- Marcin (10/5): - Location
- Eva (9/5): - Velmi útulný apartmán s vynikající polohou, krásný výhled na moře.

- Michael (8/5): Very comfortable apartment. Fantastic view. Very comfortable bed. Good shower bathroom facilities. - Perfect location
- Sylvia (9/5): Great location, great view, fun decor and very comfortable. - Great location on the seafront and near the pier. The flat was well-decorated with attention to detail - lots of fun to have a theme - and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the good quality bedding and towels. The kitchen was well-equipped and the shower was hot. The flat was the right temperature - not overheated. It was just what I wanted. And walking distance to local attractions and the shops. The entrance hall and stairs let the place down a bit - the wood chip type decor and stair carpet are quite tired and unfortunately the hallway could smell fresher. This is a shame as once inside the flat, it was great.
- Hilary (10/5): Great visit, lots to see and do - Good location & comfortable All good
- Farrow (10/5): - Wonderful sea view beautiful decor comfy bed spacious and comfortable nice bathroom clean and well equipped No allocated parking or permit so had to pay and renew a parking ticket daily costing £8-90 each day as wanted to park up for the 5 days of our stay and used the bus to travel around which was fine and didn't put us off staying again
- Kristof (10/5): Great location and a lovely cosy apartment -
- Craig (9/5): Great comfortable stay in the heart of Eastbourne sea front. - The whole experience was great.
Location and veiw outstanding. All good.
- Mark (5/5): - De geur in de hal en badkamer waren niet fris. Hal rook naar sigaretten en badkamer naar urine.
- Julia (10/5): A Total Gem - Where to start about what we liked ? Very clean, very well maintained, very quirky and absolutely beautiful. An absolutely stunning property. So much attention to detail. It is clear a lot of thought and effort has gone into this property. We will definitely be back and the only reason we wouldn't recommend it to others is because we want it for ourselves 😀 No negatives as such as everything was amazing. If I have to say anything it would be the floor in the shower stall was very slippery and the handle on the wall was a bit loose, so didnt want to hold on to it in case it came off. Front door was a challenge, but we got there in the end. Banged legs and toes on the bed a few times as it is so huge, but we eventually learned after a few bruises and curses.
- wendy (8/5): - Good location, Apartment very nice Only stairs,

- John (10/5): Perfect place to stay for a short or long break - Beautifully decorated and maintained apartment with great sea views. Well equipped for our one week stay and excellent wifi connectivity. Carole, the host, was easily contacted and very helpful, particularly with parking vouchers which we found very useful here. Nothing worthy of a complaint.
- Noel (10/5): Had a great 3 nights. - In a good location and the view is fantastic. View
- Mathew (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment right on the sea front couldn't ask for more
- Bushy (9/5): Comfort on my visit to Eastbourne in glorious weather often throughout the week which enhanced my stay in this unique ap - The view from the windows, the king sized bed and bedding, kitchen and bathroom adequate, round table large enough to complete a jigsaw puzzle on plus the overall theme of 'The Italian' with decor and objects to enjoy. The floor sensor lights to negotiate the inner steps to and from the bathroom in the dark were an added bonus. Also as a non-driver the bus stops right outside Parlour2Pier apartments and a short walk to The Pier to catch the hop on hop off sightseeing bus (£10 for a twenty-four hour ticket for a senior). Nothing I didn't like about the apartment more a question of minor fittings that need attention which I will address separately with the owner. The fact that I'm ageing with developing mobility problems means I do have to be extra careful and is something that eventually will preclude me from staying here other than in the two ground floor dog friendly ones which wouldn't have the same glorious views.
- James (10/5): Stayed for a week, had a couple of trips to St Leonard’s and Hastings, and a day in London - Great location, lovely sunrise over the sea, and free parking right outside the property All great
- Bernard (10/5): Perfect apartment - Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a home from home stay. Everything is high quality. There's nothing I didn't like
- Julie (10/5): FANTASTIC STAY - QUIRKY APARTMENT, SO COMFORTABLE AND WARM WITH A FANTASTIC VIEW - ALL EXPECTATIONS COVERED, SHUT THE DOORS AND ENJOY EVERYTHING ON OFFER STAIRS COULD BE A PROBLEM BUT MANAGEABLE FOR US. WE WERE ABLE TO PARK NEARBY ON ROAD WITH PAYMENT METERS
- Robin (10/5): Exceptional - This is one lovely apartment. Very comfortable, beautiful decor and a sea view. As we're in our late sixties and early seventies, we found the stairs a little demanding, but it was worth getting a little out of breath for!
