• Michael (4/5): Run down flat in a great location - The location was very good for us. There's a basic gym and pool in the building. The apartment is really run down and by the looks of the reviews maybe has been for some time. The floor is cracked and sharp. The bathroom is grotty. The towels smell. The quality of the bedding is poor. The flat just needs a fix up, repaint, a deep clean and some new bedding and towels and it would be significantly better.
• Suriani (9/5): By far the best. - Helpful check in and check out video instructions. Clean and orderly apartment. Host uses natural charcoal to absorb smells and no signs of overwhelming cleaning detergents. Smart Ac that has a special device to drain humidity and remote with timer My husband (a plus size 5'11") finds his side of the bed to be uncomfortable and the towels revealing. As a foreign guest, the tv is difficult to use or maybe im just old fashion.
• Siti (8/5): Would stay again - Great pool, nice place even if a little snug. Everything works well. There are games in the cupboard, youtube on TV if you're stuck indoors. Lifts are very speedy ao you don't waste time waiting. About 3 min walk to Imago, and 4.5 min at a leisurely pace with a baby stroller and elderly parents. Didn't have a view or so we thought, but on the last day we realised that we could see the Kinabalu peak from the balcony! Nothing really except that the kitchen cabinets were locked and there wasn't much counter space to put our stuff but that was still manageable.
• Wafie (9/5): - The place was clean, especially the toilet. Close to Imago and a variety of good restaurants, the kids loved the swimming pool. The TV having YouTube was a great plus. The host was very helpful. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay for my family and me. You have to pay for parking to collect the keys, and you have to exit the premises and re-enter to return them. I almost got locked out of the basement door when returning the keys; luckily, some family members were going out to the basement parking. The glass coffee table was not ideal for small children. The flooring trim has sharp edges and needs to be glued in place.

• Fydah Ramle (9/5): Great stay overall. - Ease of communication with host. Parking was available for the whole duration of stay. Very convenient location as its nearby to Imago and there's 24hr convenient stores just on the ground floor and Crack Inc. Coffee too! Understood why there was a lot of comment on the laminated flooring, it was mostly broken and could be hazardous.

• Muhammad Luqman Hakim (9/5): Comfortable after long journey - The house was very clean and had a luxurious feel, yet the price was affordable. There were free wifi, smart tv with netflix and also have card game to play with family. I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but there's room for improvement as the wood tiles are cracking and the edges are a bit sharp. I hope this can be improved in the future.

Nearby got 7-Eleven, Orange, laundry and lots of restaurants. Everything was easy and comfortable. The admin was very helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommended! Honestly, nothing our family disliked about this place.

• norhayati (10/5): My stay at D Casa Riverson Apartment. - I am pn Nor from Sarawak, me and my family coming to Sabah for holidays from 18 to 22 Julai 2025. The apartment are very clean, and cosy. Despite its small size, it fit my family of 5 very well. The location was also very convenient, since it was close to Imago mall, and there were multiple restaurants within walking distance in the area. I also felt very safe since the apartment is very secured. Overall, I would reccommend this place to my friends and family. Thank so much D Casa Riverson Soho apartment for making our family holiday a memorable ones. The only downside is the loud noises from the airplanes since the airport was nearby, but closing the door and windows managed to minimize the noise. Regardless, we had a very nice stay, and would definitely return.
• David (8/5): Comfortable, convenient apartment for family holiday - Good location next door to Imago Shopping Mall with lots of places to eat nearby. Modern, well-equipped apartment with washing machine and kitchen (with microwave oven). Grab pick-up and drop-off location right outside main door of apartment building for easy access to town centre. Good for family trip. Some minor maintenance problems - leaking air conditioner, AC remote control not working (needed new batteries), only two cutting knives in kitchen and one was blunt. Would have been excellent if these minor issues were handled.

Security was good as well. Difficult to throw trash, need to go to basement; and floors in residence were wood and some were chipped, dangerous for kids and adults in general. Always need to use slippers for protection.

• Diana (8/5): Good location , clean place , certain things can be improved - The place had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, complete kitchen facilities but we didnt use it except the water boiler and washing machine. Place was clean , had a smart tv, walking distance to imago . Some restaurants below the apartment and dobi at the next building. i woke up almost every hour when a plane flew by as it was really loud. But my kids slept through it. The owner only gave us the code to get the keys few mins before check in so we only managed to park and get our stuff upstairs after 3pm, but he told us to leave before checkout time (before 12pm) next day so it was a bit unfair. You have to get the keys before you can even use the parking slot. He also asked to send screenshots of when you return the keys but didn't even get a courtesy thank you in return. Just blue tick read. The wooden flooring at some areas were coming off so it was a bit sharp. They provide the cotton type of house slippers but i didnt want to wear them as they looked really used. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable

We are also have our own balcony for each bedroom. I and my family was surprise to the safety procedures at this homestay because it’s really safe to stay here. Beside that, the instruction to check in and check out also easy to be follow even this is our first time to stay in this homestay. Most of the time actually I and my family will stay at Jesselton area but after this we’ve decided to repeat booking at this Riverson Homestay because we’re really satisfied with this property! The bed was super comfy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping and sightseeing. But what really stood out to me was how easy it was to get around. Whether I needed groceries, wanted to grab a bite to eat, or was in the mood for some shopping, everything was just a short walk away. Plus, you Grab waiting area is just near the entrance of the apartment. some suggestion maybe additional key card/door key

Will definetely stay here again. - Only 5 minutes walking distance to Imago.easy to find food and pretty much located at the centre of every attractions in KK. My daughters love the rooms and the spacious toilet. I came in six pax and the house accomodate us comfortly. No worries of not having enough clothes to change because it provides washing machine and each room/space has individual balcony to dry the laundry. The swimming pool is always shady cause surrounded by the building hence my snow whites did not get sunburn. The WiFi is super fast, no lagging and has all the best channels. Everything is wonderful but If you feel annoyed of having aeroplane noise then it will bother you a bit. But for me my boy eager to wait and watch the plane cross over at the balcony all the time🤭.
