• Adriana (8/5): Heel fijn! - Communicatie met verhuurder is prettig en duidelijk, snelle reactie op contact. Appartement ligt midden in Kentish Town, dichtbij Camden en openbaar vervoer. Het appartement is compleet uitgerust. Je leeft in een portiekflat als een local en zit middenin de drukte. Er is dus weleens wat overlast. Dat vond ik niet erg.
• Irène (8/5): - L'emplacement est idéal pour le métro et les courses pour cuisiner à domicile ou aller au restaurant. Sensibilité au niveau des autres logements et l'entrée dans la résidence. Sinon, quartier calme. Éclairage permanent de l'entrée que l'on perçoit par les ouvertures au dessus des portes.
• Tamires (5/5): - Excellent location, less than 2 minutes from Kentish Town station Upon arriving at the apartment, there was a camera right on the door, constantly monitoring the room. It would turn on as soon as I approached, which I found very unpleasant and a lack of privacy. We pay a lot for two nights to be watched all the time, and they don't mention the camera in the description because they know most guests don't like it. The next day I received a message saying they would charge me a £40 fee because another person had stayed the night with me, even though I slept alone and the stay wasn't cheap for them to question something that wasn't... There was also a lot of noise from the apartment above all the time

• Polly (7/5): It was ok, I found the neighbourhood too noisy at night. - The photos were accurate. Well kitted out. Very clean. Bath/shower was a bit of a nightmare. It is a local authority building and we were on the ground floor by the front door, which I didn’t like, as you hear everyone in and out and local people … Cleaner went through our bags we left (with authorisation from owner) for 2 hours, taking some items out and putting others in the bin!!
• Bogdan (9/5): Good value for the money, a few touch ups and it’s perfect! - Decent size place, very good location and very nice area. Lots of restaurants, shops and pubs around. Easy to get anywhere. 10 min away from Camden. The staff was very nice and helpful. The neighbours above are pretty noisy, at least the little kid is and the walls seem to be pretty thin. The bathroom could use some improvements here and there and maybe a little bit more attention to the cleanliness. Otherwise nothing to complain about. Maybe 1-2 extra towels could be a good ideea.
• Susana (9/5): - El apartamento es tal como se ve en las fotos y está muy bien ubicado. Hay varias líneas de bus y metro al doblar la esquina y un montón de supermercados y lugares para desayunar. A solo 10 minutos a pie de Candem market. El apartamento es bonito y bien cuidado. No tuvimos que contactar con los dueños para nada. Por decir algo, el agua caliente es algo difícil de regular y lo mismo la calefacción, pero al final nos apañamos bien. Hay un puf enfrente algo ruidoso, pero nada que te quite el sueño.
• Nikita (9/5): - Modern, very clean, great communication from owners. Was awesome having a kitchen to use, especially with stove/oven and big fridge. Bed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Centrally located right near the station. Appreciated the big tv too. Flat was very noisy, both from above neighbours and street noise (though appreciate this is not the owners fault!) Would have liked a towel rail to have somewhere to hang our bath towels, and the place is very dark as didnt feel comfortable opening curtains looking straight onto busy street for privacy, eletric lights were nice and bright though. Would have appreciated a few more touches in the kitchen - a cheese grater, peeler, bottle opener and second tea towel would have been awesome, also a coffee machine would be a nice touch.

• Oscar Francisco (10/5): Excelente estancia en Londres - Muy buena ubicación en Kentish Town, accesible a todos los medios de transporte, queda muy cerca una estación de Metro. La entrada esta en una calle perpendicular a la avenida principal, a unos pocos metros, lo que hace que no sea tan ruidosa. Apartamento en planta baja, muy cómodo, las ventanas dan a un pequeño jardín a la entrada de la calle y entra mucha iluminación. Tiene todos los servicios. Para una pareja es más que suficiente. Faltaban instrucciones como y donde sacar los materiales reciclables, y en algun caso la basura.
• Paula (8/5): Great value for money in central location - It's a very cozy property with a home-like touch to it. It really did feel like I could live there. The cleanliness was spot-on and it was very well equipped with everything you might need to live there, from kitchen utensils to extra blankets (which aren't really necessary as the heating is very on point). The wifi is a bit sluggish which is not great if you also need to work from there. There is very little/no natural light coming in due to the flat being on the ground floor, street-facing. Maybe some window frosting or see-through curtains could allow more light to come in.

