• Laura Amanda (10/5): Apartamento muy agradable, con buena situación y desayuno de 10 - El apartamento estaba sumamente cuidado y era cómodo y agradavle. Además el desayuno que el anfitrión deja era muy completo, por lo que resultó muy cómodo no tener que dedicar tiempo a hacer compra. Nos gustó todo
• Diego (10/5): Muy bueno - El apartamento estaba genial, se notaba que las instalaciones eran nuevas y estaba muy bien equipado, con todo tipo de utensilios y comodidades. Además, el desayuno incluido fue un detalle increíble, más que suficiente para toda la estancia. La atención del propietario también fue excelente, muy atento y pendiente en todo momento. También es un punto a favor que dispone de parking y que se puede llegar al centro andando en unos 20 minutos aproximadamente. Muy recomendable.

Es muy bien localizado, cerca de muchos supermercados, restaurantes y de la bahía para dar un paseo. También nos gustó mucho el detalle en dejarnos cosas para el desayuno y una cuna preparada para nuestra hija más pequeñita. El anfitrión fue muy amable y prestativo. Fue todo increíble. Fijo que volveremos más veces.

• Robert (10/5): Very good stay! - The place was very clean and new. The owner very friendy and helpfull. Nice parkingspot in the garage and the refrigerator full of things for the breakfast “ a al casa”. This owner understands how to manage a good place. We were in august and it was very hot this week so also in the apartment it was quite warm to sleep. Price was very high but everything in Bilbao and Santander had very high prices these weeks. It will stop people from coming.
• Maza-teran (10/5): - Endroit très propre et très bien situé. Petit déjeuner complet et varié. Des petits détails comme une bouteille de vin et de "champagne " , les serviettes de toilettes et les draps fournis ainsi que le gel et shampoing... Le parking privé, fermé et sécurisé top.

• Saray (10/5): La mejor opción para alojarse en Santander - Nos alojamos en este apartamento para las vacaciones familiares durante un fin de semana y no pudimos estar más agusto y salir más contentos. La zona está cerca del centro y muy bien comunicada. Tiene garaje muy amplio para guardar el coche. El piso está nuevo, limpio y precioso, y muy bonito decorado. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. Además te dejan un montón de cosas para desayunar, variado y muy rico todo. El dueño del apartamento es encantador y nos explicó todo con mucha amabilidad y cariño. No puedo decir nada malo, todo ha estado de 10. Ojalá todos los apartamentos por los que hemos pasado hubiesen sido como este.
• Jasper (10/5): Fantastic - The cleanest apartment I have ever rented. It was also a spacious apartment. Very nice to have a stocked fridge on arrival. The parking is next door and spacious. It's close to the center, and worth the 3 min extra walk compared to competitors. It's excellent value for money, totally recommending it. There is a lot of clutter in the apartment. We have a small child so we had to move quite a bit of stuff to one of the bedrooms, including the small glass table. It took about 20 minutes to move everything and 20 to move it back. But it was worth it, the apartment is just great. Ps: I also recommended unplugging the air fresheners that are hidden everywhere. There were so many of them that it was a strong smell. But again, 1 minute job if you don't like it. So not really impacting my overall rating.

Lovely welcome hamper and Miguel very helpful. Super clean A bit of a walk to the centre and very hot as no A/C and only one fan. Sound insulation to adjoining flat not great.

• Cris (9/5): A great place to stay for several days in Santander - Modern and clean well appointed apartment with lots of little extras like breakfast food, tea and coffee pods. Car park very near by was a real bonus. Good location about 1km away from the Centre city however beaches further away. Only one bathroom for 2 couples

• Annu (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was exceptional. Miguel was very helpful and accommodating (you must try his tea)! The apartment is very clean and as all facilities you'd need. Very close to everything. Free private parking is a bonus. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends. Will definitely be staying here again.
• Ana (8/5): Very good - Helpful host. Miguel made us a reservation at one of the best seafood restaurants we had in all of Spain during our trip. Very easy to navigate from here to explore. Botin Center was incredible and a comfortable walk from property The bathroom smell was pretty bad. I think it’s the building, not the owners fault but affects the experience. They try and do a good job of masking it with air fresheners but that in and of itself may be too much for folks sensitive to smells. Nonetheless I would recommend- just be aware if you are sensitive

• Cormac (10/5): After visiting the cathedral, it is the next best treasure in Santander 100% - I liked everything. The price was very good. The location was close to the bus and rail terminus and the port. It was super clean. The owner left some milk in the fridge and some bread, tea, coffee, box of chocolates on the counter for our arrival - which was a generous touch. The balcony was inviting and relaxing. Overall it was a fantastic experience, it really made my short stay perfect. I will be recommending this apartment to all my friends and family - and I will be back staying there if it is available. I have nothing to complain about. There was nothing that I did not like.