- Yvonne (10/5): Excellent - Apartment exactly as shown in the pictures. Spacious and very clean. Gorgeous sea view and superb location. Great communication with the host. Honestly can't think of anything.
- James (7/5): Good -
- Mark (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Plenty of information received from Carole.
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Keith (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debbie (7/5): Great sea views but was parking shocking - Stunning sea view from the window. Loved the decor, and the bed was really comfortable. The fan provided was a life saver . The parking spoilt the holiday. We didn't move the car all week because we were worried that we wouldn't be able to find a space on our return so we had to rely on trians and buses to get anywhere. The stairs to our room were quite a problem when bringing our luggage up and down. The step down to the kitchen was dangerous and should have been more visible . The oven was good but no grill, and the equipment and oven interior were dirty.
- Ken (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment with see view great location and good value would stay again 😊 Nothing
- Mark (9/5): Excellent location. - Comfortable apartment in an excellent location on Eastbourne sea front. Nothing.
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Noman (5/5): Passable -
- Dan (8/5): Traditional, amazing views and great location - Beautiful views of the seafront, the location is very close to the town centre but far enough you’re not stuck with the noise As a family with a pram it was very difficult to get through the narrow corridors and stairs to the 2nd floor
- Bernard (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Nothing just no lift,
- Michael (8/5): We had a very enjoyable week's stay, loved the view from the windows! - Location overlooking the beach and sea; comfortable bed with very nice duvet cover; bathroom was excellent; good grocery and other stores within easy reach; easy access to trains and buses. Within the kitchen could have used a smaller sized mixing bowl and sharper paring knife.
Instructions for using microwave would have been helpful.
- Allen (8/5): Very good -
- Danny (10/5): Amazing - Amazing location and a very deligent host. Stronger shower would be my only slight complaint.
- David (6/5): Very cosy appartment and well located and equipt - Location.
Friendly welcome by owner No dedicated parking available
Could be a problem during the summer months
- Stephen (7/5): Lovely Apartment Parking and issue if you were going out around the area with the car - Was in a perfect spot not to close to busy area but not too far either parking details should have been clearer as we were lucky but i was expecting parking was with the property when i picked the place
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Yurii (9/5): Superb -
- Claire (8/5): Loved the hop on off bus and the coastal walks. - It was as presented in the website. And a perfect location! A little noisy at night.
- Viveka (8/5): A great apartment in a good location to explore Eastbourne. - Great location, loved the decor.
- Anonymous (9/5): Had a good stay - On the seafront, sea view, easy access to beach and promenade. The apartment was nice, had everything you need for a short weekend from pots, crockery, cutlery, towels, hairdryer, a few condiments and coffee sachets. Easy access to shops and train station. Considering the flat is on the seafront it is really quiet with the windows closed.
- Vlad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ozana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Margaret (10/5): Everything was lovely. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Eastbourne. - Everything about our stay was great. The location is excellent, close to shops and restaurants, easy walk into town, and close to the pier. The apartment itself was spotless with lovely bedding, furniture etc. Carol answered a number of questions promptly and was extremely helpful. There are numerous buses both on the seafront and along the main road if you don't want to use a car. Easy 15 minute walk to the railway station.
- Mishkah (10/5): Enjoyable, peaceful, relaxing and much more thank you so much 🙏 ❤️ - Self Catering Parking as we had to circle and i had then to wait outside for somebody to leave . Other than that it was fine thank you. 😊
- Pauline (9/5): RESTFUL - It had everything I needed in a great location with a sea view which for me is a must.
- Kinga (10/5): Exceptional -
- King (9/5): A pleasant stay - Good sea view
- Coral (10/5): Home from home - Exceptionally clean. Everything you need. The most comfortable bed (and i struggle with sleep). Excellent location. Across the road to the beach. 5 m8ns walk to the shops, pubs. Restaurants, etc. Tea. Coffee. Milk. & biscuits kept for us. Fabulous communication from Carole.
- Ann (10/5): Exceptional - fantastic views of the sea
