• Perez (10/5): - Its was cleaned with a fringe a kettle a tv and mugs The only part is it a bit far from the main road but over all its ok also cause of the price was good for 2 nights
• Anna-Lena (1/5): Nie wieder - Es gab kostenloses Trinkwasser und einen Wasserkocher. Das Zimmer ist extrem feucht und voll mit Schimmel. Man kann es direkt riechen, wenn man reinkommt, fühlen wie feucht es ist (an Wänden und Textilien) und den Schimmel überall sehen (selbst in den Matratzen). Von den Vermietern keine Spur, Kommunikation läuft nur über die booking-Nachrichten Funktion.
• Gomez (8/5): I would definitely rent here again if given the chance to return to Baguio City. - Baguio is a place I’ve always wanted to come back to, and the location of the stay was convenient and pleasant. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The only downside was that the toilet was separate from our room, which was a bit inconvenient. However, everything else was fine and met our expectations. Just a heads-up for future guests: maybe they have rooms with a toilet inside the room, so it’s best to confirm when booking.
• Lulu (7/5): We had a good and comfortable time during our stay. - They provided free water and coffee, the room is very clean. The room is a steal for the price itself. All throughout our stay the wifi wasn't working— it worked the first time we used it for like an hour then after that it's gone, we couldn't even watch anything using the tv after a tiring walk sa night market and the steep walk to get to the property.

• Salon (8/5): I am pleased with my stay, and the host gives instructions on how to make it in their property. Quite good, and that sum - We travelled to baguio last June 11-12 and the property was great! The location tho is quite narrow but it is worth it, it's near a jeep terminal. The things that I like about the property is (1) The room itself is clean, free use of drinking water, free use of toiletries. (2) theres a cute cat waiting for us upon arriving.(3) No curfew. The things that that I dont like is that the cr is outside of our room, like you have to go downstairs to pee, shower etc.. but that's okay, If you're ok a budget and the property is good enough for you.

• Marielle (8/5): Decent and comfortable - The place is decent and comfortable for its price. It is easy to navigate even when commuting (jeep&taxis). The neighborhood where it is located is quiet at night and generally feels safe. There's a sari-sari store just right in front of the house and one by the end of the street, and also laundry shop nearby if you need one. There's also a friendly cat bossing around the place, we didnt know its name but I guess its the host's pet. We saw a couple of puppies too I guess hehe if you are allergic to pets, you might as well have to consider this but if not, they are quite fun to have around. I will not recommend this place for those who will need high speed internet connection, it is only decent enough to browse, watch, send emails and small sizes of files. There was also an instance of power outage during our stay, and the internet wasnt restored until we checked out the next day. Sadly we had to use our data connection for most of the stay.

• Josh (7/5): Good - Host is responsive. Facilities are good and working. Host should check if the guest are having a good time staying in the place. Should also check if the cleanliness of the vicinity is maintained like there are dog poops in the hallway when we arrived from strolling. It is not advisable to leave food unattended because of the presence of small ants. It would also be highly appreciated if you would find time to meet your guest and greet them. Lastly, i think it is not just a 3 min walk from the transient to the main road because streets are literally steep.

• Js (8/5): Very good - The room was very cute, cozy, clean and comfortable. They also offered clean drinking water and complementary coffee. The place was also only one jeep away from burnham park. The stay was super comfortable. We would be glad to be back and book this transient room again! Internet connection is quite unreliable. Most of the times the TV cannot connect to the wifi. But nonetheless, you really don't need this if you are just going to sleep in the room. I just wished internet connection can be improved.

• Ira (9/5): Happy overall - The room is clean and cute. There was drinking water, kettle, and instant coffee when we arrived. It's a 5-minute ride on a jeepnee to a Burnham park. A LOT of tiny ants in the room. The trash bin in the bathroom wasn't cleaned after previous guests. A bathroom could use some cleaning. We knew from the reviews that a road to a house was gonna be steep, and yet it was quite shocking 😅 For us, it wasn't that big of a deal. But i definitely don't recommend it for the elderly or people with limited mobility.

• Brenda (1/5): Overall, it was a harrowing experience. We had to book another place. - We contacted them through the number offered because we couldn't find the property with the information previously given. They guided us and then we could find the property. So it was appreciated that even thought they had already given us instructions, they provided extra help. The location is hard to reach, after you arrive at the location, you have to walk for a bit to reach the property. During the night the journey is made in the dark because the area is not properly lit. Also there were several cockroaches in the property. We tried to contact them but there was no response through the number they provided and we contacted the night previously. There was also no response on the booking messages.
• Perez (9/5): Superb - The room was clean and just 5 minutes walk to the jeepney stop going to baguio. It's near a market and laundry shop and restaurants.
• Tonisweden (7/5): Its a intence gym session every time you need to go out - Not that far from city, bathroom is tiny and on first floor near entrence and room is in second floor. in all its not to bad.. The road to it is extreemly steep, and the area is kinda slumish, owners nowhere to be seen, but i kinda prefer that so

View is nice during nighttime since you can see the lights of the houses on the mountains. 😊 Leaving the place is an uphill battle. Literally. Haha. But it's not that far from the highway so it's fine. It's just like having a five minute exercise which is great for me.
• Nhelmarie (10/5): Exceptional - Malinis at tahimik ang place, very cozy and peaceful. malinis ang cr though nasa baba but its ok (may tissue at bidet din🥰). Naapreciate namin ang privacy, (no small talks with the hosts) i think pare-parehas kaming mga introverts 🥰 they let us check-in/out on our own 👍👍👍. sulit na sulit na for its price..
