• Annette (10/5): Perfect property, perfect location with a great host. - The property was modern, spacious and extremely well equipped. It was in a great location and very private. Everything you could want in a place to holiday was provided. We had a wonderful stay and were able to relax as well as explore. Jose was a fantastic host and made sure that we were comfortable. The town is a short walk away and there are plenty of places to eat. The area is beautiful and mountainous. Nothing.

• Alena (7/5): Overall, it’s a beautiful and relaxing place, perfect for hiking, enjoying nature, and spending time with friends or fam - We had a wonderful stay at this house! The location is amazing — surrounded by beautiful mountains and hiking trails, perfect for nature lovers. The house itself is bright, spacious, and very comfortable, with plenty of room for a group to relax and enjoy time together. We especially loved the large living area, the well-equipped kitchen, the outdoor grill, and the swimming pool — ideal for spending sunny afternoons. The peaceful surroundings made it a great place to unwind and enjoy the views. The only downsides were a slight unpleasant smell in the utility bathroom and a cat smell on the ground floor. Also, neighbor cats often came onto the property and tried to get inside. Although we love animals, we were a bit worried they might accidentally get locked in and cause damage.

• Zbynek (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect stay in small village, modern villa with modern equipement. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. In another reviews was description: complicated arrival to the garage. Definitely NO - if you are normal driver, no problems, your own garage is fine. Very helpful owner!! All was perfect, we enjoyed our stay.

• Julian (10/5): Fantastic villa in lovely rural setting - Great house. Very clean and modern. Everything worked well. Very comfy beds. Loved the large 2 person spa bath. Nice pool to cool off after a hot day's hiking. Great location if you want to get away from the bustle of the bigger towns but still has shops and restaurants to cover those aspects. Easy to reach attractions such as Ronda and Calminito. Incldes garage to park the car. Jose was a great host. There to meet us and show us round. Next day was there within an hour to sort out a problem with the door lock. Great value for the price. Only downside was continual barking from neighbour's dog, including during the night. Not the fault of the property ut something to be aware of.

It is a newly built place, with great amenities prepared for longer stays and to enable you enjoy this mountain area of Andalusia in the lovely white village of Tolox. The hot tube works perfectly, The pool looks great (but we were visiting in April so we didn't make use of it.) Don't mind looking for any other place to stay, this one is perfect! Nothing to complain
• Sarah (9/5): What a treat, I'd definitely stay again - The space within the apartment. The huge 2 person spa bath upstairs. All the facilities available inside and the private courtyard area with little unheated pool. The host was fabulous, going out of his way through accommodate our arrival and departure. The rural nature of the location. To quote my brother the area is a "biker's dream". It was noisy overnight with the constant sound of barking dogs then the earlier morning/ daytime roosters. More a note of preparation then dislike. You needed transport to get around, it being a series of really windy roads to arrive.

• Steffen (10/5): Perfect place to enjoy Tolox and Sierra de las Nieves - Everything was perfect. The owner of the flat, Jose, was very friendly and helpful. He waited for me at arrival to give me the key and to explain everything necessary about the apartment. He also recommended places of interest in the village Tolox, restaurants and bars and hiking tours around the village and in Sierra de las Nieves. The flat was the perfect base to do daily hiking tours in Sierra de las Nieves. It was very comfortable, everything was there to enjoy the perfect stay for relaxing after my daily excursions

It’s very spacious and has everything you need. There’s even a garage for your car. The view is simply beautiful. The owners are always available for any questions or suggestions. Can’t complain really.

He was so friendly and approachable. The Villa was stunning. With beautiful views and brand new. Had everything we needed and more! Very clean and well done. Highly recommend this Villa, I will be back! Nothing!
• Anton (10/5): Exceptional - The place was very lovely! Located at the edge of the small city Tolox with amazing nature and mountains just outside. Perfect for hiking, running and mountain biking. The host Jose was very helping and had stocked the kitchen with fresh pressed olive oil from the olive grove next to the house.
• Vincent85 (8/5): Good stay at a new, modern styled house close to hiking trails. Private, quiet, great host - A very new, modern styled house with big windows, lots of natural light coming in, a private terrace with swimming pool and a fancy climate control system with floor heating and aircon. It is close to hiking trails starting from Tolox which is just 5 minutes by car or a 20-25 min walk to the start of some beautiful trails. We arrived at new years eve Dec 31th and everything was closed for 2 days, and José the host was so sweet by bringing us some food to get through the next day. This was very much appreciated! There are 2 apartments. One with a panoramic view looking over the entire valley and one at the back with a view over the olive trees and a limited view of the mountains. So check well what apartment you book. Some things to take into consideration: the very hard beds/mattresses made for an uncomfortable night's sleep for us. And the wifi was slow which made stuff like streaming and working on our laptops quite difficult.
