• Kushal (8/5): - The location was great. It has connectivity to all attractions of london. Bus station, train station and Shopping - everything was nearby. The apartment was on 3rd floor. We had to carry big luggages ourselves.

• ELISA RUT (9/5): Muy recomendable. Volvería en próxima oportunidad. Ideal para una familia. - La ubicación y la comodidad del departamento. Habitaciones amplias y todos los servicios. Lugar tranquilo, cerca de los medios de comunicación y supermercado . Vista hermosa desde los dos pisos. Algunas instalaciones a las que faltó mantenimiento, por ejemplo canilla del baño. Podría haber tenido mejor iluminación en la cocina. Dos juegos de llaves, sólo teníamos uno y se complicaba el ingreso. Todos temas menores.
• Stephen (8/5): Recommended as a comfortable place for a group of friends to stay in a really good location. - Location was great. 2 tube stations nearby and a Tesco just across the road. Apartment is really spacious. Was large enough for 6 people with lots of space . Really lovely apartment but a few general minor wear and tear improvements needed to be done to make it even better.
• Marta (6/5): Carino, ma si può fare di più - Posizione ottima, zona tranquilla e silenziosa ad appena 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro e a soli 5 minuti dal supermercato. La casa è grande e spaziosa. Il wi-fi funziona bene. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di fare subito il check in (ore 11.00) ed anche la disponibilità del padrone di casa ad effettuare un parziale rimborso visto il problema avuto con il bagno. L'appartamento è un po trascurato. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Abbiamo trovato polvere ovunque, briciole sul tappeto del soggiorno e in cucina. Elettrodomestici un po vecchi. La cosa peggiore è stata il problema con il secondo bagno: non usciva acqua dalla doccia (essendo 6 persone, 2 bagni erano essenziali). Premesso che avrebbero dovuto verificare che tutto funzionasse prima di farci entrare, abbiamo segnalato tempestivamente al padrone di casa il problema ma nonostante ciò non sono stati in grado di risolverlo durante il soggiorno. Avendo effettivamente a disposizione un solo bagno in 6 abbiamo dovuto rivedere tutti i nostri piani. L'areazione del bagno (quello utilizzabile) era quasi inesistente. Infine un solo mazzo di chiavi per 6 persone, uno in più avrebbe fatto comodo.
• Sham (9/5): Superb - We really loved our stay! The apartment felt very homely and welcoming. The location was fantastic-just a short walk to two stations, making it super convenient to get around. It's also close to a shopping centre, which made picking up essentials easy. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was a great size too. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views-one side overlooking the city skyline and the other facing a peaceful dock. The only challenge was the stairs, as the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift, but everything else more than made up for it. Would definitely recommend!

Only 1 window in the house seemed to open fully, house a little stuffy when warm outside. Some items from previous guests were found behind the mirror of the bathroom. Maintenance of the place could be improved. Ventilations in the bathroom non existent.

• Krisztina (10/5): Suuuuper! - Everything was great, the apartment is beautiful and clean and the host is really nice. The balcony is big and the beds are really comfy. There was a construction work near so it was a bit loud at night but that's it.

• Rachael (8/5): Lovely apartment that is close to stations and comfortable for families to stay, with a lovelt view of the city - Property was close to two stations, easily accessed and close to a shopping centre for necessities. Bedrooms are really big and a lovely sized bathroom. Lovely view of the city from the windows one side and a lovely dock the other. The cleanliness could be improved and a few little fix it jobs obviously need doing. But nothing that affected the stay at all.

• Kim (1/5): Avoid at all costs! - Nothing! We had been travelling for weeks before the stay in London and did not always have access to Wi-Fi. Statera sent an email with access instructions. I made a note of the code and expected a normal lock box at the accommodation. Upon arrival there was no lock box so I called the company Statera responsible for the apartment, the lady who answered was rude and told me I had to watch a video. We did not have great connection but she did not care about that. We had to make a plan to watch a video while standing on the curb with all of our suitcases and a very exhausted family. To obtain the key one has to take a long walk away from the accommodation to some obscure place they have left the lockbox. Eventually after finding the key and entering the apartment building we had to climb up 8 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. I am sure you can imagine with heavy suitcases that was exhausting. Then on entering the apartment we quickly realised this accommodation was disgusting. The first thing we saw was a pair of pink shoes just placed randomly at the door. That was very weird but we decided to walk in and check the apartment out. The apartment unfortunately is not in a good condition and as a family we could not stay there. We immediately contacted the Statera apartment management and sent them photos of the state of the apartment. They told us it was normal wear and tear. They also said they would send a maintenance person and a cleaner. Unfortunately, a cleaner and maintenance person could not do much to fix an apartment which was not fit for anyone to stay in. As a family we all agreed that we could not spend one night there as the apartment was dirty and not safe to inhabit. We asked Statera for a refund and for our security deposit to be refunded. They declined. We decided to immediately leave and did not stay there at all. Reasons for request for a full refund: 1. Apartment in bad condition and not suitable for a stay. 2. Bathroom basin and bath broken.
• Sharan (7/5): Overall stay was great. - The property was clean, with all basic amenities. The location was great with the Thames view, and perfect for a short stay. The location is excellent and close to shops and Canada water tube station which was excellent. Finding the apartment keys felt like an epic treasure hunt. 3 adults and 1 key made it a bit challenging.

