Guest Reviews
- Garry (8/5): Very good -
- Dave (1/5): You may want to skip this - The area was not bad right in town. The manger was very nice and responds quickly when you message him. Where do I start, the entrance is located on the street where some guys are standing around offering massages, you step thru a gate and walk down a small dark alley between two buildings up some stairs to the unit, it's pretty shady down that dark hallway, the unit it's self is a good size however the bed is very uncomfortable the sofa is a lay plate for extra bedding, super uncomfortable. The sheets and blankets were pretty minimal, then on to the bathroom, the towles were in a drawer the white ones looked like they had been used for many many years they were old tattered and Grey from use the other micro fiber towles were hard to dry with. The bathroom it's self is a good size the sink is very tiny and the room has one small shelf with lotions soap toilet paper and candy? On it leaving very little space for your personal things. The toilet is hard to flush and by the time we left the toilet was broken and just constantly running. The hot water was a whole other thing, we had hot water fkr a couple days then no hot water for 3 days then he got it fixed and it worked for a couple days then no hot water again so 5 days of hot water 5 days of cold showers. He did responded and did try to fix it but it's an old dated building. There were also tiny ants and I did see a roach the last day. The furniture is dated and flooring needs some work several of the tiles were cracked and broken which could cause injury if it's delt with. In total I realize PV this time of year is high season and an apartment can be pretty spendy however this one is way overpriced for what you get and the condition. If you want comfort and clean with a splash of hot water skip this spot.
- Wanda (8/5): Helpful host, fun location in the heart of town. - Great location, close to the beach, shops, transit, taxi stand, etc Due to the downtown location it was noisy at night. Soundproofing the balcony door would help.
