• Karelys (10/5): Calidad-precio + ubicación súper bien - La ubicación del apartamento es muy bueno, está todo bastante cerca y de fácil acceso caminando. No tuvimos coche así que eso era importante para nosotras y lo cumplió. Teníamos el chek-in a las 14:00 pero pudimos acceder a partir de las 12, la anfitriona muy amable y respondía super rápido. Si volvemos a Málaga iremos a ese apartamento Lo único es que la ventana es amplia y si subes la persiana los de la calle pueden ver el apartamento. Todo lo demás super bien.

• Rafael P.G 79 (7/5): Comodo bien ubicado - La ubicación es perfecta para andar por el centro de Málaga, muy cómodo y limpio No se puede aparcar es zona azul y está lleno ya que es céntrico,el parkin que ofrecen son 15€, nuestro apartamento estaba todos lleno de hormigas y se comunicamos al propietario y decía que no lo sabía y creo que esas hormigas no son de un día pero bueno eso puede pasar por lo demas muy bien todo

• Marika (9/5): - Viele tolle Infos im Vorab erhalten. Günstige Parkmöglichkeit in der nähe (15€/d), haben wir allerdings nicht gebraucht. Apartment sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett bequem und die Einrichtung modern. Zudem ist sie zentrumsnah, sodass alles gut zu Fuß besichtigt werden konnt. Besonders komfortabel war es für uns, da unser Flug spät am Abend ging und man dort im Flur die Möglichkeit hat die Koffer sicher in einem Spint mit Zahlencode zu verwahren. Auch hat man nochmal die Möglichkeit ein Päuschen im Innenhof zu machen, bzw. eine Toilette zu nutzen. z.T. laute Schläge, Baustellenlärm? Metalltüren der Nachbarn?

• ANDRES (8/5): Buen apartamento, cercano al centro. - El apartamento está bien equipado, en planta baja, pero no se oía demasiado ruido de la calle. También hay una terraza interior para uso de todos los apartamentos. Y cabinas para dejar las maletas. La ubicación es cercana al centro, cruzas el puente de la Aurora sobre el río Guadalmedina y ya entras en él por la Tribuna de los Pobres. La zona del apartamento es de nivel medio-bajo pero tienes algunos restaurantes de kebab, y comida rápida, así como un supermercado Día, todo ello en la calle Mármoles. Y es bastante seguro, por lo menos hasta donde nos adentramos, que no fue mucho. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue buena, nos resolvieron una pequeña incidencia enseguida. En general todo bien, aunque cada vez que entras al apartamento tienes que poner un código en la entrada del edificio y otro en el apartamento (entendemos que por seguridad, por eso son códigos largos) y tienes que revisar la información recibida. Las almohadas a nosotros no nos fueron cómodas.

• Angela (10/5): - Isabel muy encantadora y atenta en todo. El estudio era muy cuqui, y prácticamente en el centro. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto. Tiene un patio muy chillout para tomar algo tranquilito después de cenar y charlar con los amigos de lo que se va a hacer al día siguiente en esta ciudad tan maravillosa. También tiene consignas para que no cargues con tus pertenencias si tú viaje es por la tarde/noche. Nos ha encantado, volveríamos a repetir.

Cuando se sube el estore de la ventana para ventilar y que entre luz natural al estudio se queda todo a la vista desde la calle por su situación en planta baja y más que la ventana llega hasta el suelo. Cambiaría el estore por una cortina. Ganaría más en intimidad cuando estén las persianas subidas
• Rey (9/5): Muy bien ubicado y cómodo. - La ubicación, limpieza y comodidad del apartamento. Muy acogedor. La única pega que puedo ponerle es que no pude tener agua caliente, con el grifo /ducha totalmente en la posición cálida y tras varios minutos de espera (y desperdicio de agua), no salió esta caliente en ningún momento. Me duché con agua fresca.

