• Pribanić (8/5): Sve u svemu za tu cijenu je dobro. - Bile smo u bungalu koji je bio pored zgrade, kucica je sasvim okej za prenociti. U centru je. Soba je čista, jedino je bilo paucine po kutevima. Imale smo privatni parking u sklopu hostela( dodatno se plaća). Bilo je paucine i paukova. Mrezica na prozoru protiv buba je pokadina.
• Samanta (2/5): Vrijednost za novac ravna nuli - U objektu, nista naročito, prednost što je odvojen. Nije nam se svidjelo što je toalet bio bez wc papira, jedan je bio zaštopan, a drugi nije radio. Nedostajali su mi dijelovi za vodokotlić. Nigdje nije bilo nikakvog sredstva za dezinfekciju toaleta. Boiler u jednom od wc-a je curio, vode posvuda.. Tuševi su relativno ok, pločice i to, ok je. Ali nije bilo tople vode nikako. Niti uvečer niti ujutro. Urednost vile haos, nema to veze što je ona stara stotinu godina, to je sve ok, ali posvuda prašina i nekakvi radovi unutra. Svaka kvaka na vratima puna prašine. Kabina u kojoj smo mi spavale..jedva smo vrata zaključale, nikako pa nikako onaj ključ da se okrene. Mnogo da te iznervira. Pod je bio jako prljav u našoj kabini, par komada stakla po podu. Netko tko je pričao sa mnom preko poruka na bookingu, pričao je na engleski, mislim si ok, ajde..ali kad su mi tražili da pošaljem osobne na broj neki nepoznati koji je iz srbije, e tu sam rekla da ne može jer postoji broj naveden na bookingu na koji se nitko nije javljao. I onda je tek ta osoba poslala pin preko kojeg možemo ući u villu da odemo na toalet. Vrijednost za novac ravna nuli. Evo, 10e, da nisam toliko nepoštena. I ja iznamljujem i bavim se time godinama, ali ovo je haos. Ovo nam nije prvi hostel, ali je najgori. Definitvno, od svih.

Nothing is clean bed sheets have not been changed for some time. No hot water and no showers. Asked for a refaund from booking and the hostel itself no answers were given back. So DO NOT I repeat DO NOT book this shit

• Michael (1/5): Terrible - Honestly nothing, I arrived to the property and the instructions I was given were completely wrong. I then spent the next two hours trying to call the owner with no answer and still no answer over 24 hours later. I figured out myself how to get in (guessed the code to the lock box and the completely different dwelling). Also the showers had no doors on them. This whole stay was completely disappointing to me and has cause me a lot of stress. Said above

