Guest Reviews
- Thomas (9/5): Home away from home. - Very spacious well equipped kitchen and a lively ambience from the pub next door. Door lock needs attention.
- Alex (10/5): Bloody great. Friendly helpful host. Great place. - Superb! Everything! Especially the interior decorations, including the sloth. Missing olive oil for cooking, minor.
- Gemma (3/5): Uneasy - ease of access and collection of keys was great, nice touch that there was bottled water and tea and coffee Apartment was not as expected, mirrors on the walls and decor felt uncomfortable and not to everyone's preference, we have issues with noise from guests in the beer garden which backs directly up to the property and people tried to access the apartment when we were inside. Bathroom door was broken as was the toilet seat and there was a bucket of dirty water and mop in the bathroom. Bathroom light is on a timer which meant mid shower all lights went out. Overall we did not feel safe or at ease.
- Cheryl (10/5): Perfect - We felt so welcomed. Such a beautiful and clean apartment. Couldn't as for anything more. We will definitely stop again. We still talk about the stay now.
- Sara (10/5): - Very cozy and great facilities. All good
- Jo (10/5): A very comfortable stay in this lovely apartment - Beautiful apartment! Would stay again Nothing
- Thomas (8/5): -
- Steph (10/5): Couldn't fault it. Thank you all! - Position in the town, Pub was great, everyone so friendly. Married a Drayton lass, so have been visiting for 40 years. The Joiners was the best way to see the Town Nothing, really

- john (8/5): Very satisfied, best suited to a single bloke looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. - clean, comfortable excellent facilities it was all very good, no complaints . The Ferrari theme was quite unique as was the large mirrored walls and ceiling. Only a couple of quite minor feedback things, .. the shower drain seemed to overflow very quickly and the automatic light in the bathroom linked to the noisy extraction fan had no obvious way of switching it off or reduce the time it stayed on for.

- jillian (10/5): Excellent apartment - Absolutely brilliant! We stayed in the Ferrari themed apartment...it was spotlessly clean, well equip with everything for your stay. There was even a pint of milk in the fridge. Would definitely stay there again.
- Matt (10/5): - Really nice room i would definitely stay again
- Sheila (8/5): - Very clean studio and everything needed for our short stay was provided. Convenient location to walk into town and no noise from the Sports Bar.
- Richard (9/5): Lovely room - Loads of space very clean and tide, easy access in and out, very comfortable bed. Was a bit noisy being on the ground floor apartment can hear people walking about in the room above very easily, would stay again but on the top floor lol
- Emma (6/5): - We liked how easy accessible the apartment was and the sofa bed was made up on arrival which was really helpful. Nice and clean facilities. Easy to use heating and hot water. Can watch Netflix on the tv too There was loud music at the pub until late and the bathroom light and extractor fan is automatic and bathroom door doesn’t shut so was very disturbing when you get up for the toilet in the night as it’s bright and fan is loud.
- Angie Tolley (9/5): -

