• GIFTY (5/5): Lovely house but mattresses too soft for comfort and the host didn't seem to care once you're in. - It's a beautiful, nice and cosy house. There were conflicting messages from the Host and his partner when we first arrived, but it got resolved. However, the Host failed to respond to any message sent during our visit, both via Text and Booking.com There was no Iron, and the Shower wasn't draining; We messaged for help, but received none.

• Thompson (6/5): Pleasant - Free parking and comfy beds Host didnt answer the phone at first. Shower was either way too cold or way too hot. House wasn't very clean at all.
• King (10/5): Absolutely mint! - So, the bungalow was absolutely mint! Stayed with a friend for a concert and it was furnished nicely, shower was hot instantly, the owner provided us with fresh towels and showed he cared as he hand delivered the keys and checked over the entire property beforehand to make sure everything was up to his standards, the living room was comfortable and the beds were clean and extremely comfortable (wanted to book another night but had work the next day) but all in all it was a great stay at such a good price range, big plus was the pub across from the property and a shop further down so bang on for location, cheers! Nothing at all

• Troy (1/5): Terrible experience, would never book with them again. - The property was double booked without our knowledge after booking well in advance, was unable to contact owner at all either on phone number or through messagjng even after paying for accommodation, had to find other accommodation on the day, very frustrating and disappointing.

• Eltion (6/5): Hard to contact the host and get info. - The Host telephone number on the website is not valid. Tried to contact via email but got no reply. I wanted to contact and confirm my booking (and how to pick up the keys) before I travelled to Manchester. The property address is not fully written in the website as well, the house number is missing. Travelled there and wandered in the neighbourhood to find the property. When I was giving up and about to call booking to complain and find another staying alternative, I received a phone call from the Host and from there, I found the property and got access. The reast of the staying was ok.

• Arlette (10/5): Exceptional - My host was very friendly and helpful. They gave me clear information on how to get there and kept in touch to make sure I had everything I needed. I felt right at home right away because of the personal touches all over the room. The listing was just like it said it would be, if not better. There was no dirt or dust anywhere in the room; it was spotless. It was clear that our host worked hard to keep things clean and comfortable.
