• Jill (10/5): Great little stay. - The accommodation is in the heart of Kiama, perfect for people travelling without a car. Close to absolutely everything and if you want to visit a local town, the train station is less than a 10 min walk. The unit is beautifully made up, clean, has everything required and peaceful. Great balcony to sit and relax. Nikki the host, made sure all was ok prior to arrival and always answered any concerns we had. Thank you Nikki.

• Christie (10/5): Fantastic location- within walking distance to cafés/ restaurantd, coastal walk and shopping - Location, clean, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, secure lockup garage, walk to Cafe/ WW and Coastal walk within minutes. Air conditioning and big balcony with BBQ. Only downside was wish it had provided more toiletries.

• Michael (7/5): Perfect location for a holiday - The location was perfect. The room suited our needs. Everything was clean and tidy. The WiFi was excellent. The second bedroom doors were broken and difficult to operate. The main bedroom was hot and stuffy due to zero cooling,eg, a ceiling/pedestal fan. The only cooling was a small ac unit in the living room. I do understand that the temperature was above 40. The cold water function on the fridge didn't work(3 x 200ml water bottles were provided) 👍.

Full kitchen with numerous appliances. Very dark rooms, which were compensated for by extremely bright lighting! Some soft-glow lamps would have been nice.

Several beaches were only ab - It was centrally located with everything within walking distance. The host, Nikki was fabulous and helpful with any inquiries we had. • Lisa (10/5): Great location, great price, great room! - Expectations exceeded what I had when I booked. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Plenty of towels. Nice to provide a few toiletries, coffee, complimentary chocolate and wine so special! We were impressed with the washer and dryer, the fridge, that there was thought in providing things like trays for the oven, dishwashing liquid. All those little thoughtful things that can really help you relax and not have to stress or go straight to the shops to buy stuff. We thought it was a great location close to everything and loved the secure parking! Although there wasn’t a sea view we still enjoyed having our meals outside enjoying the fresh air and even drying some clothes on the rack provided. We thought the garage was straight forward to get in and out easy with owners instructions. Loved that there was a lift. Was a great location without the noise of the street. I knew about the clear coffee table and table from the pictures so no big deal as I just brought something so my kids didn’t walk into them - and it worked :) there really was no dramas at all as we just loved our stay!

Nikki was very helpful with good communication. The water pressure was very pore and the iron was tricky being cordless as it did stay hot.

• Erika (8/5): Very EnJOYable. Lovely spacious place close to the sea. - Location was superb, and central walking distance to everything. In general, spacious and well-appointed unit. Great private balcony, great bath and bathroom size. Nice ambience from kitchen to lounge to balcony. Easy speedy lift. Nicely setup on arrival, nice surprise gift of wine and chocolate. Hospitable and timely response to questions pre-arrival. The key system was a bit challenging. On arrival, it was a little stressful. The remote has a battery in it, which was exposed (without a cover) and fell out immediately and also at other times, and only operated when in the right way, so had to be really careful. It wasn't clear which garage door to enter in as the remote was playing up due to the battery. Then had trouble locking the front door initially due to the nature of the lock, as it was not obvious to press in and couldn't lock by just key. The back door to balcony was difficult to open and close until we worked it out. So more information on these points would be helpful. Also, my friend could not work out the coffee machine and then we saw that there was alot of previous used product in there from others, so we did not use it. A page of basic key instructions on these might be helpful. Probably out of your control due to building plumbing, but the toilet is not great and hardly flushes. When you turn the light on in the bathroom it wakes everyone up as the noise carries everywhere unusually. A ventilation fan of some sort would make a difference. Minor point, but the clothes line on the balcony needs fixing or replacement. Particularly for longer stays to handle swimmers and other clothing. We still had a VERY LOVELY TIME and it was A GREAT STAY, but these points would have made the unit perfect (particularly the key and lock situation).

The beds were comfy and the furniture modern. The complimentary chocolate and wine were a nice touch. The car was in a secure carpark. The location was great for access to cafes, town and the blowhole etc, however, it was a little further to get to the beach. We were able to get parking though, so all good. Would have been good to be able to close the door to the second bedroom, but not a major issue.
