• Prafulchandra (3/5): Poor experience - It was central Shower leak onto floor and dirty water came up many times from floor of bathroom drain. Very limited kitchen equipment. Cold apartment any no help with keeping warm. No light in hall and stairs making night time dangerous
• JAVIER (5/5): DEMASIADO CARO PARA LO QUE ES - La recepción de las llaves, fue complicadísima, solicite por whasap que fue el método que se comunicaron conmigo ayuda para la recogida y se limitaron a mandarme links con instrucciones, sin facilitarme NADA la recogida. Tuvimos que hacer check in on line con fotos de documentos, teniendo que dedicar tiempo en ello. No hay microondas, únicamente una cacerola grande para calentar. Hizo frio y no tienes ningún medio para encender calor, hay un termostado que controlan via remoto y no puedes encender calefacción. solamente hay una bañera y la alcachofa está mal instalada y cuando te duchas se sale el agua. Para la entrega de llaves tienes que hacer otra vez una yincana y volver a llevar tu las llaves. Las noches del viernes y sábados HAY MUCHO RUIDO de jovenes en la calle y practicamente NO PUEDES DORMIR hasta las 4 de la madrugada.

• Audria (6/5): - O apartamento é espaçoso e bem localizado. A temperatura dentro do apartamento não foi confortável. Estava frio e não havia aquecimento e nem cobertores. Apenas 1 edredom fino e 1 travesseiro por pessoa. Entramos em contato para pedir aquecimento ou cobertores extras, mas não houve resolução. A luz no hall de entrada, estava com defeito e dificultava a visualização a noite.

• Christine (4/5): enttäuschend. - Der angegebene Modus für die Schlüsselübergabe hat nicht funktioniert Die Toilette war kaputt. Um sie (erfolglos) reparieren zu lassen, musste ich den Schlüssel erneut abgeben/ wieder abholen, weil offenbar niemand mit Ersatzschlüssel in der Nähe war
• Carol (10/5): - The location was perfect. Close to everything, ferry, restaurants, etc. The host was so helpful and responsive via WhatsApp :) The only thing I’d say is that there is no lift and the apartment is on the second floor, but other than that, everything was amazing!
• Mario (1/5): Poca empatía y desatención al usuario - Sin lugar a duda si ubicación Tuvimos varios percances en el apartamento que hizo la estancia desagradable. La bañera no tragaba el agua, acumulándose durante mucho tiempo. La cisterna del WC no funcionaba y fue muy incómodo tirar cubos de agua para descargar. El automático de la luz saltaba constantemente solo por poner la plancha y fue muy incómodo bajar los dos pisos andando cada dos por tres para rearmar los térmicos. En el apartamento hacia frío y solicitamos mantas y no nos las facilitaron. Lo mismo paso con el papel higiénico (.4 personas para dos días) .Solamente nos dejaron un rollo y después de comunicarlo nos mandaron al super a comprar. Sin duda la compañía que alquila el piso, ninguno de los empleados ha dormido ni una noche en el apartamento para darse cuenta de sus carencias.

• Talha (7/5): Good - The customer service by RentAllComo was impressive, they continusely made sure everything was okay and answered any questions straight away. The actual apartment itself is good. Staring off the location is prime, as it is very close to the lake front and has many restaurants, shops nearby. The apartment was equipped with lots of amenities which was a plus, with pretty much everything provided. However there was no brush/ broom for sweeping dirt. There are 4 flights of stairs to climb, and at night it is very dark and lowly lit so can be a little dangerous. The bathroom/ shower was good, there was a little leakage from the shower door, however the water drains out after a while. Sometimes the toilet omits a strange smell which can be a little off putting. Finally outside there is a church which rings it's bells at 8am, this was not so much an issue for us as we would wake up early. The bigger issue was every night a group of youths would gather near the church and make lots of noise til about 12am.

• Beatriz (10/5): - The apartment was great but had no elevator so it was a bit difficult to carry the luggage upstairs. Location was great! There was a parking structure nearby but it was very expensive. We found another one a few blocks away. Overall it was excellent!

• Edita (9/5): The location of the property is right in the city center which makes it accessible to everything.. - The flat was clean and complete with basic amenities. They have a welcome pack of pasta and they have little pack for washing which is good. It would be nice and safe if you can put a lighting outside specially in the staircase area which is dark as we always go home a liitle bit late and go out early. Install a light please. would be nice also if you can add or change your pillows as they are all flat. Sometimes at night you can hear the teenager shouting down the street. The property doesnt have AC but they have air cooler and fan
• Javed (2/5): Perfect location but not recommended for family. - Location & Cleanliness. Early Check-in facility. All the facilities available mentioned during the booking. strong stench in bedroom due to Wash room. No day nap/peace due to church bell. Internet is weak once you close the bedroom door. The apartment is on 2nd floor without Elevator/Lift Portable Air conditioner in the bedroom was not cooling. Collecting key is like a TREASURE HUNT. The owner was very rude when i asked him to guide us to the room, Instead of Greeting he welcomed us saying I AM NOT SUPPOSE TO SHOW THE WAY TO THE APARTMENT. The problem is the address when you ask the near by shops or the locals, they have the issue locating the apartment/building.

• Louis (6/5): Both good and bad - The bedroom is clean and tidy. The kitchen is tidy, clean without any grease stain, and complete utensils were provided. Besides, the apartment is spacious and suitable for a stay of two to four persons (need for additional sleeping bag). The sofas provided were comfortable for taking a rest. The apartment is located in Como town where many restaurants and shops, as well as Lake Como lakeside, are accessible in walking distance within 15 mins. Despite being located in the town, there isn't much neighbouring noise at night. The experience of getting the key from lockbox is complicated, such that one has to go to the other property (unit) to get the key for the Volta Apartment property gate and apartment. The lights on the stairs were dim and only switched on for a few minutes by pressing a button. In the apartment, the toilet has odour which probably came from the toilet bowl because the toilet bowl could not flush. The jacuzzi bathtub and toilet sink both have serious water leakage that flooded the entire bathroom and overflown to bedroom.

• Maria (1/5): I don’t recommend this place! - Horrible bad drain smell in the bathroom, that's disgusting! The water from the shower fell all over the floor and you ended up soaked, you couldn't walk, the towel for the floor wasn't enough to keep it dry. There is no elevator! The bell of the church is next to the apartment A lot of noise you hear during the night! :( 👎

• Ian (7/5): Central Como convenience. - Dreadful access system for getting keys and directions. Online and digital non staffed offices are just not acceptable. We suffered flight delays due to industrial action, finding a building in the dark, accessing keys and the property with no lighting was very difficult. Lack of staff and support network.
• Angelo (10/5): I would stay again - excellent location (less than 10 mins from the 2 main stations, 5 mins from lake and boat, next to piazza volta for apero and restaurants); the apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped- highly recommended no elevator
