- Lynette (7/5): convenient location near airport for early morning flight - Conveniently located near the airport.
Shower and toilet, small kitchen area with table and chairs and microwave.
It was clean.
There are places to eat within walking distance. We could not stop the shower dripping which was quite noisy until we put the towel under the shower.
There was a small bar heater only and a fairly thin doona.
Bed was a bit hard.
There was an electric blanket on the bed, so we were OK, but it would be really cold in winter with only that heating.
I thought it was a bit expensive

- Luke (9/5): Small studio/bedsit value and comfort - Quiet location, comfortable, compact and clean. Multiple channels to view and wifi availability are great additions. A few options for pillows would be great, as well as the bed covering. It was a warm night, there is no aircon and the doona was just too heavy for the night temperature.
- Susan (10/5): Very accommodating, very comfy - everything that you need - The most comfy bed and pillows! Nothing
- Anya (8/5): - Pleasant enough if you're on a budget. This is a little carriage house in the back of the owner's property. There are two grocery stores walking distance, and there is a public bus that can take you to downtown. Uber to the airport.
It was quiet, private, wifi was fast. There are no screens on the windows. There wasn't anything exceptional about the place, nor was there anything particularly bad.
- Anya (8/5): Pleasant - Nothing stands out about this space, but it's good enough for a couple nights. Fast wifi, hot water, place to sleep, place to eat.
- Manwaring (10/5): Very accommodating host - The location was perfect for an event we were attending Location was exactly what we required . Property was clean and easy to locate with parking.
Host was easy to contact . Property was excellent value close to transport
- Blake (2/5): Would not recommend to anyone unless it’s the only place within a reasonable distance from the airpo - The location was great because it was near the airport for my flight home and nice and close to essential shops. Owners were very nice to me. The room itself was a mistake to book, stains on sheets, shower looked like it hadn’t been washed in years. They failed to mention that the room is on their personal property. Was very windy the night I stayed and the thin walls made it even worse. I woke up to 3 cockroaches on the kettle as I went to make a coffee.
- Tony (8/5): Just what I needed. - Well laid out premises for solo traveller. Reasonably close to airport for early pickup. Host was repectful of privacy. Good value for money Hotplate would be nice addition

- Kern (9/5): - It was all smooth and easy to get in and enjoy the night. Simple, quiet accommodation.

- Owen (9/5): Superb - Nice cosy, clean space
- Don (8/5): Very good -
- Linda (8/5): Clean, comfortable & cosy. Great for solo traveller. - Outside city limits. Ample parking & has all essential shops nearby within walking distance if no car. N/A
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed here for one night before an early flight, so our experience may be a little difficult to other holiday makers. Regardless, the place is comfortable, clean and cozy with enough space to relax in. Kitchen area is well thought out. Shower worked perfectly. There's a massive TV to watch in the bedroom and the heater was perfect to make everything cozy. Easy to find, easy to get inside and easy to check our early. No complaints at all and could have happily stayed there longer under different circumstances.
- Stuart (7/5): Good -
- Linda (9/5): Comfortable & Cosy - Private & not far from the city centre N/A
- Eliza (10/5): Private and conveniently located - a comfortable and quiet stay. - Well-located, quiet and close to Launceston Airport. Ideal one-night stopover before heading off on camping and hiking adventures. Private parking was a big plus.
- Sandra (5/5): It was a roof over my head for the night - Close to the airport No extra blanket, or pillows,I don’t like using electric blankets. Electric cords everywhere, I had to run a cord across the floor to get the bedside light to work. I arrived at night hard to see the numbers of houses. The number was big but probably needs a solar light on it.
- Jacob (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (9/5): Great location and a convenient and comfortable stay - The facilities were very clean and tidy
- Andrew (9/5): Superb - Value
Location
Quiet Mattress was a bit hard
- Agnieszka (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable and well equipped..
- Evie (10/5): Exceptional - Very cosy
- Algie21 (7/5): Good -
- Nicholas (9/5): Superb -
- Graeme (8/5): Very good - Well appointed for a relatively small space, Just about anything you would need for a short stay. Some kind of headboard for the bed would be handy and the current lightweight doona a little inadequate in the colder weather
- Yula (8/5): Very good -
- Rosanne (9/5): Great convenient place to stay when travelling alone - Great restaurant recommendations. Perfect for being close to the airport!
- Marg (6/5): Pleasant -
- Maree (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect for an overnight stay between plane flights.
Friendly owners.
Close to shops
- Izsa (9/5): Second time have stayed here - still great! Compact, clean & great access to Kings Meadows. -
- Dale (8/5): Very good -
- Joanne (7/5): Good -
- Gregory (8/5): Very good -
- Patricia (9/5): Comfortable for one or two nights. - Location not far from main shopping centre. I was able to walk to the shops. A little basic. I had to use the same sink to wash plates and brush my teeth but there wasn't a lot of room for a proper bathroom, just a shower. As I said, it's okay for a couple of nights.
- Fraenzi (8/5): Very good - A great little sleepout in a suburbean setting in the back of a private house, has everything you need. Supermarket and other shops in walking distance. City can be reached by car in about 10min. Off-street parking. Ceiling hight and door frames a little sub-standard, so a bit tricky for taller people. Very compact, has a 'tiny house feel' (which we found charming!).
- Wendy (6/5): Pleasant - Well used soap bar, used thongs no bath robes. Even the host had no idea how to operate t.v. only one glass.
- Hayley (9/5): Was just perfect - Very clean and great location All perfect
- Khanh (9/5): Excellent - I had the pleasure of being in this studio recently and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, making me very much look forward to returning in the future. This is why I highly recommend the studio to fellow travelers:
Perfect service:
The staff here went to great lengths to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with thorough instructions on how to apply and a genuine willingness to assist. The level of professionalism and attentiveness shown by the staff is truly remarkable. They were quick to respond to any of my requests or questions, making me feel valued and well taken care of during my stay.
Gorgeous room:
My room was very simple and tidy. Everything is meticulously designed, with a cozy atmosphere. The attention to detail is evident, from the luxurious linens to the high-quality amenities. The room was immaculately clean, the furnishings were both stylish and comfortable with a large tv. I appreciate the thoughtfulness in creating a serene atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploration. Heating pads and heaters are always ready to serve passengers in the winter, which I can't believe. For a cheap price, they also supply cotton pads, manicure sets, microwave, and PERFUME bottle to get you ready to go. There is even a small swing for families with young children. Sadly I was too big for it and if you have a car there is parking ready for you.
Convenient location:
It is centrally located, allowing easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping malls. It is in the foothills and trees like a Sydney visitor, the air here impresses me because it is so fresh. As far as I remember it was only a 6-minute walk to Coles and the shops and 10 minutes to Woolies, which was convenient. You can also take a bus to the main city very easily from here. Overall, better than what I would expect. The locker to collect the keys was a bit challenging and I would be happier if we can cook there with a mini electric stove :)
- David (4/5): Disappointing - not much everything
- Young (6/5): Pleasant - The room was convenient because I needed to get to the airport. The room was cold, an extra blanket would have been useful. Fortunately I had a rug from my car I was able to use. The instructions to open the key box was not very clear. I eventually got it open but it was rather frustrating. I was concerned about the number of power boards. Heater needs to be connected to a separate power point. Bed was comfortable apart from insufficient doona or blankets for the time of year.
- Ray (9/5): Superb -