Es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Wie haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Bett / Federkern Matratze reagiert sehr sensibel auf Bewegung. Schlafcouch sehr kurz nur schräg liegend für 1 Person nutzbar. Nachbarn manchmal abends noch recht laut.
• Maria Maridaki (8/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμενο, με όλα τα απαραίτητα για άνετη διαμονή Ήταν πολυ κοντά σε σταθμό του μετρό και είχε κοντά αγορά, σούπερ μάρκετ, φυλαξη αποσκευών κ.ά Η καθαριότητα πιστεύω θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί, όπως κ κάποιες λεπτομέρειες στο μπάνιο για παράδειγμα Το καπάκι της τουαλέτας θελει άλλαγμα, κ γενικά το μπάνιο πιο ενδελεχη καθαρισμό Επίσης η ηχομόνωση ηταν πολυ κακή, ακούγονταν τα πάντα απ εξω και απο πάνω Ο καναπές ηταν πολύ μικρός και αβολος, αδύνατον να κοιμηθεί κάποιος.

Vlakbij Camden Town, wat een toeristisch aantrekkelijk stadsdeel is. Zeer gunstig gelegen voor openbaar vervoer (trein en metro).

• JAYDEEP APHALE (9/5): Great property at an excellent location. - Great property in an excellent location. It is a well-maintained one-bedroom apartment equipped with all the essentials, including a fully fitted kitchen with utensils, a refrigerator, microwave and oven, as well as a washing machine. This made our stay very comfortable. The biggest highlight of this property is its location. It is just a two-minute walk from Kentish Town Station, making it extremely easy to travel to any part of London by tube. In addition, the main street near the apartment offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores, which is a major advantage. The property manager was very kind and proactive. He contacted us before our journey and provided all the necessary information regarding check-in and the apartment’s facilities. I would highly recommend this property. The property does not have a dishwasher.

• Sandra (10/5): Klare Empfehlung für London! - Sehr schönes Apartment in toller Lage mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Alles so wie gezeigt und beschrieben! Ein Hinweis: Für uns kein Problem und mindert die tolle Erfahrung auch nicht, aber das Schlafsofa ist recht klein. Für uns mit 1,70 ging es gerade so.
• Sharon (10/5): Home Away From Home - The apartment was very clean and felt like home away from home. Extremely convenient to underground and shops. Overall everything was really good and great value for money. We would definitely stay here again. It got extremely hot but we couldn't seem to adjust the radiators or wall thermostat. The shower could do with a non slip mat or stickers. A full length mirror would also be helpful.

• Steenbergen (8/5): Perfect location, very clean! - I loved the location of this appartment so much! You step out and you’re in the city. It was overall such a good appartment and would defenitely go here again and reccommend to other people! The appartment was also very clean, it was cleaner than a hotel we went to. The staff was very kind and you could always reach them when you need them. The bed was a bit small for 2 people (friends) and moved a lot if 1 person just coughed.

• Annekathrin (10/5): Highly recommended - The apartment is very spacious and clean and feels homey and safe. You have all what you need just around the corner like supermarkets, any kind of shop really, places for breakfast, lunch, dinner and pubs. You have the underground, overground and a trainstation nearby, which is absolutely fabulous. Without a doubt would I choose this apartment again.

I think the check out time was extremely strict and we had an unexpected visit from the host to ensure we'd checked out however, he arrived before check out time which I think was unnecessary.

• Claudia-stefania (8/5): Pleasent stay for few days - Very good location with metro station/bus nearby (2 minutes away). The neighborhood is safe and full of people even late at night. The door is secured and has a ring camera, which adds to the safety. Host very helpful and responsive. A lot of stores and restaurants close by. Cozy apartment with everything you would need for few days. While for the most part everything was great, there were a few downsides. The couch in the living area is short, a taller person couldn’t sleep on it without their feet hanging out. Another thing would be that the floors and carpets were not cleaned properly and our socks turned dirty. The shower curtain had visible mold on the bottom and the toilet brush obviously hasn’t been checked in a while (I will skip the details, as they are quite unpleasant, but you can imagine). A good suggestion would be a full length mirror.

