• Monika (9/5): Happy with our stay, great value for the money, amazing views - Loved the view from the balcony! the walking distance to the beaches, restaurants. the apartment had all the amenities we would have needed, so it was really well thought-through. the dishwasher doesn't fully open so it was a bit of struggle to put anything in or out, but that's a really minor inconvenience
• Dusko (1/5): Disappointing – Not as Advertised - I was very disappointed with this apartment. It did not look like the photos shown on Booking.com. The decor, furniture, and overall setup were completely different from what was advertised. It felt like I was staying in someone’s personal space rather than a professionally managed rental — there were lots of the owner's personal items everywhere, which made it feel cluttered and uncomfortable. I booked this place expecting a clean, neutral, and welcoming environment, but unfortunately, it did not meet those expectations. This experience was misleading, and I wouldn't recommend this apartment to other travelers unless the listing is updated to reflect the actual condition and appearance of the space. Because of how misleading the listing was, we didn’t feel comfortable staying. In fact, we left the apartment less than an hour after arriving. This was not what we booked or expected, and it was a very frustrating experience.

• Hansson (9/5): - A nice warm welcome from the host! The view from the apartament is fantastic! Spacious terrace! Well planned apartament that has everything you need!
• Jean (3/5): Décevant ! - En fait il y a plusieurs logements pour la même annonce. Certains sont bien d’autres pas bien. Nous n’avons pas eu de chance nous sommes tombés sur un logement pas bien. Je ne suis pas la seule à avoir vécu cette expérience désagréable. Il est regrettable que la confiance que nous faisons à Booking ne tienne pas compte des remarques qui sont faites par certains voyageurs et qui sont discordantes. Nous avons découvert progressivement l’étendue de l’état du logement. Placards ( pièce à vivre et coin cuisine) plein d’affaires tassées afin de faire un peu de place pour nous . Le coin repas contre une fenêtre grillagée donnant sur le palier de l’étage. Le lit collé contre les murs donc difficilement accessible. Peu de vaisselle, une seule assiette plate pour nous deux. Pour apercevoir la mer du 3ème étage, il fallait vraiment se pencher à la fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur de l’immeuble. Nous avions vu sur la rue. Tout est bidouillé. Je n’ai jamais vu autant de fils électriques de ma vie. Pour aller à la cala vintage beach il faut prendre derrière les immeubles un sentier à peine marqué avec de forts dénivelés. Nous ne sommes pas parvenus à y aller. Tout est mensonger.

• Miriam (9/5): Volvería a repetir - La buena comunicación con el propietario. Encontramos aparcamiento fácil. Almohada cómoda. El cuarto baño y cocina limpio y con todos los accesorios y toallas suficientes para la estancia. No disponía de tostadora.

• Cristhian David (10/5): Repetiré - Alojamiento cómodo y tranquilo, con todos los utensilios necesarios para pasar las vacaciones. Las almohadas, parecían de mentiras pero a mí me gusta una buena almohada para dormir.

El edificio es viejo ,da hasta un poco de miedo entrar,y el ascensor por lo que hemos observado en dos noches se estropea con facilidad. En realidad es un apartamento dividido en tres mini estudios. Para lo que nosotros lo hemos usado que era solo dormir, muy bien la relación calidad/precio ,pero estaba lleno de trastos del dueño,los armarios de la cocina llenos de comida,en la habitación cosas del dueño,una impresora ,libros...trastos varios...;un armario en la cocina lleno de cargadores de móvil,cables sueltos.....en fin...para ser un apartamento que alquilas no es normal que esté así. Si el objetivo es pasar unos días y hacer algo de vida en él no lo veo el mejor sitio.

• Bindu (2/5): Devastated because of owners behavior the day I reached - The view There is nothing to like I personally don’t like to comment bad about anyone but I have to tell what I experienced when we reached the owner didn’t answer my calls for 20 minutes I had to wait outside but some guest from another apartment opened the door and let us in side the building I was devastated because I was travelling with my 7 years old daughter the owner knew my timing but still he didn’t answer my calls when we reached out to him his excuse was that he was installing ac in the apartment I was very upset because of his careless behaviour when I protested that why he didn’t answer my calls he said if m not happy he can cancel my stay another stupid suggestion knowing it that am with a small girl I booked this apartment for 2 adults and one child when he came down to throw the garbage he said there is one adult and one child he didn’t move from apartment until I paid him extra 200 euros this was a fraudulent from the site and owner I am sorry I didn’t like anything the apartment was unclean kitchen wall was a dirty the smell from bathroom was not tolerable I requested the owner if he could do something he brought me a fan and a electric air freshener still the smell was there the electric relax chair was unclean , toilet was unclean balcony was all messed up ufff I am repenting why I declined my stay in other apartments this is the first and last time I have visited this apartment !! The building is super old and dirty the elevator is messed up on the entrance there is a spider web and big size spiders such a dirty place to live with family the only thing I liked was a view but that’s not a big deal there are other safe places to stay !! The owner’s behavior changed when I paid him extra because he insisted me and made me feel like if I not pay he will not allow us to stay !! In the end it’s all messed up in this building I don’t know how someone can stay at such places at this high price there are thousands of beautiful apartments !!
• El (10/5): Exceptional - the place was clean, well located and exactly as described. i had a very confortable stay specialy with the desk that was very usefull to me to work remotly. i would definitely recommend it. the host was very proactive and responsive to our needs. we really enjoyed our stay.
• Maryna (10/5): Perfect apartments. - The apartments are perfectly located within walking distance to several beaches. There is also a bus stop nearby. Very beautiful sea view from the balcony. There was everything I needed for a comfortable stay: hairdryer, washing machine, iron, microwave, dishes, towels, WiFi, etc. The owner was very caring and helpful. Everything was OK.

• Alexey (10/5): Exceptional - Handy location for those, who want to walk along the sea and visit both: Salou and La Pineda cities. Great view of the surroundings from the large balcony. Sometimes birds sit on the trees opposite and beautifully chirp. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay and cooking in the kitchen. For example, a set of all kinds of spices, which was unexpected. Comfortable spacious bathroom. There is a huge TV in the bedroom - I did not see bigger in rent apartments. If you are driving, there is enough parking space behind the house. There are no complaints about the apartment. It's just a pity that not all people appreciate nature - there is garbage along the cape coast in some places. As in many other places where we have been. But this is another topic.
