Philippa (1/5): Avoid- poor communication and cancelled with no notification - Arrived and there was not contact about how to enter the apartment. On calling them there was initially no response, after 3 further calls they answered to casually inform us that the apartment wasn't available. They said they would look for alternative accomodation and call back but never did