• Cathy (10/5): Amazing!! - Apartment is well furnished, bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. Lock box was hard to open but was able to contact someone and they helped me straight away. Would stay again.
• Charlotte (8/5): Spacious apartment for longer stay - This spacious apartment has been recently refurbished and is lovely and clean. We appreciated the separate kitchen with a large fridge, washing machine, having the hot water ready on arrival and the double glazing was effective against street noise. Side tables, a USB point and a range of lighting added to the comfort. The location has many advantages but a bar directly across the road and proximity to an A road does mean it's quite noisy at night. The polyester bed linens and thin towels were below the standard of the apartment. We didn't like being monitored by door camera and we were asked to explain why a third person was seen entering the apartment on one occasion. I did not receive a reply to my explanation.
• Katelyn (8/5): I like this apartment, the location is great and was pretty clean and comfy place to stay. - The location of this apartment is located in really good spot in London. Close to everything and the street that this is on has lots of restaurants and supermarkets making it convenient. This apartment I felt was really good and comfy and was clean. Everything was good apart from this apartment had problems with ants and sometimes just have ants all over the floor.

• Tanya (1/5): Horrific - Nothing Extremely dangerous! Please read this before booking ! There’s warnings on the walls of gangs of thieves warning that you will be robbed if you let them in. Very unsafe , hence 3 or 4 bolts on the back of the door and 3 locks on the front . The owner said it was safe but yet has all these locks on. There’s photos of masked men warning you not to let them in, so how on earth would you sleep in a place like this . Please, please, please, look at the photos before you decide to book. We didn’t actually stay longer than 10 mins and the owner refused to give us a refund

• Hannu (10/5): Exceptional - What can I say. This place felt just like a home. I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is a really good size. It's practical and super comfortable and stylish. I slept like a baby in here, super nice bed. You couldn't ask for a better location. It's in the heart of Kentish Town. And it's really close to the underground station. You have all the shops, bars and restaurants near you. Walking distance from Camden town. Definitely will stay here again, next time I'm in London.

Especially above the bedroom with lots of noise from the room above making for disrupted nights sleep. Lost property wasn’t returned even though we offered to pay for postage.

Bus station is just around the corner for 24hr service. Very convenient when using St. Pancras train station and Camden is very close. Couch is really unsuitable as separate bed, very hard and short. Also it can be noisy in the mornings due to outside noise.

• S.b. (9/5): Brilliantly located, surprisingly quiet, comfy apartment - Spent one of the coolest, most exciting weeks of my life here (seeing theatre plays, hanging out with friends, the works). The location is perfect, Kentish Town is one of my favourite neighbourhoods in London simply because it's so richly varied; there's all kinds of supermarkets and bakeries and whatever else the heart might desire within close walking distance, it takes you 15 minutes to get to the almost pastoral quietude of the Heath, but in the other direction, it takes you the same amount of time to St Pancras, and just a couple minutes more to the Thames and, well, everything else. Considering how bustling Kentish Town High Street can get during the day, this place is surprisingly peaceful and quiet; at night, you almost forget you're in the capital at all. The apartment itself is unexpectedly spaceous and furnished in a contemporary yet comfy fashion. Despite it being at ground level, it never once felt unsafe or lacking privacy. I'd stay here again any time (and may well do so in the near future). Just a few small things, the main one of which is that the toilet seat has a few unfortunate ridges under it that probably make it a bit difficult to keep as clean as I'd have liked. The soap dispenser was also empty on arrival which doesn't usually bother me, it was just odd considering there was one very prominently placed but when I tried to use it nothing came out. Lastly, the place would profit from some actual good pots; the kitchen overall is very functional, so I found it a bit upsetting that the selection of pots present is small and all of them are too tiny to properly cook a decent meal in, plus they're all non-stick, with the coatings a bit damaged in several places, which is probably a really niche thing to complain about, especially in an area that has so many good restaurants and pubs, and isn't meant as a complaint as much as a heads up to anyone else coming here ready and willing to actually cook their own meals and finding the pot situation slightly lacking.
• Abhinav (10/5): Excellent stay - The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had all the necessary amenities I needed. The hosts were very prompt in responding and I want to sincerely thank them for accommodating my early check in request. The location is very good too. It is just off the main Kentish Town market Street. Bus stop is just 1 min walk away, and Kentish Town train station is very close too. There are many large supermarkets within a few mins walk. The area on the side opposite to the main Street is a quiet and pretty residential area, suitable for walks and exercise. I enjoyed my stay here. All was good.
