• RICHARD (3/5): Filthy, Neglected, and Not Fit for Guests - The location. Our stay at this riad was extremely disappointing due to a complete lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance. The most concerning issue was the condition of the beds. The sheets and pillowcases were visibly dirty, with stains, hair, and what appeared to be bodily fluids from previous guests. We ended up removing them ourselves because they were simply unusable. It genuinely felt like they had not been changed in a long time. The rest of the property reflected the same level of neglect. The living room table was covered in crumbs and sticky food residue. Seating areas, including the carpet and couches, were full of debris and clearly had not been cleaned. We avoided using these spaces altogether. In the bathrooms, there was no shower soap provided, and door handles were broken. Unfortunately, we only discovered the condition of the beds late at night after returning from Jemaa el-Fnaa, which made it impractical to find alternative accommodation at that hour. We had a very uncomfortable night and left as early as possible the next morning. To be clear, this experience does not reflect Moroccan hospitality. We are currently staying at another riad in Marrakech that is spotless and well-maintained. The difference is night and day. Moroccan hosts are typically very proud of their homes and go out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable. That was not the case here. This property needs serious attention to hygiene and upkeep. The type you don’t wanna take off your shoes in anywhere inside. It is clear that they have not washed any of the bed sheets, covers, blankets or pillow cases for ages and just put the bed together after guests depart which should be illegal due to required hygiene by the city for places like this. Until that is addressed, I would not recommend staying here.

Estàs caminant del centre de Marrakesh a 20-30 minuts. La zona de la casa té seguretat 24h i piscina. La wifi funcionava perfectament. Amb zona d'aparcament gratuït i sense problema. Tot va anar bé

• Damien (7/5): Un merveilleux séjour - L'accueil exceptionnel de Fekri. L'emplacement de la résidence à proximité de la medina, à 20mn de marche du centre de la place Jema el fna. Le wifi. Les commerces et restaurants au sein de la résidence. Il a fait froid la période de notre séjour (10°) et malgré le chauffage dans les chambres, il faisait très froid dans le riad. Heureusement que nous avions anticipé avec des vêtements chauds. C'est un vieux riad dans son jus, nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'utiliser la cuisine pendant notre séjour et cela ne nous a pas manqué. Les salles de bains sont vieillottes, sans par-douche, à notre demande, Fekri nous avons fourni le simple nécessaire de shampoing ainsi que des serviettes supplémentaires.

It is located in a secure zone, safe for families travelling with small children. I would have appreciated if the host provided sanitary items and if the bed sheets, blankets, and towels were white.

• Pilet (10/5): Inoubliable, je recommande fortement ! - Nous avons séjourné dans un superbe riad, spacieux, propre et parfaitement équipé (shukran Fekri pour l’accueil !). Il est situé dans une résidence privée avec tout le nécessaire à proximité : commerces, restaurants, coiffeur, bureau d’excursions… L’ambiance y est familiale, tout le monde se connaît, on s’y sent vraiment comme à la maison. À seulement 2 minutes à pied de la médina et 15 minutes du souk, c’est l’emplacement idéal pour profiter du vrai Marrakech, sans la foule de la médina. Rien à dire c’était vraiment parfait !

L’hôte Fekri est très accueillant est serviable, il saura répondre à vos demandes. La résidence est sécurisée. Je recommande absolument pour un séjour à Marrakech.

The service was perfect, and the staff were incredibly attentive. The man I met there was especially great, making our experience even more enjoyable. The riad beautifully combines traditional Moroccan design with modern comforts, and my room was spacious and clean. I highly recommend Riad Marrakech for anyone visiting the city!
