Laura (4/5): Not very pleasant stay - The apartment itself is quite comfortable and the sea view is stunning. The apartment is located directly above the host family's home, with their entrance right by the stairs and their patio fully visible from the balcony. The family spent most of the day on this patio, which made using the balcony and apartment feel uncomfortable and lacking in privacy. It’s important for future guests to know that this is not a fully private apartment but part of a shared family property—something that wasn’t clearly communicated in the listing. For this price, we expected more privacy and a more neutral, guest-oriented environment. To access the apartment, we had to pass through a shared outdoor area where agressive dog was present (which may be intimidating for some), and the family having their private time. These details might be fine for some travelers, but they should be made clear in the listing so guests can make a based decision.
