• Ufuk (1/5): - They rent apartments that cannot be rented legally. We received an official letter asking us to vacate the apartment. Then they directed us to a very terrible apartment. I do not recommend it.
• Maureen (7/5): - Having 2 bedrooms with 2 baths was good. The kitchen was semi-stocked with utensils. Location was good. The furniture needs to be replaced with something more comfortable. The bar stools were so uncomfortable which made it hard with no table to sit at. The couch was super low and hard. Alley was super noisy all the time.

• Tess (10/5): Perfect for a family - The apartment was well-maintained, comfortable, and in a great location. We were out all day, so we were happy to be able to walk down the street to Trader Joe's to grab food to prep at the apartment for the last few nights there. There's also a great little Italian restaurant attached to the apartment complex that made for a lovely dinner on the first night of arrival.
• Alexandra (5/5): Good location, but windows are as thin as paper, so you hear everything. The apartment was not clean - The hotel was located in a safe area with cafes and a CVS Pharmacy close by. It was about a 5-10minute walk to Santa Monica Pier and shops, so that was also convenient. The apartment was extremely dirty and noisy. The floors were so filthy that whenever we walked through it in socks or without shoes our feet/socks were black. The washing machine was useful, but the detergent supplied damaged our clothes and we had to throw them out. They were also left smelling very bad. The other issue was the noise, it was difficult to sleep and so I had to buy ear plugs for us and the kids.
• Tomoshige (7/5): Goood!! - Very good access to the shore, and shopping area. There are good restaurant near by, and safe place to walk late. Leather sofa’s smell was in entire room. Some cleaning weren’t enough such old coffee was in the coffee maker. But owner is very kind and supply advises and helps.
• Dave (9/5): Nice apartment with TWO master suites, laundry, and parking within walking distance to everything! - The location is perfect. It has two master bedrooms, each with its own private full bath/shower, a washer/dryer in the apartment and secured parking included. You’re a two block walk to Trader Joe’s if you want to grab ground coffee and fill the fridge. We walked to the beach, bars and restaurants and were able to just leave the car in the garage. Would highly recommend.

• Sam (10/5): Lovely 2 night stay in Santa Monica. - Property was in a really great location, very spacious with 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms. Nicely decorated and easy check in. We also really liked that our car was parked in an underground carpark, had the choice of 1 spaces and was very secure. A very short walk to Santa Monica Pier! WiFi was hit and miss