• Halil Özgen (3/5): - Location I would recommend this hostel only if your only other option is sleeping on the streets - There was no reception, the codes were sent via Booking chat, but I think a hostel with shared rooms and so many guests must have an around-the-clock reception with actual personnel. It is comforting and reassuring to speak with an actual person that stands in front of you. For example, another guest arrived after midnight and told me that there was no pillow on his bed (I was the only one awake), and he slept without it. There was no way to ask for one at that time. - They sent a code to the building but when I arrived, the front door was wide open, which didn't feel safe at all - The building was still under renovation, looked like a construction site, I wasn't sure if I was in the right building (to my disappointment I actually was). - Showers and toilets seemed new but there were no shower curtains (let alone doors), there was no soap in the toilets to wash hands with, and only two rolls of toilet paper per stall, which of course ran out before dawn because the whole hostel had only three toilets (that reminds me, my room was on the third floor and the toilets were on the second) - There were lockers in the room but they had built-in locks with no keys (again, I arrived late, there was no one to ask), and they seemed run down and therefore not safe. And there was no way to use padlocks. - The door to the room was an old wooden door and kept squeaking loudly every time someone opened it, which woke me up more than once In summation it is a nicely located building that has a potential to turn into a nice hostel but until then better look for another place.
• Sri Vasudha (1/5): Not a hostel - The hostel had a bed and a toilet. No hot water, no kitchen. Hostel was under construction? There were absolutely no amenities. The Booking chat representative mentioned that there were amenities that didnt exist. For example there was no functioning kitchen. No functioning showers as well, no doors to bathrooms or shower curtains. The room next to the one I was allotted had water dripping from the ceiling. Would be ok for 10 euros a night under dire circumstances but otherwise its mot a good option at all.
• kondieva (1/5): do NOT stay here EVER for your SAFETY - Nothing. The girls in my room looked very friendly and was nice to not feel alone in our misery. I am, hereby, making an official complaint against this place. I knew the low ratings, but my plans suddenly changed and I couldn't find another accommodation in Ljubljana besides this. I have stayed at different places all around the world and thought it couldn't be that bad. But there are things simply I can NOT tolerate as they're ILLEGAL. I ended up leaving the house after I charged my phone as I decided for my safety its better to travel to Bled than stay at night here, eventhough I had early flight and was beyond exhausted. There is no reception. Not a living soul from the reception. Everything is communicated online If they answer you. I guess I was one of the luckily one as I received at least guidance how and where to go as when I arrived there were plenty of people staying outside as Noone send them instructions! The building was going through renovation and all my clothes were dirty. There was no kitchen as advertised. Some toilets did NOT work, some were missing doors! There was no hot water in the shower, there was a shower with just a "pipe". There were only two outlets for the whole room to charge your phone for 8 people. The WiFi didn't work. People who checked in before me were complaining that they contacted people from the property and Noone cared. Now for the FINAL part! There were no LOCKS. There is a code for the front door, but not for the rooms. Meaning anyone can enter your room and harm you. There were strangers all around the house, probably from the renovation team. I was alone and I am a girl. The house is at some pretty isolated place. I was extremely scared. The top of the iceberg was the water which started drifting from the upper floor. Some guy contacted booking for help as the owners didn't care. I dont know what happened afterwards. Maybe the house flooded. I was too scared to stay.
• Cereda (4/5): Impresa per entrare nell'appartamento - Appartamento in se comodo e fatto discretamente. Comunicazioni con la struttura sono solo risposte automatiche e il check in doveva essere dalle 15 ma ci sono state inviate le informazioni alle 17 lasciandoci in giro il pomeriggio con i bagagli. Non rispondono al telefono e ci avevano parlato di parcheggi gratuiti sulla strada il sabato pomeriggio e la domenica ma in realtà è tutto a pagamento. Quindi servizi e attenzione all'ospite come confermato anche da altri che erano lì pari a 0. L'ingresso della struttura difficile da individuare ed è una struttura completamente in restauro.
• Pedro (3/5): for those who are looking for a cheap hostel, it is OK (but barely) - It was worth it for me, as I was looking for somewhere cheap in the city center. The bed was clean, although another guest said that they saw bedbugs on their mattress. The bathrooms were not shining, but clean enough in my opinion. But there was no hot water. To enter the hostel, I had to type a PIN code in the door, and had to pay a fee online before that, so that they could send it to me. I thought it was a bit annoying, but also it was very easy to get in and out any time I wanted, and the checkout was just leaving the hostel, which was great.

• Dalia (1/5): - Reasonable walking distance from the city centre So disgusting, the worst place I have ever stayed. The room I slept in smelt like chemicals I had to sleep with my head covered. The bathrooms were SO dirty. The whole property felt like a fire hazard. The keys for the single rooms don't unlock the door, I could hear everyone struggling after about 10 attempts it unlocked. The whole property has a damp mould smell. If it wasn't so late I think I would have cancelled my stay and looked for accommodation elsewhere. Stay in a hostel over this place any day, feel dirty just thinking about how bad it is. The bed I slept on was also missing half its wooden planks so very uncomfortable. Nothing good, do not stay here, I knew it would be bad from the other reviews and photos but it was SO MUCH worse than expected.
• Kevin (1/5): Terrible and unsafe accommodation - Nothing. This hotel is Booking.com unworthy and a scam. Warning to future guests: this accommodation is not safe or properly maintained. Our bungalow door was broken and could not be closed or locked, leaving the room unsecured overnight. Despite repeated complaints, nothing was fixed and staff was not at the site and were unresponsive and difficult to deal with. The communal bathrooms were dirty, had no shower curtains, and there was no hot water. Do not stay here.

