• Davide (7/5): Rapporto inadeguato qualità/prezzo ma migliorabile - Appartamento ampio con vista sul mare Locazione fra San Giusto e Piazza Unità d‘Italia (se nel gruppo non ci sono persone con problemi di deambulazione) Video spediti con instruzioni x accesso in casa dopo check in Check-in. Bisogna presentarsi fisicamente in ufficio in zona centrale a Genova. Perso più di un‘ora a scoprire che c‘era parcheggio San Giusto vicino Locazione se nel gruppo ci sono persone con problemi di deambulazione. La via é estremamente ripida e scomoda x camminare Garage non adatto a SUV. Persi altri 30‘ x entrare e mai mosso piu la macchina (e taxy non sono economici) Atrezzature in casa limitate. Trovato inaccettabile che mancasse shampoo o macchinetta caffe. Consiglio vivamente di migliorare informazioni spedite con più informazioni su come arrivare al check-in e zona in cui si trova la casa e garage….

• Andreas (4/5): Super Lage, schöne Wohnung, superschlecht versorgt. - Lage, Helligkeit der Wohnung, große Räume. Schlüsselübergabe viel zu kompliziert (Ort wurde zweimal geändert), Kommunikation kaum entgegenkommend. Schlafsofa stand in der Küche und war schmutzig; für zwei Personen undiskutabel unbequem. Küche schlecht ausgerüstet (viele wichtige Utensilien fehlten) kein Manual zur Nutzung des Heißwasserboilers und von Gas. Keinerlei Einweisung durch die Vermietungsorganisation. Auf Nachfrage wurde geantwortet, dass könnten sie bei 80 Wohnungen Air BnB nicht leisten. Keine Anweisung, wie und wo der Müll zu entsorgen ist ("in the structure"), dafür aber Androhung von Strafzahlung bei Nichtentsorgung.
• Guest (5/5): Hätten wir die Lage der Unterkunft vorher gewusst, hätten wir diese sicher nicht gebucht. - Räumliche Aufteilung, Balkon, Lift Zufahrt zur Unterkunft ist katastrophal (sehr steil, sehr uneben, Gefahr zur Beschädigung des Fahrzeuges) diese ist nicht mit allen Fahrzeugen zu bewältigen, Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage nicht mit allen Fahrzeugen möglich, da diese extrem eng und steil ist. Garagenparkplatz sehr eng! Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr steilen Gasse und man darf keine körperliche Einschränkung haben - muss gut zu Fuß sein um diese täglich bewältigen zu können.

Difficulté d’accès voiture à signaler - Excellente localisation pour visiter la ville de Trieste Taille idéale du logement et jolie vue depuis le balcon Manque d’infos préalables sur le logement : un seul grand lit. 2eme chambre avec deux petits matelas et pas de fenêtres dignes de ce nom. Manque un lave linge et une cafetière. Et de plus l’accès en voiture à l’immeuble est un peu compliqué : rues en pente avec un revêtement pavé de mauvaise qualité, manœuvres délicates avec une berline.

• Don (8/5): Would stay again. - Apartment fab. Large enough for 5 adults. Location great. 5 mins walk from the centre. Only thing missing was a washing machine but we knew when we booked there wasn’t one.

• Renee (8/5): Mooi appartement op een mooie locatie. Het inchecken (op een ander adres!) was heel onpraktisch - Heel mooi balkon, goed ingericht appartement, mooie badkamers. Het inchecken was super onhandig en kostte bijna een uur (incl het digitaal invullen van alle paspoortgegevens). Er was helemaal niets aan gebruiksgoederen in de keuken, geen suiker/zout, of wat dan ook. Ook in de badkamer was geen zeep oid.