• Nuno Daniel Rodrigues Fernandes (10/5): Alojamento de excelente qualidade - O apartamento é excelente, tem todas as comodidades para uma estadia de qualidade. Muito bonita decoração, fica a cerca de 600 metros a pé do centro histórico e das lojas. Superou as minhas expectativas. Não existe estacionamento próprio a não ser a pagar.
• Maria Del Mar Lozano Morales (8/5): - Era cómodo y tranquilo. Cercano al centro pero sin ruido. Salimos del apartamento a sacar el coche del parking antes de la hora del check out. Cuando llegamos con el coche el personal de la limpieza había sacado del apartamento a nuestra amiga antes de las 11. Por otro lado, con las prisas, de que nos echaron del apartamento olvidamos dejar la tarjeta del parking en el lugar establecido. Cuando nos dimos cuenta, dsps de 20 minutos, llamamos para avisar y preguntar si podíamos mandarla por agencia al día siguiente y no permitieron la opción, directamente se nos informo que nos penalizarán con 100€. Me parece mal no permitirnos esa opción dsps de sacarnos del apartamento antes de hora y sabiendo que veniamos en camino con el vehículo.
• Francesco (9/5): Bellissimo e Málaga è stupenda! - L’appartamento è piccolo ma super pulito e tutto nuovo. Nella struttura c’è anche una lavatrice, un asciugatrice una corte dove poter mettere i propri panni a asciugare. Isabel la hoste è super gentile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni e l’assistenza per passare un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è perfetta, vicinissimo al centro e anche al mare con una piacevole passeggiata. A 100 metri c’è il parcheggio privato ad un costo di 15€ al giorno e è sicuro e comodissimo. Lo consiglio veramente a tutti Unico difetto essere al piano terra
• Maria (9/5): Tapas, risas y sol en Malaga 🌊🍷🏖️ - Ottima posizione strategica per raggiungere tutto comodamente a piedi o con i mezzi. Proprietaria molto gentile e super disponibile. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, spazioso fino a 4 persone. Pulito e ben arredato con tutto il necessario. Bello anche lo spazio comune con giardinetto. Struttura moderna. Tutto come nelle foto. Parcheggio con struttura comodo anche per chi si muove in macchina. Perfetto per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno a Malaga, in coppia o in gruppo 😊

• Bozian (10/5): Great accommodation near city center - Good location, very clean and spacious, easy check in and check out, parking very close, nice neighbourhood, all the facility in the room that you could think of, nice building (with courtyard, secured boxes for luggages in case you have the flight after check in, or if you arrive before the room is ready), laundry room, toilets etc) Parking is very close and it is not free (but cheaper than other options. Owners have a kind of subscription and you can use the card to acces the parking). Unfortunately the parking has a program (from 6am until mid night). This is the reason we prefered to find another parking spot. The walls are a little bit thin and we could hear the noise from the neighbours (but this is not the owner's fault).

They knew we will come with children and they had little sweets for them. Also free welcome drinks and water in the fridge. The location was exceptional, 10 mins walk to the centre. Not the owners fault but the 1 window is right at street level so the only way to have privacy is to close the shutters, which feels rather claustrophobic. Probably our fault but we couldn't get the aircon to work so the room was very stuffy.

• Tamaya (9/5): Me and my dog loved it! - A great location just a short walk away from the centre. Pet friendly at no extra cost. They even had water and food bowls for the dog. The host was super helpful and friendly. Very welcoming. The check in/out details were super easy to follow. I messaged the host on what’s app and the replies were always fast and informative and with a positive tone. This makes a huge difference to me as a solo traveler. The studio was clean and spacious. Wifi and air conditioning was great. And there was a huge television. Bed was comfortable and although there was only one window, it was big, and there was lots of natural light. I loved it. Everything was great! If I had to comment on anything I’d say that because you’re in the centre of Malaga, expect there to be some standard noises, like a scooter, or car pulling up outside. People walking past. Or coming in and out of the building. This is NOT a negative comment about the studio because if you want to be in the heart of Malaga, you need to expect some noises like these. It was great!
