- Artur (3/5): Poor - The villa is very nice itself. Great view. It was extremely cold in every room and every bathroom. The pool was not heated. We were told not to use air-conditioning more than 1 hour a day and floor heating at all that was just impossible. There are limits of electricity usage which is just ridiculous when you pay huge money for renting. The sliding window in living room and one bedroom opened itself. There were plenty of ants in the kitchen but the owner's representative said it was normal. The system of light switches is very badly projected. There wasn't any tv connection. The cleaninig service came just once in 9 days when I asked about it three times. The owner doesn't provide toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, washing machine powder, dish washer tablets, etc. I think it should be included in the price. Other villas do that. The water in bathrooms is mainly cold and we were asked not to heat it to often.

- Uwe (10/5): georgeous new villa with spectacular view on landscape and the sea - We were five adults and one child and had a fantastic vaccation of 2 weeks in this spacious house. The house is brand new and is very modern. Outside there is a very large sitting area and a great pool with an extraordinary very down to the sea. Since it is quite up on the hill, a car is mandatory, but I assume that nobody would rent this place anyways without having a (rented) car. Since the house was brand new there were minor technical issues which were solved/fixed in no time by the wonderful support stuff. we were there in october, the water of the pool had still 22 degrees, fresh, great for some, but for some of us too fresh.
