• Otto (7/5): - Gute Anbindung zum Zentrum mit Grab Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer, Die Erwartung persönliche Daten per WhatsApp zu transferieren, bei nicht Erfüllung gibt es keinen Plan B den Zugang zur Unterkunft zu erleichtern. Der Zugang wird durch einen QR Code der an jedem Zugang zur Unterkunft herzustellen. Dieser QR Code wird vom Haus Managementausgestellt dafür muss im Vorfeld die Passport Nummer und andere Daten per WhatsApp übermittelt werden, wenn nicht dann kann nur die Security den Mieter in den Compound lassen. Das ist umständlich und Schichtübergreifend nicht gewährleistet. Das sorgt für viel Ärger und Verdruss.

Overall, it's a mixed bag." Will come back again to this unit as im a frequent traveler to JB. My humble honest review 3.5/5 "I'm giving this place a 3.5/5. The main issue is the owner's lack of responsiveness to my questions via the booking app, which I need to reached out hours before check-in. The door lock is a bit basic, but secure once you're inside. The game console seems to be just for show. Unfortunately, the master room's shower drain is prone to choking, and when I reported it, I was asked to clear the hair myself.

• Naeem Ibrahim (5/5): Good location. - Location. Host is friendly and fast response till.... I didn't like it when the host suddenly trying to ghost around when I ask questions. Even when collecting key the guy at the mart didn't know that there's booking. Yes I admit that i did key in some wrong details in the booking. End up gave me other room. All this while sweet home have been my first choice of stay in JB. Eversince this Incident. I've deleted it. So yah

But the stay was absolutely terrible - Near beach, good kitchen appliances like rice cooker and steamer and washing machine The unit that we booked (seaview sweethome) wasn’t available. The host contacted us a few days in advance and told us that the toilet had some issue and needs repair. And suggested that we took another room in Amberside (1E). Sent us some photos, looks decent, so we accepted. Big regrets. It’s just next to the highway. Forget about having peaceful sleep at night. The noise is constant and loud, especially from 1-4am. We were told it’s slightly smaller den the original unit. It’s actually much smaller.

Our stay feels comfortable and cosy.Definitely will consider to return back to this place or those units under same host. Blk is nearer to Marts and eateries so its very convenient. No complaints
