Rached (1/5): Don't ever book here that's a scam - I didn't like anything about this stay 1-I couldn't sleep the sound is very very very annoying in the night no sound isolation 2- towels in bathroom are very small, limited and stinky 3-the washing machine doesn't work and there are no Indication on how it works 4- ther other location had a swimming pool access to the petronas and the image says so but I can't see them i only can see manara worse experience ever

You should add a frying pan,knifes to Cook and eat... the rest is comfy ❤️ View is amazing... PLEASE THE POOOL is stunning, but securities they are very stressful all the time behind clients back, gym is stunning ... location is perfect close to a mall

As we travel alot overseas, we definitely will not be booking through booking.com. As we wasted 433.51 aud. As we emailed you for a part refund to receive an email back, saying no, contact the hotel. Absolutely disgusting. I would like a part refund before I take this matter further.

Visitor parking was also too confusing. Waiting time of the lift.

But not the location I wanted. The location given in bookings.com is not the same as the actual location of the apartment. Easy access to the twin towers and surrounding areas. Plenty of food option. No regular housekeeping. The instructions to retrieve the keys were a bit too complicated. Too many codes etc. No staff on location to assist. The lifts looked like they were on a construction site. The boards inside were hanging loose. The toilet seat was coming loose at the property. The lighting in the toilet was not even bright. Too dimly lit. Only mirror available is in the toilet and can't really use it with the dim lighting.
