- Bewsey (8/5): - Peaceful. Away from traffic. Lovely views and beautiful scenery. Comfortable. Close to Queenstown and other attractions. Access to microwave which is in the bottom of a cupboard. Difficult to use there. Fridge/cooler fan going continuously day and night.
- Norman (8/5): Nice quiet place to stay. - Quiet self contained suite any from the main house in a rural setting. Suite appears to have been originally used as a back yard party room then converted to suite. As a result the layout is not the best with no plugs either side of the bed and the washroom sink being much too small. Only mirror in washroom was above the toilet.

- 엄 (10/5): - If you want an experience that feels like living in a high-end wealthy house while staying in a flat, I highly recommend it — it felt like a little “rich-person experience

- Megan (10/5): - Everything was great, excellent location, nice & clean, hot tub was amazing.
- natalie (10/5): Beautiful views to wake up to! - The views were breathtakingly beautiful such a lovely spot. The hot tub was incredible, ready to go and easy to use! The hosts were so nice and accomodating. Checking in and out was super easy. The space was comfortable and private. We had all the utilities we needed! Definitely would recommend.
- Aline (9/5): Private cabin with exceptional view - Amazing view
Very private
Nice spa
A/C
Very comfy bed, good shower Even with the A/C it was still a bit hard to cool the cabin down after a hot day
- Emma (7/5): - A privacy screen around the hot tub would be a great addition

- Lauren (9/5): Ultimate relaxation with brilliant views. Highly recommend - Stunning views with a hot tub!! Ultimate place to relax and soak up the scenery away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown. Very clean, tidy and fitted with everything you would need. Nothing!
- Sophia (10/5): - The veiw was absolutely gorgeous, spa was lovely. Good location for us as we were working in frankton. Highly recommend.
- Tarryn (9/5): Warm, clean, and spacious guest house with breathtaking views!! - Check in was straight forward and very convenient. Views were absolutely stunning. Heater was already on for us before we arrived. Bed was comfortable and the room very spacious. The spa was an added bonus. Shower and water pressure absolutely amazing. Guest house was warm, clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Owners communicated extremely well, checking in to see how our stay was and if we needed anything. Thankyou for a wonderful stay. The TV was above the head of the bed, so we were not able to watch it or lean back on the wall if we wanted to sit up in bed. The light in the bathroom was too low, we kept banging our heads on it. A divider or wall by the spa could be a future option just to provide privacy between the two homes. This didn't affect our stay, but just something to consider 😊
- Wendy (8/5): A lovely getaway. - Incredible location with a stunning outlook. Handy to everything. Lovely host, nothing was a problem. Loved the spa! Good shower, big TV, great Nesspreso coffee machine. Concrete floors made it seem a little less cosy. TV mounted at bed head made watching telly in bed impractical, but host had no issue with us turning the bed around for the duration of our stay.

- Savannah (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was fabulous! We loved how cosy and comfortable we felt. Have recommended to our friends and family and will most definitely will be back to stay
- Barrett (8/5): We enjoyed our stay but feel with some slight tweaks it could have been better. - The location was excellent for us, and the accomodation was in a beautiful location and so well placed for what we had planned. The owner of the property was very friendly. From a practical point of view not having a plug in the bathroom and the mirror over the toilet instead of the basin is an unusual choice. We both at different times hit our head on the hanging light in the bathroom, we aren't overly tall so
found that a bit of a hazzard. Because we come from Canterbury we both felt the TV (very large) hanging above our head in bed was slightly uncomfortable, this maybe only because we have lived through all the earthquakes and had that whole experience of things crashing around us, we maybe more sensitive than most of the visitors staying.
