• Marc (8/5): VILLA IRINI LATCHI What a little GEM - Fantastic value for money, we are a family of four couples staying here and not once felt on top of each other loads of different little places to retreat too for quite times , pool Great with plenty of family fun time , pool table which surprisingly good and a very good table tennis, outside furniture ok, not the best but it is not 5 Star hotel, all my family appreciated what was on offer without any complaints, apart from two chairs got damaged on our stay but no fault of our own just due to material getting brittle from sun damage, but owner did replace straight away also owner giving very good information on all BBQ equipment on offer from a rotisserie spit and 12 skewers available which i did use and was a amazing all rotating on a little electric run motor hopefully download some images. Owner is a very friendly welcoming person and with any problems you have he will try to fix it , he comes to the villa once sometimes twice a week to clean pool and empty all bins and fresh towels , there are pro's and con's to this Villa but really if you just except the con's you'll have a fantastic holiday and when booking do raise expectations the value reflects this, like that old clique you get what you pay for.. Now I don't like to give a bad review of this place because of the very good times we had here and the owner is such a little legend but I feel I need to let people know what to expect so here goes.. Bathrooms all of them really need a serious revamp everyone leaks out onto the floor but really not a problem and maybe the kitchen looking abit tired and outdated, Bedrooms really nice especially the master which is massive but unusual because it links onto the utility room with washing machine which is a bit weird Walls all need a lick of paint but that's about it we did have a infestation of ants but this can't be helped not in the climate you'll in .. overall we all had a really good two weeks and all the CONS I have written if they were addressed I would think you might see a massive increase in booking price. So and that note I would recommend booking this little gem but beware mid May and June there is a bug what lives underground and in those months comes out and lives in the trees singing from 7am in the morning until 9pm with a very very loud mating call , they make love and die ...