• Simon (8/5): Nice big apartment in a pleasant area of London. - We had a great stay in this peaceful area of London. The property had everything we needed, offered plenty of space and had great views over Greenland dock. Ibrahim sent over a very informative welcome video prior to our arrival. A pleasant ten minute walk along the dock will take you to the Surrey Quays/Greenland pier where you can catch the Thames Clippers, which is our favourite way in and out of central London. There are a few signs of wear (and abuse - these sort of properties are clearly not always treated well) here and there but nothing that negatively impacted our stay.

• Abdalla (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, all means of transportation, metro, train and marine station are nearby, near a shopping mall, cinema, children's games and bowling, the value for money is very excellent, the host's treatment, quick response and immediate assistance, the accommodation is very safe and there are many parking spaces, a view of the lake and a quiet place, the rooms are spacious and of good size, we recommend it Quiet and beautiful place
• Lillian (6/5): Once we checked in, it was a nice stay - The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The apartment has a nice layout. We had to watch a video in order to find the keys it was not an easy process especially because none of us had data as we didn’t have SIM cards for the UK. That’s partially our fault for not reading the check in instructions beforehand but I’ve never had such a complicated check in experience. Also, I came close to canceling my stay shortly after booking because twice after booking I was told if I didn’t provide information to them within 24 hours they would cancel my booking. And the situation was not that I wasn’t answering them so they resorted to threats, the first email in both cases threatened to cancel. It just didn’t feel comfortable planning a vacation and being met with threats of cancellation.

• Garbhan (7/5): Good value for money but needs some love. Good experience nonetheless. - Good location. Close to the city. Nice view out onto the water and a shopping centre nearby. Spacious apartment, plenty of room for the 6 of us to stay comfortably. The balcony could have been tied a bit. It had weeds growing all along the walls. No lift, so really hard to get bags up the stairs. Plus a child pram needed to be carried up and down every time. Not the owners fault I guess. The kitchen could have been cleaner, felt like it was given a half clean.
• David (8/5): Nice view, expected better condition inside. - Location was excellent- beautiful view and close to public transport and groceries. Kitchen appliances and pots were old, worn and hard water stained. Bathroom was full of cracks in tub and poor toilet failing repairs.

• Nikhil (6/5): Pleasant - Big apartment with a nice layout in a good location It wasn't apparent to me that the apartment was on the fourth floor- which is quite a walk up. The kitchen convection countertop barely works with the utensils in the house and some of the appliances have been positioned very poorly. Finally, not all of the heaters in the house are functional- I was told that someone would be sent over the check it out....but that didn't happen.
• Bertrand (1/5): Disapointment - Large apartment. Very strong potential for this beautiful apartment. Unfortunately our stay was spoiled by too many imperfections. - The mattresses are out of order, spring noise with each movement and back pain guaranteed in the morning. - The sheets are smaller than the mattresses, in fact we sleep directly on the mattresses, without comment. - The shower cubicle door is broken, making it unusable as it does not close. - The threshold of the shower cubicle broken and open. - In each of the bathrooms, the water supply outlets for the sinks which come out of the walls are not correctly fixed. It's ugly and potentially dangerous. - 1 of the sinks is clogged. - The radiator in the large bedroom is broken, it doesn't heat but makes a lot of noise. - The bathroom mirror lighting is out of service. - Out of 3 bedrooms, 2 have windows that do not close. Wake up at 6 a.m. by the sound of planes. - The blind in one of the bedrooms is broken, you can watch the cars go by all night. - Finally, the kitchen, which has no windows, is only lit by tiny spotlights on the ceiling. It's more of a cave than a kitchen. -And the refrigerator door is broken, making it very difficult to open. To conclude, this apartment deserves a serious refurbishment before being offered for rental. As it stands, this is not acceptable.

• Chi (4/5): Average stay. - Location close to the station and supermarket. The staff is very responsive and helpful but there are stuff that is beyond his ability to help. Doors are not able to lock. Cleanliness could be improved. Rubbish were not cleared under the sofa. Spider webs on the doors. The heated towel rack is not working. The spring on one of the bed is faulty.

I feel like I have been conned. - absolutely nothing, there are no redeeming qualities about this pit almost nothing worked (eg. on suite shower, stove, a few key windows); everything is grimy, the walls are paper thin, the kitchen had one glass that we had to fight over and everything is comprised of old mismatching furniture likely pulled from a dump. it is also 8 flights of stairs high and was stuffy and hot because there is only 1 window upstairs that would not stay closed. oh, and it’s also not on the Themes, it overlooks a quay. This place is a massive con job.