- Roslyn (9/5): Superb -
- Laura (10/5): Incredible place in incredible surroundings. Definitely would stay again - Lovely location, cosy place when there were a couple of frosty mornings, close to where I was working, friendly hosts Shower pressure could have been stronger
- Dubey (10/5): I loved my stay - The location is just amazing.. the view from the room is breathtaking.. Room is also neat and clean and has all the amenities. Our host Philly is so generous and helpful and a very good host. We loved our stay. 10 out of 10 for this one. I highly recommend this property to the nature lovers although it is a bot far from main city but if you need nature then this is just made for you. It's a bit far away from the Queenstown city. If you have a car (rented or own) then it shouldn't be a problem. But if you are on your own then cab is the only option and it will become expensive.
- Vedant (8/5): Very good -
- Lucy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kathryn (10/5): Home away from home - Everything! The bed was very comfortable. We could choose to wake up to the sun or close the black out curtains if we wanted it dark. The views are stunning, especially the stars at night. Location was great since we had a car. Loved sitting in the hot tub after our days off hiking, looking at the stars above. Everything was great.
- Pablo (9/5): Incredible location and great room - Incredible views and location, very nice room, clean and spacious. It’s a little bit exposed to the private family’s garden if you’re outside on the terrace. Nothing wrong with it, but it reminded me of early Airbnb days when you shared the room with people.
- Alison (6/5): Great location but that was about it - The view was stunning The fridge was very noisy and kept us awake at night. The kitchen was very badly equipped and the microwave I had to get on my hands and knees to use , the owners did message the day before to mention that the kitchen equipment was very limited which isn’t helpful when you have booked months in advance and if I had know I might have reconsidered our stay . The towels were stuffed in a cupboard and not great , the toiletries were nearly empty luckily had our own . We had to ask for English tea bags as only green tea . It felt like they had this building which was in a great location but they couldn’t be bothered with all the extras that one would expect from a private concern. It could be so much better .
- Eleanor (10/5): Just what we needed. - Great location, beautiful house Number of the place is not easily seen from the road.
A little bit unusual to sleep with a massive tv above our head. But it’s a great tv and there isn’t another option for where to put it.
- Raymond (10/5): Comfortable, picturesque views and luxurious - Beautiful property 12min drive away from Queenstown and 7mins from the airport. The guesthouse is comfortable surrounded by the breathtaking grass fields and mountains of South Island. The property is picturesque and luxurious. The host is extremely friendly and respectful to your privacy, I’m so very thankful to have stayed here rather than an overpriced hotel that wouldn’t have given me the beautiful views offered here. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The standout features are the two adorable doggos that roam the property and the hot tub. When I return to New Zealand I would stay here again. There aren’t any buses from the airport that can transport you to the property, you can only use uber to get to and from the property. I had no issue with as I intended to use uber for transportation.
- Colin (8/5): Unreal place to stay in Frankton, best value for money! - The view and jacuzzi Nothing
- Elizabeth (7/5): Lovely views and quiet stay but could use some changes in the set up of the room. - There is a stunning view from the guest room and the hot tub was great. The room is as pictured and looks nice. The cooking area is nice. We only made breakfast but it had all the things we needed. It also has an air fryer which moat places don't have. It's nice and quiet, 20 min drive from Queenstown and 10 min drive from the airport. Check-in and check-out was easy. There are some quarky design elements that affected the comfort of our stay.
There are no outlets anywhere near the bed for charging phones or for lamps and each side of the bed. There is a weak battery powered lamp that is more if a night light. The TV is above the bed so if you try to sit up in bed, you head will the TV. This means that one person can't be up with their own light while the other person sleeps. You also can't read in bed sitting up on the bed.
The bathroom mirror is above the toilet instead of above the sink, which is a bit odd. The sink is very small and there is no counter space around the sink. There are no towel hooks to place your towel so it's easily reachable when you are done showering. There is a towel rack outside of the bathroom in the main living area. There's no place to put your towel so it's within easy reach when you are finished showering. The water gets nice and hot, water pressure is okay.
The bar stools are low so it's hard to sit and eat at the bar. There is another table with 2 chairs that can be used to eat at. The bar stool has something that looks like it's a place to rest your feet but it's at the opposite end of the seat so you feet are left dangling.
