• Stacy (4/5): - Size of house fitted us really well The bathrooms were clean, and basics clean (kitchen, floors etc). But the house looks like it hadn't had a thorough clean for over a decade. There was a whole window with pigeon poo on it - that you literally could not see out of - disgusting! The pool was empty - which we weren't made aware of until the week leading up. I believe this was an oversight - host thought they had listed on booking.com - but definitely wasn't easily visible - they changed once on booking.com once i addressed - didn't help we paid a premium price for something that wasn't as stated. Location is close to CBD - but definitely a sketchy part of town. 1 key for 6 guests - made it difficult for people coming and going. The double fold out bed in the booking photos is AI - there is no fold out couch as stated - there is a single trundle shoved in the cupboard with no doona. If the price was lower - this all prob would have been adequate but for the crazy price tag - don't think you are getting a luxury stay.

• mariya (8/5): - The establishment is comfortable, the book titles are marvellous to look through, the double bath is a novelty, the pool was a plus and our child absolutely loved it the experience. The establishment is large so i understand with the quick turnaround for customers that it would be hard to keep clean.
• Luke (7/5): Was perfect for what our group needed - Location was awesome and was easy to communicate with staff Wasn’t super clean on arrival and an old lounge gave way when we had more than one person lean against it

• Monique (1/5): It was horrible experience for the price we paid. - Nothing Everything. - bathrooms so dirty - windows dusty - couldn’t even use the balcony area bc it was filthy - heater didn’t work even though it was on all day and night so we could see if it would work after a while but didn’t at all - no help when the lifts broke and waited hours for someone to come (wasn’t even the host- it was maintenance) - sheets were dirty - nothing felt clean at all.

• debra (8/5): There's a horse in my room - The apartment was exceptionally large and quirky and the elevator opens right into your own little foyer, which then leads you straight to a life size horse lamp! 3 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, with side by side baths in the master ensuite. Wish it was warmer so we could have taken advantage of the private pool. If you're a book lover, you will definitely enjoy the collections of books ! As the property is slightly older, it could do with a really thorough clean (windows, skirting boards etc). There were no TVs in the bedrooms and also the only television was not a smart TV. Secure parking but very tight getting in and out of it

• Melissa (3/5): Close to CDB, cleanliness was good, beds comfortable but maintenance was poor and furnishings cheap - Location was good Maintenance on property was very poor. Sliding glass doors on each room were very hard to open, and the door on room 4 was almost impossible to open, took 2 people to slide it, the blinds being the only source of privacy were not great either. Oven door would not close fully, took over 45 mins to heat bread, we had to hold door closed to heat it up. The shower in bathroom was not functionable, very hard to get in and out of such a deep bath when slippery, a couple of us slipped getting in and out, actually quite dangerous. Other shower the floor was not in good condition. As it was cold in Adelaide during our visit extra blankets would have been good, but there were none provided and pillows although there were sufficient, they were so thin we all needed to sleep on three pillows. The lounge outside the main bedroom was so ratty and lumpy no one would even sit on it. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was good, beds very comfortable, but the ongoing maintenance was very poor and quality of furnishings and kitchenware felt very cheap

• Ranjana (6/5): Pleasant - The penthouse was very spacious and lovely property for family and friends. However, with below suggestions and basic needs, it could have been the best experience. There were couple of things which could have been better. The dusting was present in the furnitures around the house. The towels could be given extra for 3 night stay considering the booking for given number of people. Basic kitchen essentials were missing like, dish scrubber, there were only two spoons in the kitchen, only one water glass and not enough cups. Barbeque hot plate was very dirty so we couldn’t use it.
