sat on.
The bedside lamp in one of the bedrooms couldn't be plugged in because the socket was too far away.
There was no coffee maker, despite being assured there was one before we arrived.
Only 2 bin liners were provided for a 4 night stay with 4 adults + small child
No dishcloths were provided
No washing up liquid was provided
The plugs were missing from all the sinks.
The location was great and the first impressions on arrival were very good, but it let itself down with the internal fit out and the poor upkeep and lack of attention to the details outlined above.
- Benavent García (9/5): Apartamento muy cómodo. Ubicación excelente - Muy espacioso para lo que hay en Londres: habitaciones y baño muy amplio. Tiene salón. Camas grandes. Éramos dos parejas y un niño de 2 años y perfecto. Ubicación genial. No supimos encender el calentador, y en seguida vino un chico a ayudarnos a encenderlo. Trato excepcional. No tiene moqueta toda la casa (solo las habitaciones). Todo perfecto.
- milne (10/5): A clean, convenient London base that makes exploring the city a breeze. - comfortable, and tastefully furnished. We loved the location, just a few steps from Pimlico Station and within easy walking or Tube distance of everything we wanted to see. Quiet but incredibly central, it made getting around London effortless. The couch, which doubles as a second bed, left a bit to be desired in terms of comfort. That said, you’ll likely be out exploring most of the time anyway.

- Sinan (10/5): Amazing Stay! - This flat in London was absolutely fantastic! The location was unbeatable just a walk to the London Eye, Big Ben, and several museums, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything was well-maintained. In terms of comfort, it exceeded my expectations; the beds were super comfortable, and the apartment was easy to use and felt like home.
Additionally, the host was very responsive and helpful, quickly answering any questions. I had, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London. Highly recommended! The kitchen was a little cold sometimes

Prompt response when there were issues
Decent size rooms. No instructions for the boiler and we had a few issues. Water was only lukewarm warm.
Filthy behind the dresser in the main room and the washing machine in the bathroom.
Sheets and duvets didn’t fit the double bed, suggest fitted sheets for all mattresses.
Lack of kitchen utensils - no grater, no preparation bowls, no baking dishes and no tongs. I would encourage you to kit out the kitchen a bit more.
- Susan (8/5): Great place to stay! - Nice apartment for London. THE APARTMENT HAS WIFI!! The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable and fit our group of 5 very well. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The host provided a complimentary array of coffee, tea and some snack items. Others mentioned a problem with the sofa legs, we just turned the sofa around so that it was facing the table and it gave us a more open space and no problems with the legs. It's located only 2 minutes walk from Pimlico tube station. Perfect location for easy access to all of Londons best sites. The host communication was prompt and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment. The bathroom was chilly, but the host communicated that this issue will be remedied.
- Renata (9/5): Would recommend, specially if for a family up to 4. - Location is absolutely superb. Very close to bus stops and Pimlico underground station, plus markets and restaurants, though in a quiet street. There is also a nice park right in front of the flat.
Washing machine was a great convenience. Kitchen equiped well enough. Main bed very comfortable. Beds in the second room were a bit wiggly. Worked ok because it were kids sleeping. Proprietary said he would take a look into it.
Other reviews mentioned the sofa in the TV room, and we also had issues stumping into the legs. Had to keep the sofa flat to avoid tripping. The sofa is also the fifth bed, and not very comfortable.
- William (8/5): Great location on a quiet street--seemed safe. - Location was the biggest plus here. It was within easy walking distance of the train/bus station. The apartment was comfortable, nothing fancy. Kitchen was o.k. It was small, and not too many choices in pans or dishes, but it was nice to be able to do a little cooking for breakfast and also have a refrigerator. There are a lot of steps, both in getting up to the apartment and also down to the bathroom. But the street was quiet and seemed very safe too. Easy access and check in also. It was worth the advertised price. The extra damage charge you had to pay that was not listed upfront or in the details until after you had already booked and paid. It was handled by a third party, not the owner or Booking.com. Also, I lost my wedding band there, and wrote to ask if cleaning had found it, but I got no response at all. Communication was not a strong point with this apartment. The living space was pretty small, but we were there just a couple nights and gone most of the day, so not a problem. The couch had legs that stuck out from the base, and all of us at one time or the other tripped on them, as you have to go past it to get into the kitchen and bathroom, and the space is very close.

- Jane (8/5): It’s a very nice flat with secure, quiet and convenient environment - Very well located and super nice decorated. Big rooms and high ceilings with great space. Everything is near by and the 2 min from the nearest station. The owner use an agency to charge extra deposit which cost each guests extra 10 euros for the administration fee. I do think it should be the cost of the owner not the guest.
