• Krisztina (9/5): Szuper szállás, jó elhelyezkedéssel. - Szuper elhelyezkedés, lakás mellett közvetlen élelmiszerbolt, tabaco, zöldséges. Sétatávolságra buszmegálló és supermarket. Kisgyermekkel utaztunk, 2 utcányira nagyon jó jàtszótér :) Tulajdonos hölgy segítőkész, rugalmas. Alapvetően nem volt ilyen. Az egyetlen kicsit zavaró dolog, hogy nagyon be,- ill. Áthallatszik minden, ami éjfél körül már zavaró volt. Az első szoba ebből a szempontból picit hangos volt nekünk.

• Anna (9/5): Great apartment very close to the train station. - The apartment was very cute and thoughtfully furnished. It was spacious and comfortable! Our host was very responsive and helpful! The location was convenient near the train station. We really enjoyed our stay here! We had some problems doing our laundry because the washing machine became unbalanced but the host is planning to look into it so hopefully it won’t be an issue in the future.

• Justė (9/5): - Everything was perfect — the location and cleanliness were excellent. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The owner was friendly and kind. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it! The only thing that could be improved is the bed in the back room. Parking was also a bit challenging, but we understand that this is common in Spain.

• Katarzyna (8/5): Duże mieszkanie - Duże, czyste acz ciemne mieszkanie, dwie łazienki i bardzo sympatyczna Beatriz. Na plus także klimatyzacja w całym mieszkaniu z opcją grzania. Mały taras także bardzo in plus:) Do centrum ok 15-20 minut spacerem. Zaparkować trudno ale da się jak w każdym większym mieście. Jeśli szukasz mieszkania za sensowne pieniądze i nie oczekujesz estetycznych wrażeń to jest jak najbardziej ok. Z minusów to szczegóły - jak brak żarówki w nocnej lampce, bardzo jasne, zimne główne światła, rozpadajce się drzwiczki w łazience i połamany parasol.

• Aleksander (10/5): - Bardzo czysto, cicho, blisko centrum i wszystko czego potrzeba, aby świetnie napędzisz czas w Alicante. Duży apartament z dwoma sypialniami i łazienkami oraz z salonem. Bardzo pomocna i miła pani właścicielka. W pobliżu sklep Mercadona, gdzie jest taniej niż w Polsce. Polecam.
• Maťo (7/5): the value for money is great, but some furniture needs to be replaced and apartment cleaned properly - + closeness to the train station and city + spacious apartment + very friendly and responsive host - the bathrooms were not properly cleaned, we found hair and there was mold - the main issue - we haven't slept properly all 7 days because the beds are insanely creaking, every time - beds seriously need to be replaced - we would appreciate smart TV which was shown on the pictures yet it wasn't in the apartment - water regulation problem + in one of the bathrooms the water flow was really slow and in kitchen too - our last day there was a cockroach in the bathroom that came out of the drain - it felt "dirty" the a/c has mold around it, dirt, the walls too it didn't feel new

Uno de los días llovió mucho y hacia frío, tuve que llamar xq el piso estaba frío, se soluciono pero tardo. Si mejora estas cosillas sería excepcional.

• Nadine (4/5): Agradable trato, aunque la limpieza deja mucho que desear - La anfitriona Beatriz fue muy amable y atenta desde el primer momento. Hizo todo lo posible para que pudiésemos realizar el check-in a mediodía, lo cual agradecimos mucho. Cuando manifestamos nuestra disconformidad con el estado de limpieza, ella reaccionó con total profesionalidad y empatía, organizando al día siguiente una limpieza adicional de cuatro horas. Gracias a su gestión y buena disposición, pudimos disfrutar el resto de nuestra estancia con más comodidad. Muchas gracias, Beatriz, por tu amabilidad y esfuerzo. Lamentablemente, la estancia fue muy decepcionante. El apartamento presentaba un estado de limpieza totalmente inaceptable: suciedad visible dentro de la nevera, capas de polvo y grasa en los muebles de cocina, vasos con poso, migas en los cajones de los cubiertos y productos de limpieza viejos y sucios. Las manillas de las puertas estaban pegajosas y llenas de suciedad que se podía retirar con la uña. Los baños seguían la misma línea, con cal acumulada en la alcachofa, mampara que no cierra bien y provoca inundaciones, y en general una sensación de abandono. El estado del mantenimiento tampoco ayuda: puertas de muebles sueltas, cisterna perdiendo agua, mantas, edredones y almohadas con manchas amarillas (aunque nos aseguraron que estaban lavadas), y una cuna de viaje con manchas y olor a orina. Ambas camas hacían ruido con cada movimiento, y las almohadas eran demasiado duras e incómodas, lo que dificultó descansar bien. El apartamento no es apto para personas con alergia al polvo ni para quienes busquen un alojamiento mínimamente cuidado. Beatriz, la anfitriona, fue amable y se disculpó, incluso ofreciéndonos la posibilidad de cancelar, pero durante un puente fue imposible encontrar otro alojamiento disponible. Una pena, porque la ubicación es buena, pero el nivel de limpieza y mantenimiento debería revisarse con urgencia antes de volver a recibir huéspedes.

• abclub2009 (7/5): Big old decorated apartment in good location - Location is the main advantage. Close to everything. 20-25 min walk to the beach. 5-7 min storage, Mercadona, coffee shops...10 min to cool Anime shops. 15-20 min to city centre. Apartment can contain more than 4 people. Very clean. Decorated. Fast Wi-Fi. Helpful stuff. Good option for a big family with all amenities needed: soap, shampoo, salt etc. Ground floor with the living room facing the street. Very weird planning of the apartment: it has a veeeery long corridor and you have to walk 25 meters from kitchen to the living room and other rooms where there's a table. It takes a lot of time to remember where exactly to go, where you put things etc. Too many decorations but it's the matter of taste. The only problem is that it's difficult to find your own things among all those photos, candles, fake flowers etc. No air conditioning. The apartment is hot, and the air is stuffed. The fans are noisy. And the worst: 100% lowest quality polyester bedding. You're all wet at night because of it, especially when it's hot. Weird pillows, long (1 pillow for 2 people) and hard. I wouldn't recommend this apartment for 1-2 nights. If you stay longer, you have a chance to get used to the distances you need to walk and planning of the appartment. A toilet seat in one bathroom is really tiny. Supposedly, it's for the kids only. For us, it was the worst choice this year. But again, if you stay for a longer period and the price is good, you definitely need to get it because of location and value for the money.

• Bettini (10/5): Relax totale - Molto bello l’appartamento, grande e con tutti i servizi vicini. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, e la padrona di casa molto gentile e disponibile.

Beatriz è stata davvero molto gentile e disponibile, le sue risposte erano tempestive. La prima sera non è stato possibile avere l’acqua calda in quanto la caldaia era stata spenta e non eravamo stati avvisati di accenderla con anticipo. Cuscini ingialliti senza federe assolutamente inutili.
