• Austin (2/5): Not Luxury by a long shot, dirty, smelled bad, lots of things broken, good location. - Location was great and the street was quiet. Easy access to tram system and off street parking. To say this is a luxury apartment could not be further from the truth. Here is the list of improvements that need to be made. The outside area and the hallways and stairwell to the apartment were filthy, walls were damaged and window was broken to the point that it could almost not be closed and secured. The bins outside were overflowing and smelly for the first day until they were emptied. Mat in hallway deteriorated; Bin lid missing; snapped window keys; previous tenant hair ball left in bathrooom bin; shoe rack broken; a set of broken blinds lying in the hallway; coffee machine water reservoir leaking; kitchen very poorly equipped with many items or random food and supplies left in cupboards; baby cot left smelling of vomit; double bed mattress completely deteriorated, springs in back no support; couch spring broken and uncomfortable; cobwebs all over bathroom ceiling; bathroom smelled mouldy and damp; dining room table top not fixed to base; cupboard handing off wall and poorly fitted; pictures fallen down and not fixed back to wall and many other issues.

There is a restaurant right next door that had amazing food, especially their full English brekkie! Kitchen lacked a few items. Water pressure could have been better.

• Mustafa (10/5): Quite area - The flat was nice and clean from the inside everything was perfect. I chose this place because the parking space it's just in front the apartment and the most important thing there's 2 single beds for my kids usually when I get double bed for them it will be a nightmare they just keep fighting between each other. However, the area was very quiet during the day which make me work in peace even the Internet speed was about 50mbps which is suitable for working remotely and meetings. I have connected to the office vpn and to the remote desktop all worked fine btw most of hotel's WiFi you cannot connect to the vpn unless you use your mobile data. If I come to Manchester again definitely this flat will be my first choice 🙂 The interior doors for the main room and for the main bathroom won't close easily unless you push little bit harder I think this is because the heat the door expended little bit

• Paul (6/5): This could be an excellent apartment if the couch and beds were comfortable. - Spacious apartment with good facilities. Couch and beds were not comfortable.
• Rebecca (7/5): Nice place but was ruined by the people downstairs keeping us up. - Clean apartment with everything that we needed for a weekend away. Beds were comfy and parking which was useful. The people below kept us up all night laughing till about 6am both nights.
• Nomadic (10/5): A Bit of England - I absolutely liked the apartment. The cleanliness, the amenities. The two bathrooms. It's very close to the airport and public transportation. There's a parking port for your car. There are plenty of hangers for your clothes. Honestly, the noise level from outside was challenging. You could hear people outside on the street as well as others in the nearby apartment.
• Sarah (8/5): 2 bed on 1st floor. Excellent location. Lovely open plan layout. - Excellent location. Easy access to city and beyond. Nice 2 bedroom flat with ensuite bathroom in main room and open plan layout. Well set up. There needs to be more than 4 plates, 4 glasses, 4 cups etc. There was a dishwasher but there is little value in running a dishwasher for such a small load. Also the main rug needs a strong vacuum to remove embedded dirt/hair.
• Corey (9/5): Not the most ideal if your wanting to be slap bang in the middle of Manchester but overall great value for money and a g - Very clean and well organised, comfortable furniture. Fairly modernised and easy to gain access with the code and key lock box outside. Great host who transferred the deposit back the day we were leaving. Balcony did the job and kitchen/shower facilities were good too. some of the facilities weren’t working straight off the bat, but the host was really helpful and fast at responding and came round to just make sure we were okay and also sorted the simple power trip that had occurred, as a couple of the sockets weren’t working before. Location was fine and not too far from town, we knew it was going to be 20 minutes or so in an Uber which didn’t bother us. Not the most central location though if you would like to be in walking distance to city centre.

• Tracey (6/5): Convenient location to visit family, the space was what we needed - Two separate bathrooms and plenty of space for two couples visiting family over Christmas Host responsive. Modern and well laid out. Cleaning not done to a high standard, hardly any toilet role for 4 people for 2 nights , and since it was Xmas eve to Boxing Day, there was nowhere open to purchase more. Also, the finish was poor - it was expensive but doors didn’t shut properly and there was some damage and broken items. There was hardly any kitchen utensils. A carton of milk would have been a nice touch.

• Lydia (6/5): Pleasant - Very modernised, clean and a comfortable stay. There were no utensils or crockery to make food with so defeated the purpose of having cooking facilities. Also upon initial booking the full payment was taken and then emailed straight after noting the booking had been fully booked. In that moment the apartment was still advertised but had seen a price increase of £40, which meant I had to spend even more money

• Naseema (9/5): Best apartment we have been - This apartment is basically EPIC! Everything from the exterior to the interior is done and kept in an up-to-date high standards. Nuki e-locking system, decent and minute decor, open clean balcony, spacious living area and bright two rooms, wider 2 bathrooms, love the living area wooden panel feature wall and overall cleanliness. The person who answered all our query was very prompt in replying messages and polite to speck to. Noise of cars passing till midnight from across the road which meets to the main road.
• Hannah (10/5): Would definitely recommend. - We stayed here for a gig at the Old Trafford Cricket Ground, it was a great location! The walk was about an hour, but lots of bars to stop in on the way! The tram and taxi were also options but we didn’t mind walking. The apartment itself was really nice and the bed was very comfy! The balcony was lovely to have open in the sun. The host messaged us half way through our stay to check everything was okay which was also nice. nothing.

• Joel (9/5): Superb - The place was in a well kept manner with good facilities inside and comfortable beds. TV had Netflix and plenty of space in living room. The tap in the kitchen is leaking so the noise is annoying in the quiet. Location is not great as not much going on nearby and far from city centre.
