- Andy (7/5): It was ok. Few issues but it was fine overall. - Very convenient for the city centre. Narrow double bed, sofa beds were no good. No real curtains so quite bright all night and lot of noise from the busy road outside.

- Yaron (8/5): Great and cheap centrally located apartment! - Very central and good value for money. Parking was easy! Very clean and well equipped and presented apartment. The complex is being renovated, but that doesn’t affect the apartment itself. Slightly hot in the summer but they provided fans to mitigate that. We kept windows closed cos of noise but could’ve opened them and made life easier.

- Billie (8/5): Nice little apartment - Great location and the free on site parking. Very comfy bed and sofa, could stay comfortably for a week or so! Full size fridge, hob, microwave etc all available. Windows don't open, very hot and stuffy, lift to room out of order.

It's also very close to the Arena There were some issues relating to the very recent transfer of the property from one owner to anther. These were resolved as well as the new owner possibly could and won't impact on future visitors.

- Rachael (9/5): Home away from home - Lovely apartment, ideal location for getting to city centre I’m a light sleeper - the apartment is on a main road. It didn’t bother my partner but it was a little loud for me personally
- Davies (7/5): Good - The apartment was perfect. Anything outside of the apartment was grubby and unkept. The building and the whole block seems to be an unkept area. The rest of Leeds was hardly better to be fair.
- Maureen (8/5): Great value for money - Excellent location for what we wanted, which was to be close to the First Direct Arena. Traffic noise was annoying as it overlooked a ring road, but for one night it wasn't too much of a problem and the location more than made up for that. Whilst the accommodation was clean, it could perhaps have been a tad better, but it was comfortable and modern and one of the better apartments I've stayed at in Leeds.

- Rebecca (9/5): Beautiful flat near arena - Beautiful cosy space near Leeds first direct arena. Good amount of bars and restaurants near by also. Great shower and comfy bed. Very difficult to find the flat from inside the building but after contacting host we finally got in.
