- cps (9/5): - location was near bus station spacious cleab apartment nice bathroom and laundry and oven none
- Isis (4/5): Everything was ok until I got bitten by Bedbugs, it ruined my stay. - The smart TV, Kitchen and washing machine. This apt is in a basement. There are cats in the patio that are kinda feral, and they are taken care by the neighbor who cleans the patio and he makes you feel like he owns the whole patio. It is uncomfortable to have the glass door open as the neighbor comes twice a day to feed the cats and clean the patio. The neighbor is nice, but it just feels uncomfortable and don't you dare feed anything that is not cat food, because the neighbor will threaten you, claiming the cats can choke on anything that is not cat food. I got this apt for 6 days and was going to extend my stay, but on the 2nd night I had some bite marks. I thought they were mosquitoes bites because I had sat outside. But then on the 3rd day more bite marks appeared on my arms, hands and feet. This was so uncomfortable. I alerted the owners , they came to see the place the day I was leaving. They blamed it on the previous tenants. I hope they are able to get this fix. The apartment is nice, so sad that I got bitten by bed bugs.
- Aleksandros (6/5): Pleasant - I didn’t care of the location of the property but what bother me more is the apartment was located in the basement of the building and it was never mentioned, also in the yard there was a random guy coming to feed the cats so it would be difficult to feel comfortable and if you wanted some privacy you would definitely had to shut the blinders. Also the A/C unit didn’t have a heating option. I contacted the owner and in the first message he basically replied quickly and offer to come, but when i wrote back to him he never responded.
- Katerina (8/5): Amazing overall - The apartment was really clean and felt spacious. The facilities were new, the shower was big, the owner was friendly and it overall was a great experience. It might had been my mistake but I couldn't get the heating on the ac figured out and the hairdryer didn't work for me. Also the location isn't the nicest and it's uphill so depending on where you are coming from it might be a bit tiring to get up to but we knew the area already.
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Georgina (7/5): nice - clean mold outside room
- Sergiy (9/5): Very well equipped apartment - A very well equipped apartment — it has anything you might need: washing machine, coffee maker, stove, oven, dining table, couch, drying rack, night lamp, even washing detergents and a roll of trash bags if you need more. If you are travelling with a baby, it's a great base.
The neighbor from the apartment above was feeding the cats each day and swiping the outdoor area and we had nice chats.
The owner was not present, but was very responsible via messages and helped us find some items that we didn't find ourselves.
Close to the metro station: you can easily get to most tourist sights within 30-40 minutes. With a stroller it will take longer due to broken sidewalks and lots of obstacles on them, but this is a problem with all of Athens, so not an issue with this specific apartment.
There are a few coffee shops, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. If you need baby milk formula, you can easily buy it in a pharmacy close by. We were even able to order the exact same type we had at home and it was delivered the next day. The location can feel a bit sketchy after dark, but we weren't bothered by anyone.
The apartment is in the basement and there is no elevator, so you have to carry your bags (and stroller if any) down and up yourself. The owner was not present at check-in or checkout to help with that. The outdoor area was very spacious and has plenty of skylight, which made the apartment feel as if it wasn't underground.
The crib for the baby didn't have a solid-enough mattress, so our 11 month old baby kept rolling though the night and thus we didn't sleep well either.
- Bojan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Danul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Khalid (7/5): Good - Room is very clean and staff is very good
- Karolina (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, well maintained apartment. The apartment had everything needed for a traveler. The location is very good. Close to the subway. Stores and cafes nearby. Good contact with the host. He responds quickly. We recommend this accommodation.
- Shary (8/5): Very good -
- Desiree (8/5): Very good - The place was very nice, apartment is downstairs but with very good natural light access. bed is comfortable, kitchen has a fridge, stove, coffee machine with capsules. There’s a washing machine, a laundry rack in the terrace and an iron which was very useful. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, so perfectly quiet and not touristy. There is a bus station 2 mins away, and a metro station for line 1 around 7 mins away, that can gwt you to Monastiraki in a few minutes and to Piraeus within 30 mins. The host is very helpful and keen to make sure we were comfortable. Nothing really. There was a small incident when we arrived, the cleaning company hasn’t cleaned our apartment and it was after midnight. So the host rushed in the middle of the night to get us everything we needed from fresh towels and linens, and the next morning the place was perfectly clean.
- Jamie (9/5): Loved the cats that walked along the patio wall and the birdsong from neighbors aviary was wonderful - Slippery shower dangerous
Sofa too low…hurt my knees…same with bed
Neighboring boxing studio was LOUD very angry voices. Disturbing.
- Anna (9/5): it was perfect stay, everything was good into Apartament. The location is not so good, it’s not so safety. -
- Tamar (10/5): It was like Harry Potter but without Voldemort. Also I left some capari in the fridge, enjoy. - I liked the huge space outside and I regret quitting smoking. The self check-in instruction wasn’t fully visible in the app (the picture that explains it step-by-step) and I freaked out for a moment, but everything de-escalated quickly.
- Ana (9/5): Solid experience - The location is perfect. A few minutes walk from the metro that goes to all the main city points (including the Acropolis). Also, the last station of this metro is Piraeus, and from there you can take a tram to the beach in 10 minutes!
The host is helpful and responsive. He helped us really fast with information when my boyfriend was sick one day.
Self check in is super easy.
The apartment is clear, warm, comfortable and nicely furnished - things are new and the big bed is very comfortable. Although it is at the level below the ground, there is no smell of moisture. On the contrary, the air smells of freshness.
Above all, the apartment is quiet at night and the sound insulation is excellent.
There is a mini courtyard in front of the large windows (which have blinds so that the space can be completely dark at night).
- Esmeralda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Royce_and_sherrill (9/5): A gem of a place! - Well laid out with everything one could need. A bit removed from the Acropolis but easy access to downtown via busses 5 and 11. Stores and restaurants close by. Nice and quiet. No view and in a densely populated area.