The designated are to park and the guest house are a bit far from each other.
- Connor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rose (7/5): We booked this accommodation on previous good ratings. I don't understand how this happened! - The view was spectacular, just as it was advertised. The ensuite room with a kitchenette was large and clean. The spa/hot tub which we were looking forward to, was not working. Perhaps there should have been a user manual. In the cupboard, there were several assorted sizes and colors of beach type towels, no white bath towels as one would expect. I have to use a CPAP machine at night to sleep. I was not able to do this as there was no bedside plug point. There were no bedside lights at all. There was no ice in the fridge, we requested some and got it. There was no shower gel available, luckily, we had our own. The milk left in the fridge for us was sour.
- Konrad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leo (8/5): Very good -
- Lisa (9/5): The perfect place to rest and take your time. - The view and the location are second to none and the hot tub is the perfect touch. The kitchenette is fitted out and includes two small hot plates, air fryer and pod coffee machine - such a treat! We loved waking up every morning to that view! Also, our daily pup visits were a value add! Nothing! it was brilliant!
- Bas (7/5): Somewhat disappointed - Location Small bathroom with disappointing shower. No screen at jacuzzi and thus full in view of owners home causing a lack of privacy.
- Samara (10/5): It was awesome, totally recommend! We loved our stay here - The view was awesome, good location & the space was lovely Nothing it was fab, maybe the light above the sink we kept hitting our heads on it
- Regan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shelley (10/5): Definitely would recommend! - Beautiful location and perfect size for two people. We absolutely loved the hot tub! The neighbors were having a party, and the music was a little loud until late in the evening.
- Mee (8/5): Very good -
- Jack (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hopsick (10/5): Perfect spot to hide away in Queenstown! Great if you want somewhere close to both Queenstown city and arrowtown - Such a beautiful location overlooking coronet peak.
- Kätlin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melvyn (10/5): At the end of our tour of the South Island a first class excellent place to stay. Complete contrast with the overcrowded - Fantastic views, plenty of room and very comfortable! Nothing
- Michael (10/5): Wonderful stay with amazing views. - The views from the room and from the hot tub were absolutely exceptional. Very comfy place, well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Easy check in and friendly hosts. Public transport on this side of Queenstown is lacking somewhat, but wasn't a problem for us as we had a car.
- Katie (9/5): Superb - Amazing view, quiet, comfy bed, warm, loved the spa!
- James (10/5): Amazing! - Absolutely amazing location. Everything you needed. Views were out of the world looking over the Remarkables. N/A
- Lyn (8/5): Really enjoyed our stay, was a quick and easy drive to the airport. - Great location, stunning views, comfortable bed. As we are in our seventies it would have be good to have a couple of comfortable chairs to sit on rather than all beanbags. Found it a bit difficult getting up from the beanbags. Also was only green tea bags, no other choices.
- Logan (10/5): Beautiful home, with jaw-dropping scenery. - The amazing views, the location, and kind host. N/A
- Susan (10/5): Perfect place to unwind , relax and explore the area - What a stunning location, a perfect retreat spot with the extra bonus of the use of the spa. We really enjoyed our little get away here nice and warm and cozy. Thank you.
- Jon (10/5): A place of comfort, warmth, and relaxation. - The place is superb! They have an automatic gate and spacious private parking. The bed and linen are very clean and comfortable. You can see the view of the Coronet peak while soaking in the hot tub. It has a kitchen from which you can cook your own food. With a large TV and an outstanding sound system. It's a great place to stay if you want to get away from the crowded area around Queenstown. Nothing
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Super quiet clean and an outstanding separate guest house. I wish we'd had time to use the hot tub on the deck with close views of Coronet Peak in the evening. The owner was very conscientious and friendly indeed, leaving us feeling really looked after. Absolute return visit worthy. Not a thing
