• Andrew (8/5): - Modern crisp design. Attentive Owned. Comfy beds. Local feel being on main strip. Occasional lack of hot water if 4 are going after one another. Owner did offer to Pop over and have a look however. Toilet brush brown marks around cup on arrival. Clanking blinds all night. Weather was hot and had windows open and aluminium bottom strip on blinds clanked against frame keeping awake. Some socks to dampen sound did the trick. Perhaps some rubber stoppers sticking to each side would resolve it. Bath very slippy when getting in and out for shower. All no big deal and just reporting to improve things. We had a great week.

Bonne organisation et communication avec l'hôte (merci Fernando). J'y reviendrai avec plaisir😉 Rien, tout 'était très bien.

• Sami (9/5): Very clean, well-equipped flat in a great location - Excellent location just outside Watford town centre, with only a 15-minute walk to Watford Junction Immaculately clean and very well maintained flat Fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay Owner was clear, responsive, and easy to communicate with Some noise from nearby road and pubs at night (earplugs helped) Steep steps to access the flat which may be challenging for some
• Ditte (10/5): - Vi skulle til London i nogle dage, men overnattede her i Watford, da priserne i London var alt for høje i forhold til stedernes stand og renlighed. Vi var meget tilfredse med komfort, renlighed og værten her - og det var nemt at komme med toget ud til Watford og så blot en lille gåtur fra stationen til vores overnatningssted. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage, og næste gang vil vi helt sikkert også opleve Watford - Der var så mange fine spisesteder, shoppingcenter og så gad vi godt at have været i Harry Poter studio. Har ikke noget dårligt at sige om stedet. Det levede 100% op til vores forventninger.

• TANJA (9/5): Super! Fernando hat uns stets informiert und war sehr hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank nochmal E> - Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Anbindung. Sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sowie die Nähe zum Watford Junction sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Lärmempfindlich sollte man nicht sein. Am Wochenende fahren die PS-Bolivien mehrfach durch die Straßen. Uns hat es nicht gestört.

• NJE87 (9/5): - Large rooms with lots of storage. Location very central and convenient for shopping, Harry Potter World and public transport to London. Beds quite comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and a large table. Slight surrounding noise but is located in a busy town centre so it is to be expected. Did not disturb anyone in our party however.

Molto pulito, ma senza alcun appoggio dove mettere le proprie cose. Anche il riscaldamento in questa stanza non era pervenuto.

• Mike (8/5): Ein absolut ausreichendes Apartment inmitten von Watford - Die Lage des Apartments war in Watford sehr zentral und somit komfortabel. Die Ausstattung hinsichtlich der Küchengeräte und anderer Utensilien völlig ausreichend. Die Betten sind gemütlich und für sechs Personen war definitiv genug Platz vorhanden. Dünne Wände und geringe Isolierung sorgen für eine gewisse Lautstärke. Zudem gibt es nur ein Bad, für sechs Personen also etwas schwierig. Die Treppen zum Apartment sind sehr steil. Für ältere Personen eher nicht geeignet.

• Vera (10/5): Very pleasant apartment - We chose this accommodation because we were 2 families with plans to visit the Harry Potter studios. The apartment surpassed our expectations: very clean and nicely decorated, spacious, comfortable bedrooms with space for 8 people. It's located in a street with small shops and nice restaurants (we really enjoyed the sushi restaurant in front!). Really close to the studios by car. Also, access to central London by public transport was fairly straightforward. The street parking is limited, but that can't be helped.

• Linda (1/5): - ⭐ 1/10 – Unsafe, unprofessional, and the most stressful stay we’ve ever had This property is unsafe and run with zero regard for guest safety or comfort. The stairs leading up to the flat are steep, high, jagged, and extremely dangerous. We had to carry all our suitcases up two full flights of these unsafe stairs. One wrong step could cause a fatal accident. My father slipped while carrying a suitcase down, badly injuring his leg — it was bruised and bleeding (photo available). The cleaners and staff didn’t even check if he was okay or show any concern at all. They acted as if it was normal, which is shocking and unacceptable. The Wi‑Fi only worked in the living room and was so weak it was practically useless. For four people over a two-night stay, they gave us one tiny bottle of shampoo/shower gel — enough for one person for one night. When we asked for more, they refused at first, then finally gave it to us five minutes before we were told to leave. Who can shower in five minutes? Completely ridiculous. The cleaner was rude, made inappropriate comments, and rushed us out instead of helping. On top of that, at 11 PM one night, the fire alarm went off for over 30 minutes. We had just fallen asleep, and the loud alarm left us all stressed, shaken, and unable to sleep. It turned out to be a false alarm, but there was no communication or reassurance while it was happening. Between the unsafe stairs, serious injury, terrible Wi‑Fi, lack of basic amenities, rude staff, and a traumatic fire alarm incident, this was an absolutely awful stay. We would never return and strongly recommend avoiding this property at all costs.

