Pgs (1/5): Unprofessional Approach of Booking.com - Despite receiving confirmation from Booking.com, the property owner refused availability of accommodation. It was reported promptly to Booking.com. However, Booking.com could not resolve the issue citing "unable to contact the property" and asking me to try and get in touch with the property. This has spoiled my holiday plans. Disappointed with both Booking.com and the property. Kindly de-roster the property forthwith. Further, Booking.com should upgrade their Customer Service and take responsibility to ensure that the accommodation booked is made available or acceptable alternate arrangements are made.
