• GRANT (10/5): Perfect in every way! - Everything! Decor was lovely, usually accommodation never looks as good as in the brochure, this is better! Spacious room, pleasantly decorated, lovely balcony area, nice pool area, delightful dining area and reception. The location was great, a short 5 minute walk from the busier part of town, so hence it was peaceful. But still had restaurants and bars across the road. Most importantly the staff were exceptional. They did everything they could for us, nothing was too much trouble. It is so apparent these people genuinely care about their customers and their hotel. The lady that worked on the reception was particularly helpful, always available, she booked us trips, arranged bespoke tours, and transfer transportation. So we got exactly what we wanted during our stay, at really reasonable prices, which we couldn’t have organised without local knowledge and with the language barrier, it also always came with a big genuine smile! Nothing, other than we wished we had booked to stay longer!

• Uliana (10/5): Very comfortable and affordable hotel ! - I'd like to express my gratitude to the hotel owner Cuong and the receptionists Anh for such a warm welcome for our entire family. They arranged a comfortable transfer from Hanoi Airport for us. As we were checking in late at night our rooms were prepared, and payment for all services and rooms was made only the following day after breakfast. They helped us rent motorbikes and provided all the necessary tips for exploring the area. On the day of our departure, our bus was leaving around midnight, and after a busy day, the hotel owner kindly offered us his room so we could freshen up before the trip and also drove us to the bus station in his own car.What I liked about the hotel: quiet, calm, delicious breakfasts, massages, restaurants, coffee shops and attractions within walking distance, service for storing luggage , laundry and renting transport. nothing

• Matthew (9/5): What a Place to Enjoy Tom Coc and Nimh Binh. - A beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting. The pool is refreshing, the rooms seem luxurious. Bedding was great, silk robes! The bicycle that I borrowed was a little old and not overly maintained.

The staff were very nice & friendly and the hotel offered 24/7 reception which was a life saver at 3am post sleeper bus. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good quality and there was plenty of choice. The property also offers bike rentals which are great value. I would highly recommend renting a push bike and exploring the area it is beautiful! The staff were very helpful and kind and we couldn’t recommend the hotel enough :) Nothing it was perfect.

The room was beautiful, it has a cute little balcony and very comfortable bed. It’s brand new and for what I paid it was amazing value. It’s close enough to walk to the main part of town and what made my stay more special was the staff. They are so welcoming, helpful, lovely and kind and run the hotel extremely well everything was perfect. I’ll definitely book again on my next trip to Vietnam. Nothing. Everything was great.

Nous pouvons également louer des vélos directement à l'hôtel, a la journée, pour accéder aux différents sites. La commande d'un grab est très facile aussi. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse et d'une très grande attention. Notre hôte nous avait préparé des sandwich, avec de la mangue et de l'eau pour notre voyage en bus a 6h du matin, sans qu'on lui demande. Il nous avait également préparé une chambre a notre arrivée a Tam Coc a 4h du matin pour 6 euros supplémentaire. Je recommande cet hôtel ! RAS

Nur wenige Minuten fußläufig in die belebte Gegend. Es könnte ein wenig mehr Brotauswahl oder Croissants oder Gebäck beim Frühstück geben oder eine Suppe. Der Kaffee wurde im Laufe des Vormittags immer dünner.

Obwohl das Hotel nicht ganz im Zentrum lag war dies gut fussläufig erreichbar und hatte zudem den Vorteil, dass es nachts ruhig war. Es gab einen Roller- und Fahrradverleih. Nach zwei Monaten in Vietnam können wir außerdem sagen, dass es zum Frühstück das abwechslungsreichste Obstbuffet zum Frühstück gab, sogar mit Erdbeeren und Jackfruit! Die anderen Gerichte wurden von der Karte frisch zubereitet. Wir würden immer wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Nichts

Le petit déjeuner est bon et avec beaucoup de fruits. L'hôtel est au calme, à 5/10mn du centre de Tam Coc, ce qui est vraiment agréable et reposant, on a trouvé de très bons restaurants aux alentours !

• Satinová (10/5): - Vše bylo perfektní! Od prvního kontaktu s personálem. Hotel je na dobrém místě, kousek od centra a zároveň klidná lokalita. Vše bylo čisté, každý den probíhal úklid na pokojích. Snídaně byli vynikající, mohli jste si vybrat ze snídaňového menu a připravily vždy čerstvé. Personál velmi přátelský a příjemný, se vším na poradily, doporučily výlety, koupily vstupenky, půjčily skůtre. Vřele doporučuju. Byla to naše nejpříjemnější zkušenost se službami ve Vietnamu.

• F (10/5): Great place, great location, high quality with lots of space - Great location! Short walk to Tam Coc central, but this made it a bit quieter. The breakfast was really nice with food provided from the menu as well as buffet. The staff were really nice and helpful.

• Shauna (9/5): - The hotel is beautiful, clean and stylish. Our room was so spacious with a comfortable bed. The location is good, only a short walk to the town and a nice quiet area. The staff were really helpful and kind. We would stay here again! No complaints!

• Caroline (10/5): Fantastic! - - Amazing location, walking distance from Tam Coc boat station & town, Buffalo cave and Bich Dong Pagoda. Alternatively you can rent bycicles at the hotel, they also offer local tours and have many transfer options to Hanoï, Ha Long, Mai Chau, Pu Long and more! - Kindness of staff, they were amazing and upgraded us from our deluxe room to a suite! - Spacious room with a double balcony and very clean, they even have flip flops and kimonos you can borrow. Large bathroom with both tub & shower. The pool area is very relaxing, the hotel is generally aesthetically pleasing, beautiful building on a nice part of the road, there are several cafés & restaurants right outside. The bustling centre of Tam Coc is 10 minutes' walk - Large parking space if you are coming by car or motorbike - Plenty of towels and sockets, big wardrobe

• Molloy (10/5): Amazing!! - The room was so lovely and clean, bed was comfortable, shower was amazing, great water pressure!! The staff were so lovely! Informed them that it was my friends birthday the second day of our stay and they presented her with flowers and cake and sang her happy birthday. They went above and beyond. Had such a good stay!

• joyce (9/5): - Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, faciliteiten zijn schoon en goed onderhouden. De kamer is erg ruim. Het enige is dat het zwembad maar 2 bedjes heeft en je niet heel lekker kan liggen. Het zwembad is niet echt ingericht om te zonnen, vooral te zwemmen. Het ontbijt is niet super uitgebreid maar heeft genoeg opties.