• aysel (1/5): DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE - NOTHING DO NOT, DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE! The host is extremely indifferent and responds very late to messages. Although check-in was scheduled for 3 PM, they didn't send the information before 4 PM. The house was under renovation; it felt like it was still in a construction site. The door lock was forced open, and I couldn't lock it because it wouldn't close. The sheets were damp and dirty, with muddy footprints on them. The bed was broken. When I informed the host, no solution was found. It's impossible for any living creature to stay here. Don't stay here; if there were a negative rating, I would give it. Booking.com shouldn't show us places like this. It's a complete disaster.
• Daisy (4/5): Suprising. - The beds were really comfy. Had charging ports beside each bed. I liked the banisters as well on the stairs. This property was not transparent regarding the condition of the property. On arrival, the property looked like a construction site. There was dust everywhere (all our belongings are covered in white dust). When we got to our room, there were no door on showers, no wifi, no hot water, no toilet flush, upstairs didn’t have a shower, no kitchen, no locks on the under bed storage as it was key access but we were not provided any keys. Every door into the hostel was also open. So anyone could come in. Staff were very difficult to contact as well. I was not sent my check in instruction until after the check in time. And when I tried to contact the property they did not answer the phone after several attempts and took a while to reply on message via booking.com. If the property had been transparent and made customers aware I don’t think it’s too bad for a couple of nights. But it did come to a shock as we were not aware of the circumstance.

• Guest (1/5): The conditions of the property were shocking, and the property owners and booking.com were unhelpful, the owners blockin - There are no pros to this property 1) upon arrival we were unable to enter the property despite paying the tourist tax and following the given instructions, and were only responded to over an hour after initial contact, outside of our provided check in time. 2) When we entered the property, the door to the room we had booked was taped shut, and had a sign saying ‘Closed’ - this did suggest that the room should not have been advertised. 3) When we entered the room, it was dirty, the beds were deconstructed, there was no linen provided (and the mattresses were badly stained), there were no towels, and the basic amenities were lacking, e.g. no toilet roll provided.
• Carmen (6/5): Fans should be provided for rooms without windows - I stayed here for the parking, but there wasn’t any proper designated parking space. A few cars were parked in front of the property, which could cause issues if someone needs to move their car. On the bright side, I met the staff, and he was friendly. The room is a bit pricey and quite stuffy as there is no proper window. It would be great if a fan could be provided.

• Setterfield (1/5): Do not waste your money on this place - Literally nothing. I guess it's a decent location (except the noise pollution from the motorway). It was the worst stay of my life. Firstly, the room was tiny and in the loft space. It had clearly been built as an afterthought since there were holes in the floor and ceiling with wires and tubes everywhere. I'm 5"9 and my boyfriend 6"1 and we kept hitting our heads on the beams as the roof was too low for us. Secondly, the toilet and shower were literally in the bedroom. There was simply a see-through glass pane separating the two; No door. My boyfriend and I are very liberal and open but that was simply a step too far. No one wants to have to watch their partner on the loo whilst laying in bed. Thirdly, the drainage was appalling. The sink was broken and didn't drain so I had to spend time fixing it. The shower........ was a nightmare. There's literally nothing stopping the water from running into the room. I was cheerily having a shower when my boyfriend shouted that there was water everywhere. EVERYWHERE. The whole bedroom was soaked. All our stuff on the floor was soaked. Fourthly, its the dustiest place I've ever stayed. I accidentally dropped a paracetamol under the bed and upon bending down to retrieve it, i noticed the state of the floor under the bed. It was coated in THICK dust and was littered with ominous waste from previous occupants. I'd have rather drunk dirty pond water than retrieve that pill. The only bonus to flooding the room was that hopefully it cleaned the floor slightly in the process. Fifthly, they dont really care about making your stay enjoyable. They wouldn't let me check in 1 hour early despite the room being ready and insisted I had to wait till the correct time. They give you a tiny hand towel and that's it. No nice extras (coffee, kettle, AC, shower gel etc) which wasn't too surprising given the price but still would have been a pleasant addition. Basically, spend more money and stay somewhere nicer. Thankfully I was only here for 2 nights but had it been more I'd have left early and gone to stay somewhere else.
• Christina (1/5): Terrible, but the staff were nice, although this would never make up for the appalling state - Then location was good but next to a busy road. The staff were very good and tried to make the stay as good as possible. The first room was tiny and didn't have a window, and there was no way to air the room. The staff had to use air freshener, so it stank of chemicals. The shower head had been removed and the towels were really old. The keys opened the other rooms so the rooms were not secure and I had expensive camera equipment with me. I had booked a private room so the equipment would be secure. I was moved after I complained about the window, but both rooms also had only two drawers to store clothes , so everything needed to be ironed, yet ironing and hair drying was shared amongst the whole hostel. In the second room, the sink leaked and the shower would spill water all over the floor into the main part of the room, soaking everything.

