• Elisabetta (8/5): - Posizione eccellente, ci hanno consentito di lasciare i bagagli prima dell’orario di check-in Letto matrimoniale alla francese con doghe della rete mancanti o smontate, quindi scomodissimo, tenda oscurante in cotone, quindi sempre umida e con tracce di muffa, all’interno della doccia.
• Elena (1/5): Poco habitable y mal trato - Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue muy negativa. Al llegar, nos encontramos con un lugar en malas condiciones de higiene: las sábanas tenían un fuerte olor a humedad, la casa en general presentaba un ambiente poco limpio, las toallas estaban manchadas y una de las camas principales con las tablas sin colocar. Además, el trato del propietario fue muy desagradable, con comentarios fuera de tono cuando intentamos plantear nuestras quejas. Esto hizo que la estancia resultara incómoda y nada recomendable. En resumen, un sitio poco habitable y con un servicio al cliente totalmente inapropiado. No lo recomendaría y creo que la plataforma debería revisar la presencia de este alojamiento en su web

• Ingrid (7/5): Goed maar appartement heeft een update nodig - De locatie en de grootte van het appartement Het is verouderd met badkamer keuken en ook niet helemaal schoon.

• Alejandro (6/5): Magnífica situación - apartamento no acorde - La ubicación * La persona que nos entregó las llaves se comprometió a traer al día siguiente unas fundas de almohadas que faltaban en una de las camas. No apareció. * Sólo hay tres cubiertos (plato, vaso, cuchara/cuchillo/tenedor) en el apartamento. * Carece de TV, no advirtiéndolo previamente en ningún momento. * Ligero olor a cerrado en los armarios de la habitación principal.

• Janina (5/5): Tolle Lage aber Sauberkeit sehr schlecht. - Die Lage ist super zentral und die Wohnung an sich super schön! Für 4 Leute gibt es zu wenig Geschirr, nicht ausreichend Messer, Tassen etc. Uns wurde ein früherer Check-In bestätigt, leider war das vor Ort dann nicht der Fall. Die Bäder sind dreckig, in einem Bad gibt es einen verschimmelten Vorhang, im anderen Bad muss man die Duschfunktion erst mühevoll einstellen, weil der Griff defekt ist. Im Kühlschrank lag außerdem eine verschimmelte Tomate und Reste von den vorherigen Gästen.

• Antonio (8/5): Perfect location but not good value for money overall - Extremely central. The location was perfect and the flat was clean. The hosts arrived to provide keys more than 30 minutes after having informed them that we had arrived at the flat. After entering the flat, we noticed that there was no toilet paper. We informed them through Booking.com and they didn't reply until after we had left the flat so we had to buy the paper ourselves. The flat is apparently a no smoking flat but it smelled of smoke all around. Lastly, the price was not good value for money compared to many other places in touristic destinations.
• Nichola (8/5): Lovely and great location but the apartment needs some working doing to the kitchen and bathrooms - Lovely apartment. Very friendly staff. Excellent locatiion. Only down fall was we wanted to cook as we was with family but not a lot of pots and pants and cups for hot drinks. Apartment could do with it doing up a bit as a few bits wee broken
• Anthony (6/5): Lovely place amazing location but with a few supplies to make it more functional. - Incredible location in the back streets of the old town. Nice quiet street and neighbors. Some nice furniture and art. The host was attentive over WhatsApp. The kitchen was quite short on supplies. One pot, no kettle. We asked for the above but didn’t get it. Also We were there in March so it was quite cold with no way of getting warm.

• Weronika (10/5): Exceptional - The lady whom invited us was soo nice and helpful❤️ in apartment we had everything what we need. Really comfortable and nice place, located in the middle of old town 😊 I highly recommend it!
• Francesmm (8/5): Spacious apartment in great location in old Palma - Location - great; in the old town, easy walking to attractions, as its name suggests close to the cathedral, bars, restaurants, waterfront. Friendly neighourhood cafes that served breakfast. Overall spacious for four people; main bedroom with ensuite bathroom spacious, living area comfortable and plenty of room. Kitchen with hob and oven. Laundry room with washing machine and tub. The kitchen had a good sized fridge/freezer and cooking facilities. However it needs a couple of more pans, chopping board and perhaps a kettle to make it more usable. The second bedroom was as shown, however cramped for two adults. Plenty of clothes hanging space but a small table, shelving would have made it more comfortable.
• Glenn (5/5): Not ideal experience - Warm, clean and near the marina as well as local attractions. Laundry was full of drying bedding from previous guests. Place was over booked first night so we had to find a hotel. Still waiting for refund of first night. No kettle. Kitchen was set up for three people not for four. Second bedroom had only a bed no other furniture. Only one key
• Anna (8/5): This is a lovely apartment which is in a great location for touring Palma. - The property is really lovely and is just behind the cathedral so perfectly central. It’s lovely and spacious and good for friends or family staying together. We had asked for a late check in and then our flight was delayed. Having booked other properties before I was expecting a lock box to obtain the key for entry but there isn’t one. I had notified the owner that we would be a late arrival but our flight was delayed which made us later. When I called the owner when we got there they just kept saying it’s very late and we had to wait outside for them to come to let us into the apartment. It was all ok in the end but we didn’t appreciate being questioned about why we were so late when it was something that was out of our control.
• Ian (10/5): The perfect apartment for a weekend stay and we would definitely book it again. - The location is perfect, the apartment is modern, well presented and equipped and the owner is extremely helpful and easy to deal with.
• Belinda (7/5): Good - The house is in an excellent location. It was a beautiful and spacious home in a quiet area. Easy access to everything in Palma. You can't drive into the area to drop your pieces of luggage.
• Robin (7/5): Overall a enjoyable stay in a great location, apartment needs a little work and TLC which would help - Great location in lovely cathedral back streets Could do with a few more utensils in the kitchen. No toaster, kettle or hairdryer, although after messaging the host he brought a toaster, hairdryer and a nespresso machine. Could do with some info in apartment regarding aircon, Wi-Fi etc. not sure if aircon worked as couldn’t really figure it out also the tv is in the bedroom wardrobe which we moved it living room. Apartment floor is tired and moves when you walk on it.
