• Mary (9/5): Fantastic basement space and location. Lovely. - Location is great, beds perfect, large space. Access to laundry was a HUGE bonus. Loved the shower. Owners were lovely and kept to themselves. I wish it would have been in the description that the space was in a homes basement and the owners on premise. Wasn’t a big deal, just surprised me when we arrived. Could hear minimal footsteps overhead.

• Helen (10/5): - Excellent location in proximity to downtown, easy in/out, quiet and dark for quality sleep, super comfy beds, really well-decorated -- made us feel like we got a true Alaska experience We're happy to clean up after ourselves (and we did), but starting laundry and taking out the trash isn't the most ideal when it's expected that the host cleans after the stay and charges for it
• pamela (9/5): overall nice stay I will try to book again when traveling to anchorage - nice quiet location, fireplace was comforting door lock had an issue but the hosts were quick to respond and quick to get it repaired, so no the problem was resolved very quickly

• Jessee (8/5): Cozy and quiet stay and lots of good dining options nearby. - We pretty much liked everything about this place. It’s equipped with anything you’ll need during your stay. The location was nice and quiet, away from the noise of downtown, and close enough to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores etc. Also really enjoyed the fireplace, especially after a long, rainy day. We thought the TV was a bit small and keep in mind, you’ll need to walk down a short flight of steps to access. It was fine for us but could be difficult for someone with restricted mobility.

• Jency (9/5): Cozy, immaculate, stylish stay in a lovely neighborhood close to the airport - Very easy to book and communicate with the host. Photos were accurate representations of the space, which was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. Instructions for check-in and parking were clear. Access to laundry was a huge bonus! The gigantic bed was so comfortable. The fireplace did an excellent job making the space super warm and cozy. Roger's Park is a beautiful little nook in Anchorage - my husband had a wonderful morning run on a trail in the neighborhood too!

• Shantanu (10/5): Perfect house for a family of 3-5 with kids in an excellent location and an awesome owner. - We stayed for only 2 nights and loved the place. Excellent location, easy to check-in with key code, extremely clean, plenty of space, good beds and super responsive owner who made it easy if we had any questions. The check out process was smooth and wish we could have stayed here a little longer. We will surely be back if we are again in Anchorage. Highly recommend!! There was nothing we didnt like..

Her property was very clean, well-equipped with kitchen utensils and supplies, comfortable and cozy. We loved the electric fireplace as well as the location close to grocery stores and downtown Anchorage. Thanks for a great stay! Nothing.

• Natalie (10/5): Exceptional - I liked how great the communication was prior and during my stay. The place was very comfortable and had everything I needed. There were some limited pan options for cooking but honestly wasn't anything I couldn't make work. Everything was great, no real complaints.
• Javier (10/5): A very pleasant and enjoyable experience - The property is conveniently located, close to shops and main roads while secluded in a nice beautiful neighborhood. Although it is a basement, it has plenty of natural light, superb amenities, and lots of space. We really like having two separate bedrooms (King and Queen), living space, kitchen, dining, and laundry (it saves you having to bring tons of clothing). The kitchen is well stocked in case you want to prepare your own meals. We had a couple breakfasts and hot drinks. It is a big plus to have a full fridge. The temperature in the property was always comfortable. We will definitely consider this property the next time we visit Anchorage. There is really nothing we did not like. This place has so much to offer at an extremely attractive price. I wish it had a regular coffee maker as it comes with a Keurig type one. I still managed to get my coffee done!
