• Emmanuel (9/5): - Very nice studio with separate bedroom and loft. Centrally located. Mattresses could probably have been chosen better.
• Zana (7/5): - Die Lage war richtig gut und die Besitzer waren sofort erreichbar und sehr nett. Der Geruch und die Betten :( Der Geruch kam tatsächlich von draußen, aber in der Wohnung hat es ebenfalls extrem gestunken. Daher konnten wir die Fenster gar nicht öffnen. Bei hohen Temperaturen war das sehr unangenehm – trotz Klimaanlage in der Wohnung. Die Betten waren viel zu weich. Ein erholsamer Schlaf war definitiv nicht möglich.

• Michiel (8/5): Heerlijk locatie voor een stedentrip aan Porto. - Het appartement ligt op een prima locatie t.o.v. het centrum. 300 meter de straat naar beneden lopen en je staat aan de rand van het centrum. Het is wel een klein klimmetje terug naar het appartement. Het balkon en het uitzicht naar de 'tuin' is belabberd. Je kijkt uit op een vieze tuin, bouwafval, afgeschermd met een lelijk bouwscherm.
• Alex (10/5): - Расположение отличное , в начале центральной торговой улицы . Квартира оборудована и оснащена всем необходимым для проживания. Имеется посудомоечная и стиральная машина , что немаловажно. Квартира находится на последнем 3 этаже , дом без лифта , подниматься и спускаться с чемоданами не просто , узкий лестничный пролет. Сама квартира двухэтажная , на втором этаже под потолком было довольно-таки душно, благо , что есть кондиционер
• GertvH (9/5): - Perfecte centrale locatie. Direct aan de grootste winkelstraat van Porto. Alles goed te voet te bereiken. Voor 3 tot 4 volwassen personen is het eigenlijk te klein. De wenteltrap is een uitdaging.
• Sandra (9/5): Toller Vermieter, tolle Wohnung, tolle Tage, aber nachts wenig Schlaf. - Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, in der Nähe der Metrostationen Trindade und Bolhao und am Ende der größten Einkaufsstraße Portos. Zu Fuß und mit Koffern gut zu erreichen. Lediglich die vielen Treppen/Stufen ins Dachgeschoss sind etwas beschwerlich. Wir wurden außerordentlich herzlich empfangen. Alles wurde gezeigt und erklärt. Auch, als das Türcode-Schloss mal streikte, kam sofort telefonisch und per App Hilfe. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Vermietungsagentur! Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wirklich zum Wohlfühlen. Schade, dass der Dachgarten wegen eines Bauschadens aktuell nicht verfügbar ist, aber der Balkon ist ausreichend groß für entspannte Abende. Besonders nett ist der Prosecco als Begrüßungsgeschenk und die Broschüre mit hilfreichen Tipps auch in deutscher Sprache. Einzige Mankos sind das obere Schlafzimmer auf dem Spitzboden - es ist sehr hellhörig, da das Dach offenbar schlecht oder gar nicht gedämmt ist. Der Straßenlärm ist recht laut. Im unteren Schlafzimmer ist es sehr ruhig, aber leider ist die Matratze etwas "durchgelegen" - für Gäste mit Rückenproblemen gar nicht angenehm. Und das Frühstück hat uns etwas enttäuscht. Wir hatten für den Preis und anhand des Fotos wohl zu hohe Erwartungen. Es kam kein hübsch dekorierter Korb sondern nur zwei braune Tüten. Der Inhalt war aber frisch und ausreichend, um ein wenig satt zu werden. Nochmal würden wir das nicht buchen. Zumal in der Umgebung zahlreiche sehr nette Cafés und auch Supermärkte vorhanden sind, in denen man sich gut selbst versorgen kann.

• Cindy (9/5): Superb - Very friendly and responsive staff. Loved the welcome bottle of bubbly and coffee pods! Comfy beds, Walking distance from Trinidade metro and everywhere really. My mother found the 3 flights of stairs tricky but she managed.
• James (7/5): Great location for exploring Porto - The location was excellent. Easy access to Behlao market and metro. It had a washer and drying rack. The upstairs loft had such a low ceiling that you have to stoop to get to the bed-even for average height person. From the loft you could hear a lot of street noise and the metro . Place was much smaller than it appeared from photos-had to watch tv from kitchen table because couch is right next to tv.

• Alina (9/5): Modern and cosy location right outside Porto downtown - The apartment is beautiful, tastefully and modern designed. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, good neighbourhood. Host waited for us upon arrival although it was very late amd helped us organize the transfer from the airport. Breakfast is an externalized service, someone brings a basket every day. On the upside he/she was very punctual and left us a note if we had special wishes. We are not very picky, but the price for what was in it was exaggerated. And on the last day there was also a note fo tips…

• Lynn (10/5): Great location, great apartment, make sure the bed location works for your group. - Clean, location, very comfortable, location I wouldn’t say didn’t like, but the king is on the loft and the spiral is very narrow. We had the youngest take the upstairs but it would have been a hassle to bring her suitcase up so she kept it on the main floor. I would recommend a full length mirror. I also would note don’t plan on arriving early and leaving a bag there’s no way. Lucky our flight and train arrived at check in time. Hosts were very friendly… super easy about checking in.

• Hazel (9/5): Lovely place to stay, ideal for active people. Near the Main Streets and shopping areas only a short walk from all attra - The location was perfect. Our host Paula was a wonderful obliging host. There is a little balcony, which was enjoyable for morning and evening relaxation. There are shops and supermarkets nearby. All tourist attractions are a 15/20 minute walk. It was a quiet residence. There was an awkward spiral staircase which is not suitable for people with mobility issues or young children.
• Michael (10/5): Awesome location, super cool place and very clean - The newly renovated apartment was very well designed and perfect for what we needed. very close to the main attractions of Porto. If we had known about this location earlier than when we booked, I would have stayed in this apartment longer. Madalena was amazing with familiarizing us with some amazing places to eat and visit and that was a huge bonus to us! and are very grateful for her hospitality and positive energy. Very much recommended this rental apartment