• kirsty (8/5): - Lovely clean flat with plenty of space Comfortable beds. Close to the city centre 5min walk and 15min walk to Watford junction which we used to go to Harry potter world! Great you can use the tv for your own netflix account etc. Great communication from the host. Could have done with some more provisions in the flat eg handsoap, more glasses but I did request these, some more kitchen items eg tinfoil etc. Unfortunately close to a pub so can be noisy. Possibly addition of slightly bigger toiletries as with a family of 5 we had to buy bigger ones. Otherwise a very comfortable stay.
• Larae (3/5): nice space but extremely hot with no fans or AC provided. - The space was large and the location was great to the local needs/restaurants. There was no AC and there were no fans provided. Also, the windows needed to stay open but it was raining and got everything wet. There were mininmal outlets. The locals were very loud during the evening although it was "quiet hours". There were also no soap for washing your hands.

• Jan (9/5): Spacious and comfortable apartment in the center of Watford - Nice, clean, and simply furnished flat with fast Wi-Fi and a good location within Watford. Comfortable beds in pleasant bedrooms, spacious living room with kitchen, plus a coffee maker, large fridge, and basic supplies like coffee, tea, and spices. Contactless check-in and quick communication with the host via WhatsApp. The apartment is spacious enough for four guests. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. For five or more people, space might feel tight. There’s only one bathroom with a toilet, which may not be sufficient, and the kitchen equipment is limited for larger groups. One of the bedroom doors couldn’t be fully closed due to a technical issue.

• Jennifer (10/5): Great Apartment and Great Host! - The host is the most supportive host we experienced on our 14-day vacation! He sent me messages on Booking.com and by email with guidance and tips to help me navigate check in/ check out. This apartment is close to a lot of restaurants and the station, where you can take a shuttle bus to Harry Potter studios.
• Michelle (10/5): Lovely stay - The host was attentive. The location was fantastic with a short walk from both Watford High Street Station and Watford junction. Plenty around to eat, drink and entertain for adults and kids. Check in straight forward and apartment was clean, modern, comfy beds and everything you need. Tbh we'd be nit picking to say what we didn't like. It was a little noisy outside but the location is off a high street and it was a weekend. It didn't impact us greatly.
• Stephen (10/5): Wembley Weekend Trip - Outstanding value for money, just a short walk from the main street in Watford where there are lots of bars and restaurants, both train stations are within walking distance. The property is extremely clean and spacious, the kitchen / living room is well equipped with all the items you require, the 3 bedrooms are very large, I'll certainly stay here again if travelling to Watford.

Excellent location, 15 minutes from HP world and 2/3 minute walk to a huge shopping centre with bowling, mini golf, lots of food etc. Apartment was clean and spacious with excellent communication with the owner, couldn’t be more helpful. Would highly recommend. Nothing.

Lovely and clean, clear and easy instructions to access the property. Only fault was the bathroom door lock was broken, very stiff and one of us very nearly got stuck in there.

• Lisa (9/5): Fantastic apartment, recommend you book it - Lovely apartment, plenty room, decorated well, very clean, plenty towels provided, great location for large shopping centre, restaurants, Harry Potter bus @ watford junction. Earlier check in and later check out time would have been helpful but this is the same everywhere. Taxi company recommended let us down with just 1 hour before our outward journey began so I wouldn’t recommend them. Everything regarding internally of the flat was amazing so if you’ve looked on here, don’t hesitate to book it you won’t be disappointed and we travelled with 5 adults and 1 child and had enough room

• Brown (9/5): Good location, comfortable bedrooms - Its lokation was perfect and the bedrooms are very comfortable. It was missing some serving dishes for when there’s a large family and the neighbours did not respect that you weren’t allowed to make noise after 10 they were very noisy.
• Tahira (9/5): Super lovely accomadation that went beyond our expectations. Clean, tidy and just all round lovely - All of it was just so lovely. It was clean and we loved the amount of cooking pots, pans and utensils there was and choice of chopping boards. It’s was such a lovely stay and accommodation. There was no actual hand soap only little shower gels but obviously there’s a big difference between the two so we had to go out and buy some. I think it should be a standard that’s provided. I also think there should be some type of antibacterial spray and cloth so we can clean up after ourselves more easily. Lastly I think there should be more toilet roll provided, even if it’s just spare in under the kitchen sink.
