• Tariq (9/5): Für ein verlängertes Wochenende super geeignete Unterkunft - Zentrale Lage, für Familien geeignet Badezimmer (Dusche und Waschbecken) war bei Anreise nicht sauber. Wir mussten selbst eine Reinigung durchführen. In der Toilette war der Sitz wackelig und konnte nicht fixiert werden.

• DANIELE (1/5): Énorme déception - Rien du tout Les photos n'ont rien à voir avec la réalité On aurait dut lire les avis avant de partir car tout ce qui est dit est malheureusement VRAI. L'appartement est insalubre dès qu'on rentre une odeur d'humidité vous envahit. Les matelas des deux lits sont inconfortables nous avons eu mal au dos pendant tout le séjour. Quant au canapé lit c'est une catastrophe quasi inutilisable Il y a une vidéo d'explication qui montre comment le fixer même le monsieur de la maintenance qui est intervenu car la lavabo de la sdb était bouché à notre arrivée a eu du mal à le fixer
• Sarah (8/5): - très bon emplacement, rue très calme. Nous avons bien dormi au sein du logement. L'appartement était très propre et fonctionnel! Et surtout pas très loin du centre ville à pied si on aime marcher un peu. Rien de spécifique, à part la télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas.

The apartment is very simple and plain. Dining chairs & couch are not really comfortable. There is no coffee machine which I think is a necessity, and the tv didn't work [behind it lay all sorts of loose cables].

• Lucie (1/5): Appartement insalubre avec odeur de moisissure, murs noircis, équipements manquants et lit très inconfortable : séjour t - Le point positif et l’emplacement de l’appartement Nous avons été très déçus par cet appartement. Dès l’entrée, une forte odeur d’humidité et de moisissure se fait sentir. À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert de la moisissure dans toutes les pièces. Tous les angles des murs étaient noircis, particulièrement dans une chambre, les toilettes et le salon. Dans le salon, la peinture se décollait même du mur en lambeaux. De plus, aucun sac poubelle, aucune éponge ni liquide vaisselle n’étaient fournis, ce qui est très surprenant pour un logement censé être équipé pour accueillir des voyageurs. Le lit n’était absolument pas confortable : on sentait clairement les ressorts du matelas, ce qui a rendu les nuits très désagréables. L’état général du logement pose un réel problème d’hygiène et de salubrité. Nous ne nous attendions absolument pas à trouver un appartement dans un tel état. C’est très regrettable et cela a fortement gâché notre séjour.

• maria (7/5): Estancia agradable en el centro de Londres - Es un piso luminoso, bien ubicado, en un barrio céntrico pero tranquilo. Y tiene lo necesario para acoger a una familia durante su aventura en Londres. El personal ha sido amable y disponible en todo momento. El sistema de calefacción es flojo y hace frío en la casa. El sofá-cama es viejo y muy duro. El flujo de agua de la ducha es muy débil. Y no hay ninguna cafetera en la cocina.

• Rocío (9/5): Un sueño compartido con lo que más quiero! ❤️ - Estuvimos a principios de noviembre en familia, 6 personas 5 días. El piso cumplió ampliamente mis espectativas y hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estancia en él. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y con lo esencial para poder desarrollar las actividades cotidianas: sábanas, toallas, papel higiénico ( tuvimos que comprar algún rollo más y papel de cocina para poder secarte en la cocina y hacer las veces de servilletas), sobrecitos de azúcar, sal, pimienta y poca cosa más para poder cocinar, jabón para los platos, la lavadora y el fregaplatos. El baño está bien, reformado con plato de ducha y lavabo, separado del aseo, pequeño pero cumple su función. La calefacción funciona de maravilla. Nos lo encontramos todo limpio y recogido, luminoso y muy bien situado. Zona muy tranquila y bien comunicado con el metro y autobuses. La agencia fue rápida en contestar las peticiones, muy amables e instrucciones claras para el check in y el check out. Algún defectillo hay. Estoy muy agradecida de haber estado en él, volvería sin duda y lo recomiendo El sofá necesita un ajuste de tornillos para que no se desplace. El edificio debe ser antiguo y las cañerías dan olor, cosa que se soluciona con ambientador. Estaría bien dejar un cubo y una fregona por lo menos para mantener limpio el baño con tanto uso. Y una cafetera por favor, es casi tan importante como la tetera o hervidor. Sinceramente GRACIAS por todo

• Amaia FM (8/5): - El barrio es muy tranquilo. Tenía todos los servicios que se muestran en la descripción del piso. El piso es reformado, buen aislamiento y suelo de tarima (nada de moqueta). Para personas con problemas de movilidad no es factible es un 3° sin ascensor. No hay indicaciones claras sobre el sistema de calefacción y agua caliente, aunque luego sea algo fácil, debería estar mejor indicado. El colchón debería tener un sobrecolchón porque se notan un poco los muelles, es verdad que como llegas tan reventada de andar, al final caes muerta.

• N M (10/5): Excellently located well-equipped flat in the city of London - Great accommodation of our early check-in request, excellent location in a very safe neighborhood, cozy home that is well-equipped with all home appliances. While the toilet comes with a washer sink, it would be great to have it equipped with a water bidet and floor drain as well. Hot water pressure of the shower could also be enhanced/improved.

• Ken (4/5): Would not recommend. - Had to drag heavy suitcases up 6 flights of stairs due to lack of lift. Not good when you are in your seventies and have walking difficulties. Very difficult to get into toilet unless you happen to be as thin as a rake.

• Phillip (9/5): Well located flat for Great Ormond Street, well equipped for families. - The property was well-laid out and very well equipped for a family stay, especially in the kitchen. The contact person was very attentive and they accommodated our request for a late check out, albeit with an extra charge. There were a few maintenance issues that needed attention such as a blocked sink, faulty lights. The building, although well-situated, is a little rundown and untidy. There was no method for making coffee at all, and there are 12 unlabelled keysafes at the entrance so it takes a long time to find your keys. It’s quite an expensive way to stay in an ex-council flat.

The location is probably the only - The location That there wasn’t any power points in the bathroom to do your hair. This was also the case in the bedrooms. Toilet seat slide to one side, needs to be replaced. looks very old. Washing machine had an odour, had to buy cleaner to clean it before I could use it. would have be nice to have at least a bit of washing powder, so you didn’t have to buy a bottle for one use. Pillows were more like a baby’s pillow, didn’t fit the pillow case and was so flat that you had to put a cushion underneath. Basin in bathroom sink didn’t drain away To many stairs, no lift which we were aware of The photos need to be up dated as they don’t give a true indication of how dated the apartment is.

It was clean Sink in bathroom wouldn’t drain. Comforter was too hot. Couldn’t open window to cool it off. Location was far from everything.The Washer smelled bad.
