• Denise (8/5): Wouldn’t hesitate to use again if attending NEC or visiting Birmingham - Nicely decorated and comfortable lounge and beds, lovely bathroom, good security. Close to NEC, good value for money. Large Tv but we couldn’t get it to work on terrestrial tv channels. Had to rely on our own streaming services. Instructions on use would be useful. Designated parking spot was taken (but we were able to park safely on main road). I would add some leaflets on local eateries

• Syeda (4/5): Never again for families with children or babies - Clean spacious nice bathroom and bedrooms Clean rooms good for couples and adults The place was not cosy but reasonable to stay In just not for babies and toddlers as the flooring was quite cold however the flat was fine for an over night stay just limited towels that smelt of cigarettes however the host kindly gave us some more. Lots of stairs ….no lifts to flat One thing I would be careful about is if you make any mess regardless of the cleaning fee you pay to booking you have to make sure it’s clean as the host will try and take additional funds which I reported to booking who advised they cannot ask you to pay anything more as they don’t have a damage policy in place or any additional cleaning costs. So thanks to booking. I have to be honest my children made a mess on the sofa but they are 6 months and 1 years old so I couldn’t leave on the cold floor and so left on the sofa and the beds had to be moved against the walls so they didn’t fall off at night. Some mess that was left on the sofa ?crushed up crisps and nappy left near the bin which I couldn’t put in the bin because I didn’t want to mix with food in the bin… Because of this the host tried to charge me more money and additional costs even after I offered to pay 50£ for the mess because I felt bad he advised he will need to get a quote to get it cleaned ? Even after offering to return to clean my self too. So the host wasn’t happy with any thing I offered and wanted to just charge me when I reported this to booking he tried to say I damaged the LED lighting which I had no idea was even in the property I’m a mother of two babies I have no interest in these things ! I also agreed with the landlord to allow a few guests to come and visit to drop off food and have dinner with us which he was fully aware of and asked me he wa perfectly fine with it and he also has a door bell that clearly tells him who entered the property and at what times these guests left at 9pm which was earlier than agreed but later tried to use this to recover costs from me !

• Philip (10/5): After a day at the NEC it was a great place to chill - Great location for our visit to the NEC Nothing happy all round.
• Verity (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely staff who were at the end of the phone should you need them. One small thing would be the request or more kitchen appliances. Eg Prosecco glasses. Coffee capsules. But cannot fault the service or cleanliness of the apartment. Would say again and highly recommend. Thank you.

• Wendy (9/5): Brilliant location for NEC, neat and tidy and very clean. Ideal for a weekend away - Clean, neat, tidy . Plenty of room, modern decor Kitchen equipment a bit lacking, and what there was , was very poor quality. Eg cutlery, one “sharp” knife

• Clemency (10/5): Great high quality property with brilliant access to nearby amenities - Prior to arriving, clear instructions were sent on how to access the property. On arrival we had been left some milk as well as some extra treats! The property was of an extremely high quality, with attention clearly taken to keep it as a premium properly. The property is very close to the NEC so brilliant for access as well as having a large supermarket nearby. On leaving the property I realised I had left my jacket which the owner informed me of and went over and above to return it to me of which I am extremely grateful.

• Thomas (9/5): Superb - The place was lovely and home from home. Internet and TV were great 👍 The parking around the back of the property was also very good and private. The host even left us some milk and chocolate for when we arrived which was a nice touch. Tea, coffee and sugar was also there and clean cutlery. The only thing that was a negative about the place was there had been a dog in there at some point not too long before our visit, there were no signs of uncleanliness what so ever but because I am allergic to dogs it played absolute havoc with my allergies it made the time there a little uncomfortable. If I wasn't allergic to dogs the stay would of been 10/10 as everything was amazing.

• Camo__ (10/5): An excellent stay while attending an event at the NEC - The location was exceptionally close to local amenities within the shopping centre and a 10 minute ride from NEC. There is space for 1 car within the car park and the balcony was enjoyed in the evening to relax to. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was done to an excellent standard. There is wifi and TV available. It is very close to the co-op and a chippy where they serve gluten-free chips and are allergy aware. The only thing I can think of would be bowls and more utensils for cooking.
