• Lisa (10/5): Will definitely be back! - This townhouse is excellent! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was well stocked with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Check in was seamless and communication with the host was fabulous! Road construction was noisy, but that is unavoidable and won’t last forever. I do think that having the addition of a kitchen towel would be beneficial. Paper towels are provided, but seemed wasteful to have to use them every time we used the half bath, or washed a dish, and needed to dry our hands.

• Gunay (5/5): Not a bad property, but a very bad property management. - Good location. The townhouse itself and bed sheets were dirty on our first night. They cleaned it the next day however, but that was a bad start. Then there were some sort of worms all over the garage and everywhere in the hallways and ground floor bedroom and bathroom. We just kept killing them again and again to try and stop them from crawling in our belongings.

Location to food and things to do was great!Check in was a breeze but from there...Nothing Let's start with no apologies from the rental company after sharing that the apartment wasn't fully cleaned!Instead, I was treated like it was my fault for not sending a long report of these things right away...BROKEN COUCH..OK NO BIGGIE. REPLACE WHEN I LEAVE....! Our bed had a urine filled mattress pad cover.DISCOVERED THIS MORNING. REACHED OUT RIGHT AWAY UNACCEPTABLE!! The rental agent stated she was going over to check it out but never once apologies for it or addressed me after arriving. The list goes on.This place backs up to the busiest highway. Which her response was read the advertisement for the place.So as a out of towner ,I should know...LOCATED VERY CLOSE TO INTERNATIONAL DR AND CONVENTION CENTER MEANT ENDLESS LONG NIGHTS OF DRAG RACING IN THE BACKYARD AND NO SLEEP.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️I should clearly have read between the lines of this listing and understood what that meant...really???? The sheets per the tag ,Amazon basics 100% polyester. Which were like sleeping on plastic. Any good rental agent knows linens is what makes or breaks a rental unit. The couch was broken. Leaned to the floor.I texted right away to inform at almost midnight..wasn't looking for it to be replaced during our stay as we were gone all during the days..Rental agent claimed sheets were brand new but then stated no one in 4 years have complained about the sheets. 🤦‍♀️ 4 years of this being a rental unit and only 4 glowing reviews. 🤔 No accountability for missing the mark and felt like I was blamed ...Let's face it ,this is why it's so hard to give feedback!!Take it and improve and stop making guest feel like it's their responsibility to do your job! I found the rental agent to be difficult in understanding where I was coming from and brushed off the biggest issue!!Urine filled bed!
