• P.Abbott (8/5): Comfortable, Clean and Well Equipped - The accommodation was lovely, very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was excellent, just a 4-minute walk into the town centre, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and local attractions. It was well-equipped, spacious, and felt very welcoming. Overall, a great place to stay and we would happily recommend it. We had a lovely stay overall and there were many things we really enjoyed. The living room was spacious and comfortable, and the property was well-presented. There were just a few minor drawbacks. As the property is located on a very busy road, there was quite a bit of traffic noise, and the walls seemed fairly thin, meaning we could occasionally hear noise from neighbouring flats, including an argument downstairs late into the night. Additionally, while the living room itself was a great space, the seating area felt a little limited for our group of four adults and two children. Despite these small issues, we had a pleasant stay and would happily recommend the property.

• Shauna (10/5): - Location was perfect. 2 minute walk from main street/shopping centre. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Family of 4 with 2 small children (3 years and 6 months).
• Nadja (8/5): Kurzurlaub und Harry Potterbesuch - Die Raumaufteilung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, die Bettengröße fantastisch. Man bekommt einen Code für die Türen und muss sich keine Gedanken um einen Schlüssel machen. Es ist für den Start Instantkaffee und Tee vorhanden. Sowie ein richtig tolles Gewürzregal. Man hat von Watford junction aus einen kostenlosen Transfer zu Harry Potter. Die Betten sind schon leicht durchgelegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig.

• Romana (10/5): Amazing stay - would definitely return here! - Very clean, well presented and modern property. The location was amazing, lots of shops and take aways nearby. Only 15 min drive from Harry Potter World which is why we came to Watford. The upstairs flat got very noisy on one of the nights but we quickly sorted this with the landlord and no issues since.

• meital peri (9/5): - Beautiful apartment, very spacious and looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Host was friendly. Easy check in and out. Fairly close to Watford junction where you can find trains and buses. Close to restaurants and stores. Very noisy all hours of the day, you can hear everything that is going on on the street or in the different apartments nearby.
• GH (5/5): - Location is good and the apartment is clean. There are plenty of utensils etc. The beds all except one are very uncomfortable and the location is good, but very noisy at times.

Check in was smooth and easy and communication from the hosts was excellent One of the beds was very very hard and extremely uncomfortable. It was very hot weekend and could have done with a fan because although we opened the windows where possible, the street outside along with the courtyard at the back was very noisy until atleast 2am in the morning. If we stayed again would take ear plugs and a fan but would need a new mattress

• Luke (8/5): Good stay and would stay again - Good location for travelling into London. We where at Wembley for a gig then went Central the next day. Watford High Street was 6/7 minute walk and on line to Euston. Fernando the host was very accommodating with us and instant replies when needed. Noisy neighbours and street. Not the apartments fault but worth noting.

• Helen (10/5): It was a lovely place to stay & rest we also went to Harry Potter. - The property was lovely clean & spacious. The parking is non existent in UK so a permit parking would be a good idea.
• Anni (10/5): Exceptional - Highly recommend. Spacious and clean rooms and well equipped kitchen. Good location near restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the train station. Very good accommodation when traveling with children. Opening the front door was a bit tricky at first, but we always managed to get in.

• Fedorova (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment, I recommend it. Bright and clean. There is heating, hot water. The beds and blankets were very comfortable. The kids were happy with the TV with apps and YouTube. The kitchen is large, there are lots of dishes. Convenient check-in/check-out and a very friendly owner. Thank you! Our stay would have been perfect if the kitchen had a lid for the frying pan and just the most basic oil for frying. And please, don't use a home fragrance in every room. We are not allergic, but the smell was strong. We solved this problem by unplugging them and opening the windows, but believe me, it would have been better without them.

• Rachel (7/5): Lovely accommodation , Great location, Great price, would stay again. - Clean and tidy throughout, towels and travel toiletries provided. Parked over the road in church carpark. Easy check in and check out. Neighbours above were very noisy, but that’s out of the accommodations control.
• Shane (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great. Plenty of restaurants for lunch and dinner within walking distance. Lovely bakery with good coffee only 5mins walk away. The apartment was clean and comfortable and its good value for money. Watford Junction station 15min walk away.

• Ebony (10/5): Great Modern Clean Apartment- Perfect Central Location - Was a great location very central minutes away from shops, restaurants and bars. Wellstones carpark is a short walk away which good value for money £7 for 24hrs. Keys was easy to get access to the property and the apartment was very modern and clean has everything you need for your stay. The Host Fernando kept in communication to make sure everything was OK. I would highly recommend this apartment!!
