• Terri (7/5): - Convenience Strong smell of pine Sol in hallways and room. Despite 'smell' of having been cleaned, the floors were sticky. The strong scent was irritating to my eyes and nose. The desk clerk suggested opening the small window in the room for fresh air. Ground floor facing the back parking lot - instead, I wiped down the floors with a wet towel. Obviously the floors were not clean; the white towels were black. Obviously they used dirty pineSol water & a mop to 'clean' the floors.

• Nakishia (8/5): Good for price point - Was in a good location for food and shopping. Staff was excellent was greeted each and every time I passed the front desk or a staff member in the hallway. The breakfast had a good variety of things to choose from. The shower floor wasnt cleaned there was still hair from the previous person in there and to me the beds weren't comfortable so I didn't get good sleep

Breakfast was basic and ok but eating area a bit crammed… Room was noisy during night, could hear people walking above and TV nextdoor.

• Stephany (8/5): Great hotel, very clean, staff is wonderful, indoor pool was ICE cold. - The room was clean and all staff were wonderful and very helpful. We booked this room over 30 minutes away from the family we were visiting because of the reviews, in door pool and hot tube. We booked this hotel mainly because of the great reviews and the indoor pool and hot tube. Unfortunately, the pool was FREEZING and we could not swim, which was such a bummer because, again, that was the main reason we chose this hotel.

• Athena (1/5): Run Forest run! - We did not stay at the property. We requested a refund. The first room was flooded with water on the floor. The second room reeked of smoke. The dressings on the bed were dirty and the bathroom towels looked used.
• Melissa (7/5): - The spa and pool were both very clean and relaxing. The room was mostly clean when we arrived. I didn't receive any housekeeping services while I was there. The washer and dryer are very outdated, and even after three runs through the dryer my clothes were still very wet. The phone in the room didn't work so you have to go downstairs or use your cell phone if you need to reach the front desk. I'd like if they changed their breakfast hours until 10pm, keeping people with kids in mind.
• Gerald (7/5): Stay was good. - The breakfast was good the location was convenient Coffee in room would be nice. Towels had to go to front desk to get clean ones. There was a large clump of black hair on the shower wall that I had to remove before using.
• Wanda (3/5): Awful… put could not get my money back, had to stay. - The rooms were not very clean, food still on the floor from a previous guest, rooms were outdated, extremely small TV , remote did not work. No paper cups in the bathroom to rinse your mouth out. Looks like someone put their fist through the bathroom door. Sheets and pillow cases were extremely worn. Toilet paper was 1-ply, extreme thin. Will not stay there again!

• Gianfranco (5/5): Disappointed about the cleanliness, comfy mattress - The location was convenient and the staff was friendly, not knowledgeable about the area at all though. There was hair in the shower, a hair pin on the floor, the shower curtain had stains on the bottom. The desk chair was covered in white hair, like dog hair or hair from the back of an old man, super gross. There was also a brown liquid stain smeared on the door that connects to another room. The breakfast had no protein or eggs, just waffles and bagels.

We didn't even get through check in because he insisted on us being in a different room than we reserved, though we had stayed in the same room previously for more than a week.. so we went and checked in a different hotel, motel 6 down the street got a better room and save more money. So thanks for nothing that ended up being better for us.

Some things not working well like the light over the chair working would have been nice and the desk chair doesn’t seem to fit the desk.

• Jodi (1/5): Keep looking elsewhere - Location Our first room was disgusting! A HORRIBLE smell instantly knocked you over when opening the door! We turned on the AC to see if that help, but sadly did not. The bathroom door, not only wouldn't lock, but had a hole in it where someone obviously punched it! You couldn't even see out the windows, as it looked like paint on the outside. They, thankfully found us a new room. Our new room didn't have the smell or a hole in the door, but that's about it. The floors and bathroom were still very filthy. The beds were advertised as queens, but we're full size. The rooms were VERY small and only 2 tiny drawers to put your clothes. (Not enough room to leave suitcases out on the floor). The outlets were AWFUL! Nothing would stay plugged in because they were so "janky". If something staged plugged in, the outlet didn't work at all! So, to spend $240/night was OUTRAGEOUS! If we wouldn't have been traveling with extended family, we would have definitely changed hotels. The only plus side was the indoor pool, which was FREEZING. If we could give zero stars, we would. Avoid this "hotel" like the plaque.