We did not get the room we were supposed to get, alongside that the parking costing 8€ was cramped inside the fence, and it being cheaper to park on the street.

• Michael (3/5): Poor - Good located I payed for the parking but the all parking spot was blocked by one car. When I asked the worker if he knows who’s car it is he told me he doesn’t know. I payed to park on the street and the next day I asked him again and it turned out he was just to lazy to move his car and lied to me. When I got in he blocked again all the parking spot and I couldn’t use my car again…. It’s therefore not cool because I paid (although it says and to website it’s for free) Furthermore, the hostel was really not clean at all at that moment

• Haberla (5/5): An okay place to stay for a night or two, preferably with a friend. - We were in the “orange room”, with AC and a window. The property is very close to the city center, good value if travelling with a group of friends. Bathrooms were okay, with hot water and normal water pressure. Quality of mattresses was inconsistent, some were very comfortable others tragic. Shared kitchen is quite small and some of the equipment wasn’t working. God help you if you get a room in the basement.
• Coshgun (1/5): DO NOT come here, the photos are fake - Nothing Everything. This place was horrible. The building looks like it was taken out of a horror movie. My daughter could not sleep all night. The place smelled very bad. The toilet didnt have a door. There was no bath or shower. No windows or air conditioning whatsoever. It requires you to pay beforehand and charges a lot for cancellation. Overall, the room was very small and the building was uncomfortable.

• Kaj (10/5): Perfect place for a short stay - Everything is good compared to the price. It is comfortable place that is clean and you can get a good nights sleep. The staff was good at sending clear instructions for checking in, which made it very easy. I would not recommend multiple nights, but it is perfect for few.

• Sam (5/5): You get what you pay for - Very centrally located, only a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the city centre and 5 minutes from an (enormous) grocery store. Hosts were quick to respond to a message during the stay. Ultimately for the price (for a private room), you get what you pay for in location and a place to keep your things and sleep. We were in Loft 2, which had no windows or functioning air conditioning (so no ventilation, bar a pedestal fan). It was VERY stuffy inside, thanks to hot days outside, so we spent most of our time out of our room. Would be fixed with air conditioning or colder months.
• Zita (3/5): Poor - No window, no space (3 x 3 m), only bed, lamp and fan - in hot summer and for claustrophobic person it was nightmare 😞
• Matteo (1/5): Avoid this place - Not much Room under the roof very small without any windows, looked like a closet. Very unpleasant smell of humidity, it may even be unsafe due to mold
• Iris (1/5): Bad - AC was broke (in all other rooms too). Room temperature >30 degrees. Small window could be opened but then there was the noise from 4 lanes road next to the house -no sleep at all.
• Simona (1/5): Terrible - location We booked small bedroom and it was really small, we got loftroom, WITHOUT WINDOW and A/C wasn't working. Toilette was in this tidy room and had no door, insane. Dust everywhere. (picture with lamp) Communication with staff was terrible no informations about check in. We had to ask bedmaker 2 times and then we finally got informations about check in which should be at 15:00 but it wasn't because our tidy bedroom wasn't cleand up at the time.

• Dan (8/5): Great location, cheap accommodation with paid parking - The location is great, very close to the city center and Tivoli park. We have appreciated very much we could park our rented car in the courtyard for a small fee. This was extremely convenient given that the property is in the city center and we didn't need the car when visiting the city. The room was having its own bathroom but the bathroom was missing the basics (soap/ shampoo)

• Sophie (7/5): Good - Very basic hostel with obviously used furniture etc., but good value for the very cheap price. The location is close to the city centre. There’s only one big „bathroom“ with four toilets stalls and two shower stalls, but they got cleaned daily. They mixed up the booking, so at first I didn’t have a bed, but they sorted it out for me quickly. Just the communication beforehand was non existent.