- Ben (10/5): Cosy, comfortable and peaceful. - Very nice and cosy.
Despite being an annex to a local pub it was very quiet in the evening and I had no trouble getting off to sleep.
Lots of nearby shops for supplies too.
Highly recommended and will stay here again. Really isn’t anything that I didn’t like - they had even considered it might be too cold and had set up a heater!
- michael (10/5): - Bar staff very helpful and informative, due to a funeral at 11am on checkout, housekeeping kept our luggage till 14.30, we're very helpful when we cottected it.
Our stay was short only wished we came down on the Saturday to have that extra day. If there was one fault perhaps some sort of rail on the wall side of the safari suite, we don't do heights and in our sixties lol.
But once again a fantastic stay, will most definitely come back and highly recommend you.
Many thanks Michael and Jackie from leek staffordshire
- Arand (10/5): - All
- Lisa (10/5): -
- Catriona (10/5): Perfect - We didn't stay for breakfast.
- Ulai (10/5): Easy access to get in . Instructions from the owners were on point . Loved it💚 - Didn’t manage to have breakfast at the apartment but the room was way more than I was expecting 😊. This question doesn’t need to be asked because everything was perfect 👍🏼
- Adrian (7/5): Should have taken ear defenders - couldn't get to sleep till after midnight on my segond night due to the loud music and shouting
- Fiona (10/5): Perfect it had everything we needed 😊 - Perfect for a stay with family great location .
Very clean and comfortable with a delightful shower .
Great communication
Easy check in and information for the property .
We have stayed in the ground floor studio and both are great 😊. We have family in the area and we look forward to returning to this accommodation . Nothing we would change
- Dawn (8/5): Quirky and we will use again. - Location, price and quirkiness of this property are all selling points. The Annex had everything we needed. Lovely welcome and help with car park entry/exit . Steps are steep but you just need to be careful.
- Rambling Ray (10/5): Very comfortable accomodation in a great location close to the middle of town. - Accomodation was seperate from pub so helped with the pub noise. The room had everything we needed and more, very well equipped including a bottle of fresh milk and bottles of water. The shower was really excellent, very spacious and hot. It would have been nice to meet the hosts. I spoke to the bar man when we arrived as he helped me access the accomodation. otherwise we could not complain about anything.
- john (10/5): GREAT STAY - Great location and easy to find, excellent facilities, good communication Nothing
- Alina (10/5): We will definitely stay again. The pub was great too. Lovely helpful staff. - Loved the Ferrari themed room. It was such a high standard. With toiletries, milk, cereal, water tea and coffee provided. Immaculately clean. Everything was perfect
- tazzydevil (10/5): -
- Zoe (9/5): Lovely little stay - Would stay again & recommend! - Loved the jungle theme. Beautifully presented & perfect for what we needed! Roomy bathroom with shower. Excellent communication. Toilet seat needed tightening slightly. Steps are steep, so people just need to be careful.
- McLaughlin (1/5): - Thoughtful provision of milk and some cookies Zero clear guidance on access and egress. A short message the day before arrival was poorly worded with weak assistance from the pub next door. No guidance on how to use the kitchen facilities, the shower, the radiators.
- Mandy (9/5): - Never had any contact with the staff so unable to answer that question.
The place itself was lovely. The noise from the pub was bearable. The noise from the pub but when I booked it was clear that there would be some noise
- Alan (10/5): -
- Rebekah (8/5): Everything you need for an enjoyable stay - I liked that it was clean, had all that you needed and was in a pubs back garden I was a little concerned that the floor around the toilet might collapse. But the design of the property was beautiful
- Kevin (9/5): The Ferrari and F1 decor, the cleanliness and the location made for a great stay. - Everything, really. The studio was well equipped and the location, just a five minute walk from the centre of Market Drayton, was excellent. The staff were helpful and immediately available. Manuals were provided for the various equipment. This was unusual and appreciated.. The bed was a little soft.
- Alison (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely bright spacious room with fantastic extras. Brilliant shower 👌
- Margaret (10/5): Beautiful apartment clean and spacious - We liked that the apartment was spacious and that it had everything we needed for our overnight stay. We liked that there was fresh milk and bottled water and everything available to make a hot drink. The little boxes of cereal and packs of biscuits were a nice touch. Everything was great 🙂
- Lucy (10/5): Exceptional - Host was exceptionally helpful

- Adam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dennis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicholas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharre (8/5): Great stay that with a couple of tweeks could be perfect. - Communication prior to arrival was excellent. Staff very friendly and informative. Room was spotlessly clean and well equipped with tea, coffee, washing up liquid, shampoo & shower gel etc. Bathroom light/extractor on a motion sensor was a pain at night if you needed the bathroom. Mirrors beside and above the bed look a bit suspect???
Bed is very low and way too soft for our liking, went home after two days with back ache.
- Phil (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (9/5): Perfect for my stay on my own . - Location just what I wanted. Parking was a bit difficult, but found space behind property. Didn't want to leave on main road. Couldn't get the garden gate code to work. So made sure I was back before main gates were closed. Quite dark out the back
But absolutely loved property. Booked again in July. The lock code to garden gate .. no # on pad after the number
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Charlie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sylvia (9/5): We would happily stay there again. - We were surprised to find cereal & milk available. A nice little touch.
A nice kind perfect gentleman ( I presume a pub regular) helped me from the car and held my bag for me. I was impressed & thank u stranger. X We struggled with key entry but we always do. Also the big gate was difficult (for us ) but there was always someone willing to help.
The toilet seat was loose, we told them , they said it would be sorted, but it never was
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Victoria (10/5): Gem of a place - Having driven through Market Drayton, we'd been meaning to stay over and explore the area. So whilst recovering from an operation, I thought it would be a nice treat to stay over at the Joiners Arms, and we weren't disappointed !
The accommodation is excellent. The host provides tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, and cereals as well as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and air fresheners, so everything was catered for.
We were in a great location, and once we had dropped the car off in the free car park, we were off to explore the picturesque town, restaurants, and bars !
Thank you for a fantastic overnight stay. I'm sure we will be back.
- Viki (8/5): Beautiful cosy stay in an ideal location. - Beautifully presented, the comfiest bed I’ve slept in, large walk in shower, milk and biscuits ready for a cup of tea was very much appreciated, proper shampoo and conditioner and soap not the horrible hotel style. Communication was spot on with access and key codes. The smaller shower head had to be balanced in a certain way otherwise it doesn’t stay where it is supposed to.
- Matthew (9/5): Superb -
- Anita (10/5): Home away from home - Lovely studio, with everything you need. I was travelling for work and it felt like home away from home. Thank you 😊 -
- Dan (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (8/5): Good location with easy street parking. Short walk into town, perfect for us! -
